I upgraded from a OnePlus 6 that I dropped. It was getting old but I didn't realize what new features samsung's touchwiz UI has gotten since I last used a galaxy device. Even an entry-mid level phone like this just seems to kick ass. It is a bit lacking in the pop that a better camera would have and a bit chunkier than a flagship, but with expandable memory, 3.5mm jack and so on, it is kind of a no brainer. The next level up galaxy is lacking the audio jack and expandable memory but has a better processor.... I like this better to be honest. I have now used it for a month and battery and features are impressive.

I bought the phone 2 weeks ago. Great features I love it but don't understand why it doesn't come with the charging adapter. How will I charge with the cable alone? And what happened to earphones? Any new should be packed with complete charging set and earphones by default.
I bought it a week ago, it's great however when it comes to gaming I experience slight lagging and black screen malfunctions.
I bought the phone 7 days ago excellent phone so smooth enjoying the camera but it doesn't come with the adaptor and I pay so much n I must still go purcrhase a different type adaptor you guys can do better
