The great parts about this phone:- 120hz refresh rate, so scrolling/use is pretty smooth- Expandable memory/microSD slot (which is sorely missed in the flagship S line)- 3.5mm headphone jack <3- Overall solid build, I was initially concerned as i heard that the back is plastic (or a mix of plastic and glass) but it honestly feels fine compared to other phones I've usedThe not-so-good parts- Camera quality leaves a bit to be desired, wasn't expecting much but still kinda disappointed. Colours look a little washed out tbh- Pretty much the same phone as the A52, only change is that this 5G connectivity iirc. I'd recommend DYOR and comparing it to other models like the S2x FE, Samsung Note lineup or even the Google Pixels.Overall:- Decent quality for a ... MoreThe great parts about this phone:- 120hz refresh rate, so scrolling/use is pretty smooth- Expandable memory/microSD slot (which is sorely missed in the flagship S line)- 3.5mm headphone jack <3- Overall solid build, I was initially concerned as i heard that the back is plastic (or a mix of plastic and glass) but it honestly feels fine compared to other phones I've usedThe not-so-good parts- Camera quality leaves a bit to be desired, wasn't expecting much but still kinda disappointed. Would it be better to buy an S2x FE phone instead? Maybe. It depends on how you typically use your mobile phones in the first place. Wouldn't it be better to wait it out and see what new phones will be released this coming release season? Again, /maybe/. But if you have the opportunity/circumstances to buy a new phone now, then I don't think you'd be throwing your money away bc it really is a good midrange phone - Samsung had to cut corners in order to make the price as it is now so... good luck!

Pros: Long life battery ? Large internal memory Better camera quality 90% good camera quality. Perfectly sized, Not too large, Also fairly light in weight makes it comfortable to operate Flawless screen, easy and smooth scrolling. Headphone jack and type.C charging port is a great idea.Good audio quality.Cons: Dual sim method is nearly useless in the sense that one cannot insert external memory card while using dual simcard. It is either you insert one sim card and external sd card or two sim cards then forfeit the eternal sd card and then manage the phone's internal memory only. Therefore, I don't consider this phone a 100% dual sim phone. This phone is 50% Dual based on the explanations above.

I was looking for a new phone as I was looking to get rid of my Nokia 3.4. I was looking for a phone that would last me 3 years and that had micro sd expansion. I decided to get the Samsung A52s 5G as some of my friends have used Samsung phones before. I got my phone on the 15th December in Awesome Mint and from the unboxing to setting it up it was an absolute doddle, was only the user who cocked up the installation first time around, but I learned and started all over again doing it properly. I have used my phone to do videos on YouTube and I love the OIS part of the phone as it keeps it well steady and even when I put the super steady mode on it is great. The phone has flagship software in it to me, but at a budget price. I paid £360, but with the cashback of £80. ... MoreI was looking for a new phone as I was looking to get rid of my Nokia 3.4. I am really enjoy using the phone which I have never had that feeling for a long time. The only problem I have is not being able to remove Instagram or Microsoft's one drive, but that isn't hurting the phone as I have them disabled anyway.Keep up the good work Samsung as in 3 years I'll be seeing what else I will be able to get
Having used this phone for a month, whilst it is generally good, there are a couple of weaknesses in vital areas, and overall I feel disappointed with it.Good are the screen, speakers and general daily operation – after I had spent a couple weeks reading the setting to turn off annoying notifications and distractions such as the camera shutter sound. The in-screen fingerprint print reader is working well; and I'm hoping, based on reviews, that Samsung will offer a few years of software updates and security patches. I also like having the extended storage, although it is worth noting that not all apps can use this. The battery is reasonable, I can get a full day’s use with a few percent to spare, though to achieve this I have switched the screen mode to 60Hz. I also like having the extended storage, although it is worth noting that not all apps can use this. The battery is reasonable, I can get a full day’s use with a few percent to spare, though to achieve this I have switched the screen mode to 60Hz. A slight annoyance is the auto screen rotate, which sometimes seems to trigger too easily, and sometimes not at all. I wish there was a setting to control its sensitivity.Disappointments are the camera and sound casting via Bluetooth. The camera is often slow to focus, and prone to blur or problems in exposure. Detail is good in bright conditions, but otherwise limitations are obvious when photos are enlarged. Skin, for example, is prone to mottling and jumps in colour gradient. For me, night mode has so far resulted in grainy, poorly focused photos. Pro mode only offers 10 seconds max exposure - I like to use this mode for night sky photos (e.g. meteor showers and satellites) so was hoping for a longer exposure option – my previous phone offered 30 seconds. Overall, the camera seems inferior to that in my previous, similar price-band phone. Also poorer is the sound casting to Bluetooth earphones and speakers. I like to listen to music stored on my phone. No matter how I tweak the phone settings and equaliser, the sound is a bit flat. Again, this is disappointing compared to my previous phone.
