Samsung Galaxy A16 4GB/128GB 6.7 Black

So far I appreciate the larger 128gb memory but do not like some of its screens over my previous A20E. An example ofwhich is looking up contacts: my a23e had an a to z along the rh edge of the screen making access very easy, I eventually fouind that this was made visible in the same place by holding the rh edge slider, which I find very difficult to do. I'm a 78 year old and was hoping the increased screen size would make things easier but have yet to find that to be the case due to hardware/software changes? I was looking for improved screen display having accepted its greater physical size. So far I've not noticed any improvements with battery, camera, connectivity, display or performance but its still early days. So far I've not noticed any improvements with battery, camera, connectivity, display or performance but its still early days. I have now changed to fibre broadband but even this doesn't seem to have increased A16 phone performance. Not impressed so far. Screens are not self explanatory. Have to keep referring to advice and manual. Had trouble entering nickname? entered W!ZARD and received message "only letters and numbers acceptable for nickname". Look at what I entertered again????? Even your people can't seem to write a review questionaire logically??????

I am finding it totally frustrating. It is not easy to use. I find it impossible to use the screenshot facility. The calendar is a nightmare to use. When installing the new modem my Alexa, Ring doorbell, Samsung TV and my printer all needed to be "introduced" to the new password. Many apps wee the same.e and even my online banking. It has all caused me great stress. At 81 years old I needed help with everything.. totally unhappy with the situation. The font size in most cases is too small. Not happy with it.

I am loving the new Samsung Galaxy A16.It is comfortable to hold & use. The buttons are in a convenient place unlike some other phones. My husband set it up for me in under two hours as I am a technophobe. The sound quality when making calls or video calls is brilliant with crystal clear sound & display..The camera gives good, clear photos & internet shopping or online banking is a speedy pleasure on the mobile. The battery does not seem to last longer than 2 days or a little over but the charging is fast.I would definitely have another Samsung in the future.
