Love this refrigerator! Has a lot of capacity and is very versatile with regards to the ability to change out the door and drawer panels. This feature is unique to the Bespoke refrigerator. Even custom panels are available from Samsung. Cool feature! My only complaint about the refrigerator is that I wish it had better lighting for the pull out drawer and the freezer drawer. They are lit now, but only on one side (on the left) so the right side of the pullouts is a little darker especially if using in a lower lit room (like at nighttime.) But performance wise, its a GREAT refrigerator with some outstanding features! We really love the Beverage Center, with the way its designed and the auto fill water pitcher in the door. But performance wise, its a GREAT refrigerator with some outstanding features! We really love the Beverage Center, with the way its designed and the auto fill water pitcher in the door. That's a well used item in our household. Also I like the fact that you can easily change settings of the frig using a smart phone. What is especially useful is the ability to turn on and off easily the ice maker which makes two different types of ice (cubed and pellet.) We don't use all that much ice, so I turn on the ice maker, let it fill the ice bin to a level we want, and then we can easily switch it off using our smart phone, until we need to turn it back on in a few days.) Great feature for smaller families that don't necessarily use that much ice in a week. The only other desire I would have liked in the refrigerator, is having pull out baskets in the freezer section. That makes it a lot easier when you are trying to sort through and find stuff in the freezer section. After EXTENSIVE searching online, we did find four baskets that fit pretty well in the freezer section. There arranged two by two, with two baskets on top of two below. Now when we need to find something we just lift out the baskets and its much easier to find something. They are not a perfect, contoured fitting basket, but pretty close. Samsung should make optional pull out baskets that custom fit the lower freezer pull out drawer in this Bespoke refrigerator.

My husband and I assisted them by looking up and showing them a YouTube video. We found a document that showed a safety latch. One technician pulled the latch without supporting the microwave. My husband, who had just undergone back surgery, caught it before it fell on the new glass cooktop range. We then noticed another technician working on the dishwasher. We saw him taping the electrical wires with scotch tape. We directed him to stop immediately and gave him electrical tape instead. We later found the wire nuts on the counter that were never used. The technicians then unhooked the water hose from the dishwasher without turning off the water, flooding the entire kitchen before stating they were unable to turn off the water under the sink. I raced down to the basement to turn off the main water valve to the home. When I returned upstairs, I found the house full of smoke. The technician said he was concerned there was a gas leak. Having just bought the home, it took about 5 minutes of panic for my husband and me to process this, as we have an electric range. We immediately opened the oven to find the technician had accidentally turned it on, and all the packing material inside was on fire. We removed the materials, and there appeared to be no damage to the range. We later found the range bottom/legs still attached in the packaging underneath that were never installed. At this point, we should have asked them to leave immediately; however, without water to our home, we were hoping they could finish installing the dishwasher so we could turn the water back on.Around 9 pm, they stated they had worked later than allowed and would be unable to connect the dishwasher. They said they would enter a repair ticket for another team to complete the installation. We asked when we could expect this team to arrive because we no longer had any running water in our home. They said they didn't know but suggested it should be just a few days.I then walked outside to contact Samsung. I shared with the representative the events that had occurred and expressed my fear of going to sleep given the way the wires were wrapped and considering it was a water-based appliance. She stated she would have a manager contact me.When I returned, the technicians said they were able to connect the dishwasher; however, they were unable to get it flush with the cabinet as they thought the water pipe was in the way. When my husband came back from turning on the main water valve, the technicians were each taking turns kicking the dishwasher to get it back in place. My husband voiced his frustration with them, and they responded that they understood our unhappiness but were also unhappy with their boss for making them do this job so late in the day.As they packed up to leave, we turned on the dishwasher to test it, and it appeared to be working. After they left around 9:15 pm, we went to close and lock the front door, but it would not close or lock. When we tried to remove the door and reset it, we found all the screws had been stripped, and a piece of the door frame was damaged. The next morning, I went to the basement to let our dogs out and found water running from the ceiling. We immediately turned off the water to the home. I contacted the RXO manager in tears and he stated he would send a new team to inspect the installation. When the new team of technicians arrived, they were in disbelief. They stated that the refrigerator and range appeared to be in working order; however, they asked us to submit a request for a replacement microwave and dishwasher. The microwave had a large dent in the side, and the technician said the vent covers had not been installed underneath and must have been discarded by the previous technicians with the packing materials.I then contacted a plumber who capped off the water leak so we could turn the water back on. He stated he could not believe our house had not caught fire and that if the water had run onto the kitchen floor and not into the ceiling, my husband or myself, our children or pets would have been electrocuted if we had stepped in the water. He found there were several breaks in the copper line. He also found the old dishwasher hose still attached to the disposal with the new hose simply slid inside, both of which were responsible for the flooding.A month later, we received the replacement dishwasher and microwave. I hired a plumber to install the dishwasher. When the technicians removed the microwave installed by the first group of technicians, they found the entire back side completely dented from it being forced into place. This team did not feel comfortable installing the microwave so it continues to sit on the floor awaiting a replaced installation bracket as the RXO team took it with them.Fast forward a month and half and we are now looking at $35,000 in repairs for the damage caused by the RXO team and must vacate our home for up to two weeks while the repairs are being done to the kitchen, basement and front door. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare with absolutely no action taken by Samsung to assist in resolving this issue. We purchased these appliances directly from Samsung, yet they continually direct us to their 3rd party shipping/installation vendor for restitution. Although RXO created a claim, they refuse to provide any documentation as to how the claims process works. We have received nothing more than a request that we send pictures of the damage and copies of the receipts.I have escalated to the office of the CEO requesting a refund for the appliances as compensation for the 100's of hours my husband and I have invested on the phone with Samsung, RXO, meeting with contractors to repair the damage and the actual repairs that are yet to come and we receive no response. We will never purchase another Samsung product.

