Samsung - Bespoke 30 Cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center - White Glass

I love my new refrigerator! I have had it for a month now and everyday I am happy I bought it. I have yet to fill it up, I always seem to find new space for anything I add. I use the self-filling pitcher for everything from making coffee to cooking to drinking. I have used it to make infused water but decided it was more useful as water. The fact that I can open a smaller outer door to grab canned sparkling water is awesome. I am using the small areas for holding extra butter. It holds temperature well in both the refrigerator and freezer. I am a bit of an ice addict and having the option between two sizes is amazing. I did have a small problem with the white plastic top piece and I know I could contact Home Depot to get it replaced, but I just taped in a small ... MoreI love my new refrigerator! This may really bother some people and if I was one of those, I would ask for a replacement. I think they should have made the catch piece a little longer than it is. This was a very minor inconvenience that I no longer notice or think about. The space in the freezer is massive. I haven’t filled it up yet. This is the best purchase I have made in years and love the way it looks in my kitchen as well. Delivery was a little strange, not much communication but it came the day it was expected.

Come for the design, enjoy the functionality

My spouse had been eyeballing this fridge for a while. We needed to replace our old one (let me say, get the 5 year Lowes plan - we had a lemon Frigidaire that got replaced with only 3 months left!!) So it came time to get a new one and this one stood out. I originally wanted the stainless version but since it was on special and only white glass was in stock (you can buy panels but they are sort of spendy) that is what we ended up with. First, the build quality on this unit is excellent. Plastic is sturdy, everything fits well. But the glass front - in our case in white - was way more that either of us expected. In addition to looking nice, the front is NON magnetic, which forces you to put all your junk on the side, leaving the front nice and clean. And then the best part, the glass is so easy to keep clean. No water dispenser in the door dribbling down the front. No stainless with special cleaner. Just windex and you are good to go. Since there is nothing on it with magnets, you can clean it regularly and it just looks great. I do like the door-in-door beverage center, especially the little pitcher. You will soon realize how much time you otherwise spend at the door waiting for your cup to fill. It's just more efficient. We got the model with the tap too, and it has its role, like filling bottles. The dual ice in the bottom is nice and while slowish holds enough that you have a good reservoir to use. Plus no ice in the door means there is more room for refrigerator stuff although you do sacrifice a little freezer space for it. It seems like a better and more enduring design.Quibbles: I'm not super tall (6') but I find the handle latch for the door-in-door a little on the low side - I have to bend slightly to reach it. Its perfect for my 5'7 wife and kids love it. The lower right hand crisper drawer can't be opened unless both fridge doors are open and this is sort of annoying but it is the only sort of function flaw. Last, the ice maker has been building up a little frost on the lip of the freezer door. Easy to knock off with a pastry bench scraper but it does come back. Not sure what causes it.Bottom line, I'd never want a stainless front fridge again.

After owning this refrigerator for several weeks, I am still unable to give it a final review. We had to replace our 11 year old LG (which I loved). I have a little while yet to decide if I want to return this refrigerator, thanks to buying it on Lowes credit card, and I still may. The frost isn't very thick right now and if it doesn't get worse I'll keep the refrigerator because DH loves it and it would be a pain to have to arrange the return, buy another and relocate my groceries. I'll probably just keep it because I'm lazy and it does have good qualities but DH will have to defrost the freezer. I just won't do it.

GREAT STYLISH LOOK FOR SUCH A HUGH CAPACITY

I had my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator delivered on July 1, 2024, so I haven't had it for very long. However, I love its huge capacity and stylishly sleek looks. Everyone who has seen this refrigerator has fallen in love with its door-in-a-door beverage center, including me. It also runs very quietly. The only noise I ever hear is the occasional muffled discharge of newly made ice cubes being directed into the ice bins.Speaking of the ice maker, I also love having the continuous selection of two sizes of cubes, one a more "standard" size and one a smaller "bullet" cube. These are discharged into side-by-side bins which are fitted with an automatic closing protective cover. Not a deal breaker for me.Part of the stylish look comes from the lack of door and drawer handles. At first, I thought that this might make for lots of hand or fingerprints and smudges on the doors. However, I quickly learned to use the hidden hand pulls which minimizes contact with the glass finish door and drawer panels (white in my current case). Plus, I find that a moist paper towel or soft dishtowel quickly removes the occasional smudge.

