I received this clean station from Samsung for product testing.Well I was very intrigued about the cleaning station, I loved the way it sucked the dirt away and it was nearly mess free.The cute little bags were great and actually held alot more than I first thought. I used the hoover and clean station for 7 days, with a family of two adults and two messy children and 2 dogs. I never filled the bag up.The downside is, it only came with one of the emptying pots, so if one was being cleaned. I had to wait. The lead is quite short, I have an old council house, so plugs are few and far between. It runs on electricity, which isnt so great at the moment. The removal of filters are really easy.It is a nice addition to the jet 60 samsung hoover but I wouldn't say it's a necessity.

As I continued to use it, I realized that the suction generally is not strong enough to pull hair from the center of the canister being emptied. Additionally, the light never went off to let me know that the fust bag was full, but it became apparent by the smell of hot dirt/dust when the station would suck in the canister. As I emptied it, I realized I only had the 1 extra bag that my station came with and once I went through that, the machine became non-operable. You MUST have a bag to run this machine, but they are not available and have not been available for over a year. Honestly, purchased the Clean Station just over a year ago with my Jet90 and absolutely loved it. Never thought I would find it useful, but it worked great and really made the post-vacuum clean-up a breeze. However, about two months ago, the plastic lip on the dust bin canister compatible with the Clean Station broke and I have been in a continuous loop with customer service trying to get a replacement, which SURPRISE(!), is apparently impossible. Between the parts store telling me they do not carry a replacement canister and I have to go through Samsung to Samsung support telling me I either need to contact the parts store, Best Buy, or re-purchase a clean station. I've effectively been without the use of my Clean Station now for several months. It works just as described, and honestly if you're sensitive to dust when you empty your vacuum this thing is a must. Though, it doesn't always get everything if you have long hair that wraps around the way mine does. At the very least however it sucks up all the dust so there's no coughing or irritation when you open the vacuum to fully empty it.I got mine for 50 bucks, which is about all I'd honestly want to pay for this functionality wise. The bags are also crazy expensive and hard to get (5 for 30 bucks! Gross)
This Clean Station has literally been a massive paper weight in the corner of my house. The SPECIFIC dust-bin it came with cracked and no longer adheres to my vacuum. I cannot use the Clean Station without the bin and when I say months, I mean MONTHS! I've been in contact with Samsung representatives over MONTHS trying to get a replacement bin. It's so ridiculous I will more than likely have to throw this paper weight away. Super huge waste - seriously, DON'T waste your money. It was wonderful when I could use it... and I have so many brand new dust bags that I wasted money on as well. No since in investing on an item that doesn't come with replacement parts.

As many here have stated, the Cleaning Station began to loose it suction and having to physically loosen/remove nothing but lint and collected dust became a "dirty" issue.Then last month, January 2023, the Clean Station on/off button stuck and the unit failed to engage. It's called "PLANNED OBSELENCE". These devices are designed, engineered to fail shortly before or after the warranty period! (Case in point: Family member worked for Samsung in the TV repair division and told me after leaving the company that the 32" Flat Screen TV's, and possibly more sizes, had two blue capacitors that were designed to fail 2-4 years into ownership. i bought the jet 90 and rhe cleaning station. i have called several times about the dustbin on my machine and that was within a few months of owning it. i was disappointed that they could not help with the the dustbin on the cleaning station. they kept sending me the wrong product. after months of struggling i ended buying a new dustin bin only for rhat one to end up having the same issues. the little plastic around rhe top seem to always break. for a vacuum that cost around almost $800 with the cleaning station should be more that effective especially cause it samsung. i love samsung products and always have high regard but i am very disappointed in the vacuum. i feel like i should upgrade to the bespoke.

If you own pets, you will probably find that after the first cycle, you will have to pull some of the clumped up hair out manually. The hinge of the flap that drops to empty seems to be culprit the majority of the time for those clumps of hair to stay in the cannister. Not too much of a hassle though as a lot of the dustiness has already been sucked out with the first cycle. Just lift the cannister a little, pull the hair out and let drop in clean station, replace cannister on station and do another cycle. These clean stations are the main reason i chose samsung stick vac over the competition. The Samsung generally had slight better reviews at a similar price to the Dyson, however the bundle deal threw in the clean station for free, making it a no-brainer. The clean station works great, completely cleaning and compacting the pet hair and other stuff from the vacuum. Operation is automatic. There's enough suction that you can really pack in a lot of trips. I'd say I'm getting roughly 30 days worth of pet hair, dust and other stuff per bag. The downside is...the bags are almost impossible to find. Samsung doesn't seem to sell them online. Amazon carries them, but at a cost of over $20/bag, which is way too steep. Like most modern families, we're busy and want to enjoy what spare time we have. This is one of those little things that provides a big assist. We use our stick vacuum daily and however convenient none of them are fun to clean out. I usually grab a small bag, go outside and empty it so the dust doesn't go back in the air. With the clean station it stucks the dirt right out in about 15 seconds. Sometimes I have to run it 2x but it's clean and convenient.