So, she relunctically allowed me to pry her claws off the floor model. The Sammy is a 29 cu.ft. model so slightly smaller than our old KE .. we both like the layout of the French door setup and we love the addition of the Flex Zone middle drawer that allows you to use it as additional refrigerator space; a wine cooler; deli section or additional freezer space depending on where your day takes you .. backyard bbq .. wine fest .. or sandwiches with the cousins. Great Purchase and Upgrade - Worth It

Love the room in the fridge and the water dispenser or beverage center - we rarely use the water spigot since we have the water pitcher. It takes a while to fill a glass with the water spigot, not under a lot of pressure. Love the space and design and the middle drawer for easy access to daily food items. We went from a two-door fridge so there was some getting used to. We like the freezer on the bottom but it takes some getting used to for ice, which we don't use a lot. When we first received the fridge it took over an hour to remove all the safety tape and wrap which was a little much but understandable. It was a little noisy the first few days cranking out ice but now is much quieter. Kind of miss having the doors shut automatically like on our old fridge. It was a little noisy the first few days cranking out ice but now is much quieter. Kind of miss having the doors shut automatically like on our old fridge. The new fridge doors don't fully shut on their own so it takes some time checking this and getting used to it. Having two ice sizes is a plus and easy for blending in shakes. When we first received the fridge, there really was no physical manual on how to use the fridge, just a lot of QR codes and website videos. Would have been nice to have a one page cheat sheet on how to use the inside fridge computer system for ice and fridge temps (after figuring out how to disarm the lock). But again, most of the issues we have are just getting used to something new and more efficient. We did go with the stainless steel panels and notice they do leave fingerprints but not too bad and they are easy to wipe away. I'm guessing this is cause they have a glass finish like the other panels you can purchase and switch out? With the purchase of the fridge we did get a set of additional color panels which we have not received yet, but love this option.

Great fridge but BEWARE ordering from this site

This fridge looks incredibly sleek and modern in our kitchen, which I love. I love that it doesn’t have any handles and the beverage center is awesome! I have three young kids and they were constantly getting water everywhere when our water center was on the outside of the fridge. I love that this stays hidden but is still convenient with the little door. The compartments within the fridge are also great. There is a ton of room for storage and it’s overall just very clean and modern.HOWEVER BEWARE ordering directly from Samsung. Our fridge was delivered brand new and factory sealed and the ice maker was leaking water ALL OVER our kitchen. Our brand new fridge doesn’t work as it should. My husband has spent countless hours trying to sort this out with their customer service and no one seems to know what they are doing. We have yet to have a technician out to fix it. In my eyes, a brand new fridge should work perfectly right out of the gates and if it doesn’t it should be replaced with one that does. All of this hassle later… the flooded kitchen floor, hours spent on the phone, no replacement, no technician… no one to make it right.I feel this could have been avoided if we ordered from a box store and not the actual Samsung site.I’m giving this three stars because although we can use the fridge to keep items cold, we still can’t use the water or ice features yet and as a brand new fridge that shouldn’t be the case.