The Galaxy A52 is an exceptional smartphone that boasts an impressive combination of affordability and quality. As a proud owner of this device, I can attest to its remarkable capabilities. In fact, I use it as a secondary phone to complement my iPhone, as it offers a plethora of features that my primary device simply cannot match. One of the most notable advantages of the Galaxy A52 is its versatility. With its Android operating system, this phone provides access to a vast array of applications that are not available on the iOS App Store. To be fair, it was more the circumstances. My faithful samsung phone that lasted me 4 years and the pandemic died. i should have been prepared but wasn't. The post office was the only place in town to buy a phone as i couldn't show my double vaax....which was on my phone. Couldn't buy online as need a code....sent to my phone. Thought i would buy a burner and keep it as a backup and then buy a proper phone like the note (which i couldn't test at telstra shop shut due to know staff). But then saw the Sony in the case and thought, why not? Save some money and time waiting for a phone. Had trouble at first with inserting sim, hated the menu which i assumed would be the same as my old loved samsung and all the pictures were xrays. couldn't fix and then hard to explain ... MoreTo be fair, it was more the circumstances. Had trouble at first with inserting sim, hated the menu which i assumed would be the same as my old loved samsung and all the pictures were xrays. couldn't fix and then hard to explain problem on phone and hurtful after being put on wait for so long, so thought i might return it (no damage), and was refused. Wished I had either saved money and bought a burner and waited for real phone. I know i made a mistake too buying without seeing a version out of a box, but now am stuck for years with a phone that will hate, even though i eventually worked out about the picture and it turns out it wasn't faulty. Samsung has gone from a brand i love to hate (even though its my fault too). Bigger than dimensions on box. the only thing i like, better than expected screen.
1) Bixby must be improved (i love the assistant but there are very limited usage)2) Improve software for better Battery Life (battery is not really good, when battery percentage reaches 50% it drains battery a lot faster...)3) Optimise screen brightness, auto brightness increases the brightness more than required which is good but drains battery percentage a lot, a lot...)Good Qualities:-Camera 10/10Display 10/10Bixby 7/10 Truely Lovely, but need more updatesOverall Experiance 9/10 i just want its battery life to be improved..
I hate this phone. Got sand in it, used rice, hair dryer til it finally said it was charging on a trip in the car-kept getting moisture beep and it was almost dead because I was taking trip photos and everyone knows samsung batteries suck. It fried the OEM charger on the way home and was almost burning to the touch. I hate it when a cell phone is just playing games or general use or charging and makes you feel like its going to explode. Its laggy, camera is slow to respond. but quality is better than most newer ones or I'd be buying a S21 or 22 ultra but I refuse to pay over $800 and have tiny hands and purse pockets so I don't want notebook size or debt/phone payments. Last trip I took the new dual samsung charger kept not charging in my new truck and the usb plugged into my work pc says slow charging every day. The port is worn out/loose which I've had with other phones. Won't charge wirelessly. It's 2.5 years old? and I wanted to get rid of it months ago. I had S5 and S9 before, moto Gs recently but the screen broke after 1 fall. Why does it update software at least once a month now?
The screen is top tier but what really creeps up on you is the sound quality.Watching a sports game on this will blow you away with the sound quality. Makes it feel like you are in the stands.Top of the line performance for a standard price.Basically does everything a galaxy s2 can with slightly better performance all around.Compared to the S2 the price is slightly lower, the screen is faster bigger. But the phone is heavier. The camera is significantly better than the S2.Downsides are its a lot bigger and heavier. The only really issue I have with it is the battery is so big that once its really low or empty it takes a long time to charge back up. And because the battery is so big you loose the habit of constantly having it charging.
