I've been looking for earbuds that would actually fit in my ears so that I never have to adjust them once they're in. These earbuds were the solution to this problem. They fit great, they sit in place and they never move no matter what I do, so I'm not spending all day readjusting these earbuds with every little head movement I make.I was surprised at how deep the bass was on these earbuds, it's quite powerful, perhaps the most powerful bass I've heard on any earbuds to date I've tried.The app is well done, and being able to connect on an Android and make adjustments is simple and to the point. I bought it for my PC.This is a heavily flawed product.The first thing I did was use the Galaxy Buds app for Windows 10 to connect them, hoping there would be options for adjusting the sound on Windows 10 because the sound on Android was awful. The app runs on Windows 10 but it NEVER actually sees the earbuds, so I can never connect them through the app to proceed. Windows 10 BT Manager sees the earbuds just fine, just not Samsung's own app which is kinda ironic.The issue for this is far beyond the Windows 10 app, the problem with these earbuds -- despite the supreme booming bass -- is that ALL of the other sounds suffer. The bass drowns everything out and there is no way to adjust this. Vocals sound like they're being yelled through a wall. The treble sounds like it's coming from under water. And in higher volumes, the bass sounds hard and rattily.There is no surround or spatial sound to these earbuds, it's very close to the center so everything sounds dull and flat, with no way to change this. Because the non-bass sound is subpar, it almost has the quality of a $10 pair of earbuds, just with better bass. I have some off-brand $16 earbuds that sound like they should $150 earbuds and are superior to these Galaxy Buds (if only they would stay in my ears). I don't understand why, but Samsung missed the mark on the audio quality of these, despite being the best design for sitting in hears. They could have had the best of both worlds.No matter what type of music I listen to, the adjustments I make, whether on Android or Windows 10, or using external EQ software, anything I do results in the audio with a tinny-like low-powered sound to it, and turning up the volume makes everything sound like a 64 kbps bitrate streaming MP3, like back in the early 2000s.There is no way I am keeping these or recommending them to anyone else. You can seriously get $15 earbuds with superior audio quality if you don't mind having to adjust them in your ears often.I had expected supreme quality from Samsung on this. I was disappointed.

I bought these to replace my galaxy buds pro and in my opinion, they do not even compare.The overall shape of the headphone is difficult to fit in my ear and is at times, very uncomfortable. It has to be positioned just right for you to hear anything. I had to turn the touch feature off altogether since adjusting the headphone in my ear became such an annoyance.They do not noise cancel very well, and if you try to push them in your ear to create a seal, you risk not being able to hear anything out of it. Especially if you are looking for headphones to use while at the gym or working, these are not the best, the galaxy pro fit better and didn't shift as much.In addition, multiple times I have had the same issue with both headphones in regards to volume. They have a good battery life, I usually only have to switch my headphone once during an 8-10 hour shift, given they are fullly charged.I wish other reviews mentioned these issues since majority of them are so positive and say nothing about these issues.

The headphones seem to work well. I rode on several days of airline travel and they do a good job of substantially cutting down the engine noise and I can hear movies very clearly. Music sounds good. My ears often hurt with headphones squeezing into them but these have been comfortable for many hours of continuous use, they don't hurt and I forget they are there. Do be sure you are taking the time to fit them properly, it was a little different than other earbuds I've used. Battery life is great, I watched a number of movies with noise canceling on, and just put the buds back in the wireless case and they charged right back up quickly. The software seems good, and I like being able to use it to adjust sound properties, but I wish it integrated better with my iPhone. Pairing both earbuds took several tries and I was initially frustrated. I haven't tried un-pairing them and pairing them to something else, I assume I will have the same issues.Overall great for sound, noise cancellation, battery life and comfort. A little annoyed with pairing and software (wish I didn't have to use it) but has been OK once I did it the first time.