Great fridge with TERRIBLE interior layout.
3 August 2024

Cool refrigerator with a few MAJOR flaws:ConsNO ADJUSTABILITY I should say nominally adjustable since there are some interior adjustments such as the dividers for the middle drawer, with a variable temperature. In the main cabin, however, you're stuck with the one layout. Okay, there's one shelf that can be lowered, but I don't think anyone would choose that because it would severely limit the number of "tall" things in your fridge.Let's start with the top shelf. The top shelf only has one position and it's 6 inches from the top of the unit. This is fine for all the little things, but gets ridiculous if you fill it up (which for a family of 5, happens quickly). I wish it could be lowered just a little bit to give a bit more grabbing space, or visibility to the ... MoreCool refrigerator with a few MAJOR flaws:ConsNO ADJUSTABILITY I should say nominally adjustable since there are some interior adjustments such as the dividers for the middle drawer, with a variable temperature. The top shelf only has one position and it's 6 inches from the top of the unit. This is fine for all the little things, but gets ridiculous if you fill it up (which for a family of 5, happens quickly). I wish it could be lowered just a little bit to give a bit more grabbing space, or visibility to the things in the back. I've never hated a top shelf more than I hate this one.Middle Shelf: TWO options! 7.5" or 10.5" below the top shelf. I don't think the 7.5" would EVER be helpful since most of the tall things that would go into the refrigerator would be 8" to 10" tall. Right now I have at least 15 things that are taller than 7.5". Keep in mind, a typical bbq sauce bottle is 8" tall. This really means, there's only ever ONE layout configuration that would ever make sense.FULL WIDTH shelves. This is one of my most hated features that I had no idea I'd hate. I've had french door style fridges in the past and I never understood that one of the benefits is adjustable shelves per left vs right half! This Samsung bespoke decides to kill any hope to a useful layout by making the shelves span the entire width! This just makes the refrigerator a complete mess. I would LOVE to have one side have the 7.5" height between top and middle shelf, and the other half the 10.5". This would make the refrigerator much more useful - I would have given this a 4-star review if the shelves were half widths.WEAK HARDWARE: In less than a year, I already have a crack on the base of the main fridge area. Yes I have children, but I've had kids for 14 years and none of my other refrigerators have EVER gotten cracks in the main casing areas. I already have cracks on the side drawers as well. This is not covered under warranty so if it ever continues to crack to not being usable, I look forward to never dealing with a bespoke again.PROSADORABLE! This is truly a cute and gorgeous fridge from the outside. Our whole family draws on it with dry/erase markers. We can play games of hangman on it too!ADJUSTABLE shelf: Okay, there's one little feature that is adjustable: The middle shelf has a little slider feature so the shelf becomes more of a "U", or rather, a little square gets pushed back so if you ever have something that's really tall, it can span from the bottom up to the top shelf. I hope that makes sense.FUN DRINK STATION: The drink station is fun. It's been a year and I still love stocking it with our favorite juice boxes, sparkling waters, etc, and having the always cold and filled water pitcher. The pitcher even comes with a little place to keep limes/lemons to have lime/lemon-infused water! Love it!WATER FILTER: Water filter is super easy to replace!MIDDLE DRAWER: I love having a middle drawer accessable on its own. It's a great way to keep cold cuts, cheeses, etc. AND it has it's own temp settings.ICE CUBES: Having two sizes of ice cubes was and remains fun for me. Larger cubes for my nightly bourbons. Smaller cubes for the refreshing glasses of America's best soda: ROOT BEER.FREEZER: I dunno - our family has a lot of frozen stuff so our freezer is crammed full. I'm ambivalent but it works!OVERALL: Even though I LOVE many of the features, the absolutely terrible configuration of the main fridge area combined with the cheap frame - I would NEVER buy one again.

I should’ve trusted the reviews.