Great Fridge and Samsung Support

We have had this fridge for two weeks now and couldn’t be happier. When it was first turned on we had a concern about frost build up in the freezer and the accuracy of the temp settings. After a couple days and finally loading it up the frost disappeared. The temperature of the fridge and freezer section is now very accurate and stable. This gave us chance to contact Samsung customer support. We had some concern about that due to numerous unfavorable reviews but found that they were easy to contact, understood our concerns and responded quickly. Samsung actually scheduled a timely service call which we cancelled when our issues resolved themselves.We love the auto-fill pitcher, the secondary door access and the dual size ice. It is VERY quiet, we cannot hear it running at all. The stainless panels do show fingerprints which are easily wiped away with a microfiber cloth. We plan to replace the panels with black glass. Space is plentiful. A suggestion for Samsung is make the lower bins asymmetrical so you don’t have to open the left door to access the right bin (it doesn’t bypass the left door seal when it is closed). This isn’t an issue for the upper bins because they are narrower due to where the water filter is located.We purchased this thru Costco. The delivery and installation was done on schedule with no issues. Without question we would buy it again.

The selling point was that though there were a lot of complaints about Samsung icemakers, the Bespoke line solved this problem with the ice maker in the freezer. I love the look of this fridge. It's roomy. The beverage center is one of my favorite aspects of the fridge along with the dual ice maker. Buyers should be cognizant of the French door clearance requirements. Filled out a service request with Lowes Warranty and it will be 4 days before someone can even come out and look at it. It's disappointing when 2 years into ownership and there is already system failure. SmartThings app confirming as well letting me know the obvious, "Temperature inside refrigerator is relatively high." My fear now is that it hopefully will get fixed and in another 2 years I'll be out of warranty and the fridge will be deadweight again. I would like to have hope that that won't be the case, but reading other reviews and reddit, I'm not feeling optimistic. Appliances are an expensive investment for consumers and there are far too many complaints similar to mine on the web.

Excellent organization, fully functional and exquisitely beautiful. The pitcher is a game changer in a busy house full of teenagers and their friends. Whether athletes filling their sport thermoses, tabletop lunches or my never ending cool crisp lemon or cucumber water, the pitcher I thought would be a novelty quickly became a necessary fixture in our daily lives. Large Workhorse But Aesthetically Classy In Design

I've only had this Bespoke model a short time as it was delivered and installed July 1, 2024. All I can say is that at 30.1-cu ft, it is huge. When I first saw this model, I fell for the door in a door feature. Especially when the feature includes access to a sizable plastic pitcher that automatically fills itself with cold, filtered water in addition to the typical style of water dispenser that is used to fill a glass or large tumbler. I've even used it to fill a gallon plastic jug that supplies auto-fill water to a pet's drinking bowl.I'm also impressed with the dual ice maker which is keeping the two ice cube containers filled with regular cubes and smaller "bullet" size cubes. It doesn't take much of an effort to open the freezer drawer and use the provided plastic ice scoop. There is even a place to store the ice scoop inside the drawer. Plus, in my opinion the door in a door feature more than makes up for the lack of an automatic ice dispenser.Lowe's only had this model in white glass door panels. All of my other appliances are a gloss black finish. So this hugh white glass 3-door refrigerator-freezer makes it's presence known. However, the sale deal includes a second set of door panels that I can order for no charge, reportedly including the suction cup tool needed to remove the existing panels. There are two black colored panel selections, so although neither is a glass black, one of them will be close enough to work just fine. Although I must admit that I'm getting used to the white glass finish, which has been easy to keep smudge-free.If I have any complaint, it would be that the smaller drawers on the right side of the interior requires that you open both refrigerator doors in order to pull out one of those drawers. This is not the case for the two drawers on the left side. Either of these can be pulled open with only having to open the left refrigerator door. To me this is only a minor complaint as the drawers are so much larger than any other "crisper" drawers I've ever had for meats, vegetables, cheeses, etc.Time will tell. But for now, I am one happy camper when it comes to this Bespoke unit from Samsung!

There are many negatives about this fridge with just two positives. The self fill pitcher is great and really convenient and the two types of ice are high quality and useful. Now for the negatives. The doors require an extra 2 inches on each side of the fridge for clearance to open. So unless your cabinets are set up in a way where you have this abnormal amount of clearance needed don't buy this. This info is not contained on any spec sheet from samsung or best buy for some head scratching reason. Also you cant access drawers internally with out having both doors open, a cooling nightmare. While there is a lot of square footage for storage it can't be efficiently organized for much. The freezer is great but the ice tray has a horrible lay out. The scoop is contained above the ice in a secret compartment but if you use the scoop you can't put it back unless you close the freezer all the way and then re open it again to access the secret compartment. I am convinced this fridge was designed by a team of graphic artist who have never been in a Kitchen except to unpack their doordash orders.

Tons of storage, spacious, top tier functionality and super clean look.This is the best fridge I’ve ever owned by far. It stays ice cold and has tons of settings to change it as you need. Easy access to everhtbing plus easy water filter change system.The only thought I figured may be a hassle is that the water dispenser is obviously on the inside of the fridge BUT In it’s own separate space with the push of a button. BUT it’s actually way better. The water I feel feels colder and fresher than when it’s on the outside of the fridge.
