Got the pen with my new tab s9+. Within a few weeks of taking notes, the nib has worn down and gotten a little banged up, drastically lowering the feel of it on the tablet screen and slowing down my note-taking considerably. When I looked to order new nibs, Samsung doesn't have anywhere to buy new nibs, instead making you buy a whole new pen, which is not just more expensive but also more wasteful. I am a huge fan of Samsung and have spent thousands of dollars on Samsung devices in the past year, but it is really frustrating when something like this happens. If literally every other drawing tablet company out there can sell OEM replacement nibs, so can you.

The S pen came with my Galaxy Tab S9 series Tablet. I have been useing the pen fro 4-6 months now and the magnet is weak, now even when i attach it with my tablet it is showing it is disconnected. I even did some research on how to connect it but samsung has no instructions, i even tried to reset my pen. But it was definitly a high tech pen and it had awsome features .

I then bought a folding case because I thought that that the pen stylus would stay in place between the tablet and the cover. The very very first time I put it there to charge overnight I was on a trip. I did the charge and felt that the pen was safe on the back with the cover on it now rather than in my handbag. I lifted it up and carried it from the unit to the car with a clipboard and writing pad. I put them all down together and when I got to me destination 700km (8 hours by car) away the stylus wasn't there. I hoped it had fallen down into the cover but no, it wasn't anywhere. I had to ask people to please look for it and check carpark etc and the car but the unit had already been cleaned and a lot of people had been walking around there. It was gone and I am still upset a month later because the place to store it was just useless and it did not hold it in place at all. I don't understand the different types of pens for sale to replace it cheaper. So I am stuck with a bubble thingy on the end of half a pen to tap with for writing. I wish I knew who to tell about this so it can be fixed.
It feels very good in the hand and is easy to manuever and control. It's super responsive and senses tilt and pressure very well. It also has air command which helps speed up my productivity by showing select tools on the side of the screen rather than having to make my way around the OS to find the tool. I'm not too well versed in e-pens as I've only ever used one a long time ago but this thing is an absolute game changer and helps me accurately make selections, highlight, and draw things more accurately while saving my screen from my greasy fingies. It has a long battery life and is easy to charge as the charging sttation is on the back of the tablet. Another cool feature is that my tablet will alert me if I left the pen behind.
I've been using the SPen for about a month now. It's very easy to hold in a holder, I found writing with the pen itself quite slippery but with a holder the experience for me is much more comfortable.I have quite large hands for a woman and find the pen to be a comfortable size.My SPen charges well on the back of my Galaxy Tab. It attaches quite well in the holder but even better without.There can be a bit of lag when the pen needs charging. I'm not really bothered by that.It has made using the tablet so much easier!I don't really use the air commands but from what I've seen they are easy to pickup.

I took a risk, opened it up and connected to my tablet. It works! I am able to use the air action. Even better than the s pen my tablet came with, it wouldn't connect. To have it fixed, I'd have to leave my tablet with the s pen for samsung repair to check. Long story, I didn't care about it not connecting, till I need a new one when I ended losing the s pen. Bought a S8 Ultra open-box that didnt come with a s pen, got this one for the s9 as a replacement and it works perfect. It was immediately recognized by the tablet, charged to 100% when attached to the back, and now the air gestures work. I would say its 100% a good replacement for the S8 Ultra. Its very smooth, feels better than the s pen i had from a previous samsung. Worth it.
I can't compare this to any other stylus or S Pen, because I've never bought one before. I got this for my Galaxy Book4 and it was well worth it. I love using that combination for notetaking and projects. It also kind of magnetizes to the top of the laptop, making it a little bit easier to keep track of. I'm not sure if the Creator version has more features, or what, but this does everything I need it to do with accuracy.

It centralizes all my notes and homework into one place so I dont have to haul so much paper around, and pencils too for that matter. A bit pricey, but worth the screen size. Although, the battery life is almost nonexistent if you raise the screen brightness over half and need to study long hours like I do. Id say, if you set your screen brightness under 50% you may get about 8 hours off one charge dependingon hope you use it. Then it'll take roughly +5 hours to get it back to full.