So we fell in love with this fridge after visiting family. They had the fridge and it seemed so nice. Read lots of reviews and thought everyone’s experience is different. Yeah the ice maker is a big problem. Our families started acting funny right after we got ours of course. Luckily their issue was same as mine. The small ice cubes have a tendency to freeze to the ice tray and not drop. Small frost buildup on exterior of the ice maker unit. Now not even having the fridge for 6 months it is regularly needing to be thawed to get the ice maker to start producing still. Also there’s a no ice making feature on the inside of the door. But is no help because there’s obviously no solenoid or anything stopping the water from entering tray that is being controlled from this ... MoreSo we fell in love with this fridge after visiting family. Also there’s a no ice making feature on the inside of the door. But is no help because there’s obviously no solenoid or anything stopping the water from entering tray that is being controlled from this feature. Turned the whole ice maker off after thawing it and it still dropped water into the tray which will obviously still freeze but won’t drop because it’s turned off so when turned on again it still won’t drop because it’s so frozen. Having hot gas defrost feature or something of the sorts would really help this fridge. I do hvac for a living. Working on big and small freezer/ fridges daily. This one is seriously annoying. We having to thaw the ice maker probably 1 once a month at this point. The large ice has only done it once but the small ice quits working frequently. After finding the review of the guy in Houston finding the dents in the bottom of the freezer door frames I also discovered a minor dent in the bottom of mine.

Problematic Freezer and adaptable storage
10 April 2024

I bought this in August of 2021, and while the overall experience has been nice we've had a few issues that are souring our opinion. We enjoy having the right side door shelf access, and the shelving configuration is quite good. An average grocery load fits rather easily, and having adaptability to accommodate a gallon of milk and a crock pot at the same time is welcome. The doors all open easily, but shut firmly and the door alarm has saved me more than a couple times. However, there have been a few problems, ordered here from least to most important. The ice maker, while perfectly functional, does tend to frost and ice over quite rapidly. If you go a few days without using ice, it can be a little hard to get started again. It always sounds like you're getting crushed ice, even when dispensing cubes.Out of the box, the door mounted water pitcher leaked like a sieve from the seal between the lid and the body. I looked into replacing it, and it was surprisingly expensive to replace. Later attempts to remold the plastic, unsurprisingly, failed. A month after, we left some lemons in there too long, and discovered that citric acid can degrade and eat away at polystyrene, of which the inner diffuser and outer pitcher is made.In December of 2023, we noticed problems with the Freezer maintaining setpoint (SP = -8°F, Act. = 26-39°F). Contacted Samsung, and they sent out a tech who diagnosed and recharged the refrigerant. Now, 4 months later we're starting to have the same problem again with food thawing. Keeping food cold is the primary purpose of a refrigerator, and a paltry 2.5 year lifespan is appallingly fast to experience problems like this.

[Rewarded Review] Bespoke French4Door (29 cu. ft) w/ CustomPanels

So I received this refrigerator Aug 2023. It is exactly what I wanted with its 2 ice makers, split door access to prefilled water picture and direct filling spout as well as some quick grab items access shelves without opening the whole door. The unit is working fine without issues so except for 1 premature change of the water filter which seemed to get clogged within 2 months and well before 300 water gallons of usage and before 6months suggested time change. I am on a 2nd filter which has been in place since October 2023 going on 4 months now and so far so good. I have not noticed any issues others noted in reviews of the water quality or not cold enough etc. I suppose if I drink 40oz of water in 1 or 2 hrs the next batch might be warmer but thats what ice is for! ... MoreSo I received this refrigerator Aug 2023. I have not noticed any issues others noted in reviews of the water quality or not cold enough etc. I suppose if I drink 40oz of water in 1 or 2 hrs the next batch might be warmer but thats what ice is for! Also the ice makers make more than ample ice once they are initially caught up on first start up. One should NOTE especially that the fridge seems to be designed to run very cold down to -10f during making ice but once the ice maker is caught up the typical coldness resets to zeroF. This is buried on the web site of Samsung as normal operation but should be in the setup/operations manual upon installation. If you turn off the ice makers by app or panel inside the fridge you will see the temperature remains at the setting you made and not the temporary reduced coldness for ice making. Also upon first start up the fridge is designed to go into a quick start cooling state until the temperature of the whole unit reaches its target temps. Now that things are running day to day I am using less than 1kwh per day to run the unit...1kwh which if you add up is 365 per year without ice and is well below the projected yearly usage claimed by the units electrical usage rating. The samsung version of the split door where water and some shelving can have quick grab items stored holds the temperature also as expected compared to other models that in the past had cooling issues by other brands. The middle drawer seems to run slighly colder than temperature setting but that is fine and can be set separately from the fridge or freezer and itself is a nice storage feature. The glass panels were easy to snap on for all 2 doors and 2 drawers=what SS calls 4 doors. I wish SS offered the periwinkle blue glass panel they originally were going to offer instead of the ocean green one they do offer. SS are you reading this ADD THE LIGHT BLUE glass panel as an option to buy! The refrigerator is very quiet when running and I barely notice its running so I dont know what the noisy review claims are about. Only when the ice makers are on do I hear some minor dropping of the ice into the bin buckets and more than enough ice is contually made if you leave on it compared to some reviews that claim it barely makes ice. I am just not finding the water quality, noise, ice capacity, warm water, etc. issues others have noted. Now the ordering process and delivery process were horrendous. And for that I take off 1 star. If you want to ignore then it is a 5 star unit so far. There is not enough room to describe what I went through over several MONTHS up to August to get this refrigerator ordered thru the SS web site and delivered in August. But I will also say SS made up for the big inconvenience generously for all that inconvenience and considering my old refrigerator just died DAYS before the original order was to be delivered and then was delayed more than once.In All I would recommend this unit if your looking for multi door, 2 types of ice, split door for water and quick grab item access, middle independent drawer for storage, different panel color/picture applications, etc. then this is for you. It is a big fridge though so make sure you have enough room. Having built in handles made it a breeze to have it brought through my 36 inch door way without having to remove handles and put them back on.

