No longer available!! Why is this?? Bespoke jet vacuum is redundant without the replacement bags. samsung spare, AO, curry's, John Lewis ( Samsung Customee services told me robtry these ) don't stock or sell them. Abosulrlt rubbish customer services are a diabolical is assisting

Clicked for 3 for 2 dustbags offer. Only received 2 while the excuse from the website was not I was not entitles while product stocks last. I would have thought that Samsung would have best in class ERP, to track real-time SKU with the selling point. Very disappointing. I don't care about the £19. But I hate to be given a fault hope and feel like and idiot with a chat agent throwing in a copy & paste while stock lasts message from the page. If the company don't want to give a promo. Don't give and sell the freaking full price! Now I have lost 30 minutes of my time of the day to write this review and hopefully will be useful to other people who also purchase jetbespoken. Next electric I look for different make. Sorry!
Really Expensive Vacuum, the sole reason for purchase was the cleaning station and have been unable to buy bags since purchase in July. Asking questions takes you on a never ending circle that goes back to the beginning and all of the personnel clearly have a script that says ‘tell the customer you can buy these bags even through we know there is no stock anywhere’. Sort it out Samsung, you are giving your customers shoddy service and selling products that do not meet UK laws as they are not fit for the purpose for which they are sold if you cannot buy the consumables.
I bought a jet bot. It has a recurring issue where it cleans a small patch and returns to base saying it is finished. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get engagement from Dust Svc - often the chat and phones just cut you off. Finally sending it off to be looked at (with threats that I may have to pay) - it's less than 3 months old. Now I am trying to buy dust bags (I was mislead to believe that all dust containers could be emptied and re-used) - and they are NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I have never been so unimpressed with customer service support for any company.
No idea how good these bags are because its been a few weeks since purchasing and the vacuum cleaner still hasnt arrived. Im hoping this review stops the email requests for a review.
The bags work really well. For us, they seem to last a while, and are disposed when they are completely full! We vacuum mainly hard floors and a couple of rugs and do this daily as its so quick and easy with the Samsung. The only issue is having to wait to get more bags as they are usually not in stock and need to be ordered.
