Samsung Galaxy A32 5G 4GB/128GB 6.5 Dual Sim Smartphone Black

This is replacing a fairly new Sony Experia 10III that I loved but was not compatible when AT and T dropped 3G etc. I have avoided Samsung due to the size and fear of a bloated Samsung skin. But getting a smaller phone than this proved difficult so learning to live with it. What most surprised me was the clean, graphically flat and well designed UI, and any bloatware loaded is not rubbed in your face. So it is very clean and neutral, and for price, responsive with no hang-ups or jigger. Can't get visual voicemail to work but that may just mean a visit to AT and T. Finger and face recognition worked well early on but now not so much. May just need to re-do that interface in the settings. This also means louder headphone volume than on my Sony, but a bit harsher than the latter, which has an upscaling DSEE that improves the compressed audio files. Having said that, I have the equalizer on flat response, as I have not played with that yet. Camera acceptable, but a fussy focuser at close range and poor in dark settings. I am a big believer on not spending more than $4-500 on a phone, and after my new Sony being obsolete, needed something very affordable in short order. With the exception of the finger/face recognition and some camera issues, a good performer for the money. While I felt forced into this choice Samsung surprised me.

Love this phone ngl. Its so good. I got the 64gb one. I wish i wouldve gotten a high storage now that I've had it for a while. Only because i have a lot of apps and alot of pics and videos. Family things and social media, and product reviews. It adds up. And i stay having to remove messages among other things just use to use the phone. But as far as display its easy to organize and use. the widgets and folders are easy to use and organize. I like that its full screen. I like that there's accessibility features which came in handy with my moms. She drops it alot ( very clumsy). And now her power button doesn't work which affects a few features, like screenshot or turning on and off the phone. I love the phone camera, Its pretty clear. but the cam loses quality when taken on a social app, but that could easily be the app. It also has cool snap filters accessible directly on the cam app. I've had it a while already and its still like new in terms of the function.

Great Space Comes With Great Quality!

I really enjoy this version of Samsung phones. For what I originally had was the Samsung A3 which at the time had very limited space and quality was decent. Ever since this transition to this device I have been able to play apps on my phone I normally wouldn't be able to giving me more opportunities to explore more about my device's powers.The functions for having accessibility tools like extra dim have been amazing. Late at night I normally keep my brightness pretty low but at night that extra dim function really helps. Even for when you wake up in morning before sun and check your phone notifications and it doesn't feel like you get blinded when you activate that ability.Another thing I want to add is the tools like clearing storage and seeing device problems ... MoreI really enjoy this version of Samsung phones. Great phone

Received this refurbished Samsung Galaxy A32 5G a month ago for my wife as an upgrade from an older phone. This phone is like new. We transferred the files from the old phone to this new one without a problem using Smart Switch. Then we went online to the Tracfone site to activate this phone keeping the old phone number. Within a minute the old phone could no longer make a call so as instructed we restated the A32 5G and all worked fine.I like the phone so much that I ordered another for myself. The experience with my phone was the same. Together we both put our heads together and went through all the settings. We finally settled on going back to the swipe method to get rid of the floating folder but also activated the answer by pressing the up volume button.If you don't allow the assistant menu then the tap to answer is not allowed. Nuts!All and all this is a great phone with a positive experience with the Tracfone service.I read where some complain about the Tracfone service but I have used them for many years and have had no problems with them at all. And I have always purchased a refurbished phone from them.I really wish I could set this phone to tap to answer without putting

My Greatest Ally

This phone as all sorts of features that accommodate my everyday life. I find new things out about this phone every so often, the surprises are endless. I usually like to share my screen to everything when I'm on the go, so the smart view is something I use very often. I also like to use my phone and computer at the same time to multi-task, so being able to pull my phone up on my computer screen via Link to Windows is such a gift. I use Google often for my work, so being able to access everything through Samsung just by putting in some information puts me at ease. That being said, I also appreciate being able to sign in easily with the help of Samsung. It saves my passwords and if I get a message about a verification code, or something of the sort, it instantly grabs it and request if I want to use it. My phone is a tool I use daily, so I appreciate the versatile features of Samsung and ease it brings to my everyday life. Time moves fast when your having fun and I am having fun with Samsung!

Not enough internal storage!

64 Gig is not enough internal storage for phones anymore, neither is 32 Gig. This phone is fine for general use AS A PHONE, but if you have a lot of apps that you use on your phone the internal storage gets eaten up fast. Add app updates on top of it and 64 Gig becomes obsolete very quickly. Even with a 128 Gig SD card added, the fact that not all apps in Google's Playstore can be moved to the SD card for storage after downloading them. I've had this phone 11 months now, not even a full year, and I'm now having to delete apps to gain space to continue using the most important ones like banking and emails without dumping an entire data load out of each app and starting over again. Did we not learn our lesson about that with flip phones???). I've been a staunch Samsung fan for many many years, that's fading, quickly. Want to know what it would take to keep a heavy user like me as a staunch fan? Come have have a rap session with me and I'll fill you in on the REAL needs of your customers. Until then, stop manufacturing phones with such limited internal storage space and rediculous features...it's embarrassing. In fact, I already ditched my Galaxy watch in favor of going back to Fitbit, the needed features just aren't there.

Reliable, accessible, and functional

I used to use my phone just for Social Media and texting, but after realizing how much storage I had, I started to use my phone for everything.Now, I have games, streaming services, and even three different emails communication apps (for all the school, work, and personal accounts that I'm forced to have). I'm able to catch up on my favorite shows from almost anywhere in the world. I can also download and play so many different games, so I'm never bored.Two highlights in the game aspect are the game launcher and overall quality. Most of the games I play I don't even have to download because of the game launcher app that lets you try mobile games for free. It helps make all of my interests easier to reach.

And when comes to gaming on this device its rlly fast and is never choppy. I am able to play games like Cod Mobile and still have a stable 60 fps on my phone. And one of my favorite features is how you can have multiple chat bubbles for when people text you. It super useful when you're diing something and then someone texts you so you can multitask. Switching between apps isn't laggy unlike other phones so that really useful. Overall I like the performance of this phone alot and I would highly recommend this to others. I recommended the A32 to my brothers and they got one and they love it. I have used this phone for about a year and it still runs smooth.

I enjoy playing games and branched out to play more complex mobile games from minecraft to a few others. The phone has a tendency to get hot and apps crash out with extended use. The screen also tends to freeze up quite often when doing anything for a decent amount of time. The power button has also stopped responded entirely and in order to turn on the phone i have to use the fingerprint ID, which is fine although inconvenient when trying to check time or notifications quickly. The camera is decent, it's not the best and tends to go out of focus and not want to refocus, it is one of the better features of this phone and for casual photos it is wonderful. I really love the portrait mode and have gotten quite a few nice images. The screen is very durable and I only have a few scratches and I have dropped it amd it's not cracked.