[Rewarded Review] Bespoke is Number One!!!
25 September 2024

Shortly after moving into our new home we realized that our Samsung Refrigerator needed to be replaced. We lived with it long enough to realize that the ice maker was missing (needed replacement) along with that we came to realize the valued benefit of the French Door design with the little door embedded in the big door to provide frequently used items. I thought it was a gimmick, when I 1st saw the refrigerator but I found myself using it several times a day while realizing the energy savings as I used it. When seeking out a new Refrigerator, that feature became one of my most sought after features! While viewing the options, the beverage center (which I didn't have in my old Samsung) seemed like a gimmick to me as well. Come to find out: It's a life saver! I find myself using it many times a day! Our old house was equipped with an under the counter filtration system with a filtered water spigot at the kitchen sink. Sounds great right? Worked OK although the filters needed to be changed often and they were difficult to reach, under the kitchen sink cupboard. The pitcher inside the Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator (29 cu. ft.) (with Customizable Door Panel Colors and Beverage Center) is heaven sent! It replenishes itself with filtered water so there is always filtered water on hand for drinking and cooking. It's VERY handy! I can not live without it now. Between the two of us, my husband and I use it about 4 to 6 times a day. The filter for it; lasts longer than my old filtration system, needs to be changed less, there is only one and it's very easy to get to, inside the refrigerator, when it needs to be changed. I could not be more pleased! Before purchasing, we viewed models at Big Box Stores and purchased on-line via Samsung.com. All the details of the purchase were clearly available on-line and chat was also available to assist. Delivery and Installation was all arranged via the Samsung.com website during the purchase. The installation team was FLAWLESS! They worked together seamlessly, they knew exactly what they were doing & were efficient in their work removing & hauling the old refrigerator and installing the new refrigerator. They were personable and a delight to have been working in our home. We choose the Charcoal Glass Panels which accent the rest of our kitchen perfectly. No more attempting to wipe off fingerprints from stainless steel (which is supposedly fingerprintless!). Another life saving feature is the Combination Drawer, in between the upper French Doors and the lower Freezer Drawer. The temperature of the Combination Drawer can be adjusted to your liking. We find it PERFECT for keeping our produce fresher LONGER when set at the "Deli" setting. I can't say enough about the ice maker; Ice is always there when you need it, in two different forms abundantly, which puts the perfect chill on whatever you need it for. The Bespoke runs VERY quiet. Our Den (main TV relaxing room) is open concept with our kitchen, so quiet appliances are important. The Bespoke fits the bill perfectly! Another great feature is the WiFi app connection. At any time, any place, I can make feature changes and check on the operation of our Bespoke. A text alerting me that the refrig door has been left open, while I'm in another room lets me know before potential cooling damage from a neglected door closure. Samsung has really gone out of their way to make my life easier with the design and function of the new Bespoke! I highly recommend it! There is so much to say about it, including the adjustable shelving, large crispers, and clear lighting within the unit, along with the large two basket freezer with more than adequate space! I LOVE our new Bespoke, very pleased to be using it and suggest that you select one for your home as well! ENJOY!
