After looking at countless machines and reading so many reviews on each one my choice was narrowed down to the Samsung 7.5kg but the store was out of stock so after a great deal I opted for the 8.5kg that was stocked. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. From the first load, when I opened the door and could visually see how clean the clothes were and the hint of fragrance that wasn't over washed out I knew I'd made the right choice. It's very simple to set up and use, has many options to choose from and tailor to your requirements. You can download the app and get real time notifications if you desire, the machine is modern and sleek but most of all my teenage daughter now washes her clothes not me so I'm winning all over. I couldn't be happier.

High quality of the product compared with its low price. Many programs, easy manual, good energy efficient washing maschne. Add was function is advantage. The only missing features: the light inside a drum when taking washing out, bit noisy in high speed, but acceptable, and music which can't be switched off/changed (I still hope to find out how to make it). I never thought i'll be excited about buying any washing machine until i bought this 12kg Samsung washer! It handles large loads well and results are perfect every time. We even wash king size blankets in it and it handles loads with ease.The AI functinality is also a smart feature which learns and optimises wash cycles. Given that it's a large washer however the footprint isn't much larger that medium size washers and fits well in the laundry room. We've pair it with Samsung smart dryer for a complete home laundry solution.The washer also pairs well with Samsung smart things and google home applicantions if you are looking to integrate it in your smart home network.Overall we are really happy with our purchase and would recommend this washer to anyone.

I’ve had this machine for a month & it’s been great so far. The best thing is the little window where you can add forgotten items after the wash has started. This is a must if you are purchasing a front loader. The only negative is that sometimes the powder doesn’t dissolve & some is still sitting in the tray after the wash (it is recommended you dissolve the powder prior to washing but who has time for this! 😜)All in all, a good machine. I like the quick wash option for less than 2kgs.
Excellent size machine for a larger family. Great quality. Cycle choices numerous, but easy to use. . Shorter cycle length and much quieter than my previous washer and clothes come out perfect. I have also used the small add to wash doormany times which is a fantastic feature. So many functions that I haven’t had a chance to explore yet. Why did I wait so long?

We no longer have to make sure we’ve got every clothing item in the wash before starting it, which has been very useful because of kids.SuperSpeed cycle is our most used cycle. Compared to our previous washer, the Samsung produces a much cleaner and much drier result, and in a shorter time. The much drier result of the Samsung also has the flow-on effect of saving electricity with our dryer and making the dryer finish quicker.Clothes coming out of our Samsung washer are also less creased at 1400rpm, compared to our previous washer at 1200rpm. Our previous washer has an Easy Iron setting that the Samsung doesn’t have, but we don’t miss that setting at all.The estimated duration on the Samsung is much more accurate than our previous washer, and the Samsung would sometimes slightly overestimate and finish a bit quicker than estimated. Our previous washer’s estimates were inaccurate, and its washes would always take longer than estimated. For example, for the 15-min cycle which both washers have and is our second most used cycle, when the Samsung washer says it’ll take 15 min, it really takes 15 min. But when our previous washer says it’ll take 15 min, it actually takes over 30 min. The Samsung 15-min cycle is also more configurable than our previous washer’s 15-min cycle.The Samsung washer is much quieter than our previous washer.Overall the Samsung washer has far exceeded our expectations and has been amazing value for the price. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend it.

I’m fairly confident that some sort of alien technology or witchcraft went into the design concepts for this machine!It’s quiet, cleans like no maid can and takes the stench out of my uniforms like some sort of magic trick.The size is great as when your unloading the machine, it’s just like when a clown pulls those never ending handkerchiefs from their pocket….. it’s absolutely madness!BEST WASHER ON THE MARKET.Ps. I’m not paid to write this stuff, usually I’m too lazy to write reviews, but this machine is life changing. I’m pretty sure it has changed my life for the better! This is our new machine replacing an older Samsung Front loader. Fantastic operation and quite functionality makes it an amazing purchase. Really recommend everyone as this machine is the real value for money. Samsung machines have a long life too as per my experience. Last two I had lasted over 9 years and only showed a minor issue to give me an excuse to buy a newer version of Samsung Front loader. Really satisfied with this machine.
Great washing machine. My wife literally loves her current Samsung washer now 12+ years old and still going strong. But now she loves this one and so do I. Purchased together with the Samsung AI heat pump dryer. They talk to each other over WI-FI. Only issue is WI-FI setup. You need to have the slower 2.4 WI-FI available. Will not work initially if your router is doing both over the same network ID. Set the router to 2.4 then get the appliances online. Then go back to 2.4+5G once setup is done.The washer does everything as advertised and really well. Our old Samsung will be donated to someone in need. It is still going as strong as ever but doesn’t have all the modern bells and whistles.
