Awesome Phone!

I was sceptical about getting a phone over the internet from this company. I figured I was going to get a lemon or a badly marked up phone. But, I have to say I was proven wrong! Very wrong!The phone that was sent to me was in near perfect condition. I can't really see any major flaws with the phone. So the battery must be the issue... nope! Battery works pretty well and I am able to get a full day with plenty of juice to spare. Although, I didn't get the latest Samsung model and instead opted for a slightly older Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, It's a phone with decent specs and very quick processing even with heavy multi-tasking.It's nice that my scepticism was proved wrong. Buyer Beware this seller.

Not 'mint over'. Mine arrived in a plain box. That is fine. It was listed as 'open box / new mint'. It was absolutely NOT. It has a cheap OMOLED on it. So cheap in fact it has a halo around it and on a dark screen you can see the fingerprint sensor. The glass is so cheap it collects dirt and looks terrible and feels rough. I have used flagship phones from Samsung since they started offering them so I know a fake screen when I see it. But I was in dire need to transfer my data right away because the screen on my Note 10 cracked and it was slowly dying. So I just lived with it. Don't purchase: is this 'new' phone 'refurbished'?

the camera takes blurry videos and photos. it also takes time for it to 'focus', and it truly does not. also, there are issues with the speaker and sound does not come out of them, even if phone is on speakerphone. my wife has this phone purchased brand new from our phone carrier with no issues. however, with this phone i purchased here, thinking i was getting a good deal, i am questioning if this is truly a new phone or was refurbished and then sent to me as 'new'. because of this, i would NOT recommend purchasing from this place again. i only gave it 2 stars because i can at least make/recieve calls.

Extremely satisfied customer of the last of the Galaxy Note Series...

I've had this phone over a month now and I have zero complaints. The phone was as advertised, new in box, clean IMEI, and flawless. I had no issue activating with my wireless carrier and the phone has been better than expected. Battery life is several days with normal usage (calls, text, random notifications, occasional web browsing, limited social media access), the interface is user friendly, and storage is sufficient. I do have a 256 GB micro SD card installed and try to make sure apps and other things get stored there first. Pleasantly surprised and very grateful I have been receiving several updates since activating meaning I am up to date with Android and security patches. Garbage

This phone was purchased soley due to the fact Tmobile would not support my Note9 anymore. I was hoping to stick with the Note family. First the phone arrived 2 days after promised delivery time. When it did finally arrive it looks like crap. I understand that refurbished isn't new but whomever refurbished this phone didn't even try. The phone is dirty and covered in smudges and fingerprints. There is dirt and dust in the charging port. There are huge scratches accross the screen and both the top and bottom. The stylus is not the original stylus and it is also dirty. The stylus is supposed to be white and it is so dirty the tip of it is black and there are black smudges along the base. Gorilla Glass 7 / Waterproof... we'll see

Only had it a week now, but like it so far. I had to replace my note 9 before crackscreen went blackscreen. I have 3 other note series phones I can't get into because of this. Data locked away in a phone nobody can get into without spending an unreasonable amount of money or knowing somebody who knows somebody. I'm stuck on this series though. Too bad it got handed over to the s-boys. Maybe they'll make it better for all. I hope this phone lives up to its "legendary" reputation. As long as the screen stays unharmed I'll be happy. I had to go to great lengths to keep predecessors' screens intact. For a note, the screen is it's soul. It's awful thin and large though, which is why I waited and shopped for a nice refurbished one so I don't get my soul crushed if something bad happens like my note 9 on day 6 with a pre-order new release unit. At least I had geek squad, but I do not recommend them in general. They try to total a note regardless of the issue in my experience. I like the idea of using the toughest glass and waterproofing, but waiting until the very last model to do so seems quite strategic. Of course my 9's were supposed to have the toughest glass available at the time, but still broke 3 of them too easily in my opinion. I'm still on board though...it IS the last of it's official line so why not? I've been here since the beginning so I may as well ride it to the end.

I was a little bit skeptical about refurbished phones. I mean, it's not really cheap, but its way cheaper than buy new one. Mine was sold by ASCI and must say, the phone is basically new. Everything on the phone works, and really don't know why it wasn't excellent condition. I can't even see a scratch in it. Maybe the battery? i mean, it's a 3-year-old phone, so not going to be at the same capacity. But mine can last 1 day no problem. A lot of social media due to my work, s bright screen, lots of connections, etc. I mean, fast charge these days with 60w its awesome. But 25w it good too. I really just plug it to the wall before i leave to work and its ready. The charger didn't came in the package, so i ask for some kind of compensation. Not as advertised. probably refurbished

Phone works good. Only issue is the sides became unglued by the 3rd day of using the phone. I know this isnt normal because I bought this to replace my Note 20 Ultra 5G with a cracked screen and broken board. Also the S Pen is a cheap plastic replacement and the phone would not pair with the S Pen. Again as I stated since I already had this same phone, I was able to use the one from my old phone. If this was a refurbished item, it should be sold as such and the price should reflect refurbished. I specifically bought this item as it is stated as in New but Open Box.

Seller sold same model with broken digitizer

Ordered the same one but in mystic gold listed as in good condition, they've pulled the listing now but it came just over a month ago with a faulty digitizer for the pen. Everything else worked fine but having a half inch strip on the right side of the screen not work with them pen makes the use of the stylus VERY problematic.The device was already set up and synced with my CGM when I discovered this problem, it is critical for use with my CGM for monitoring my diabetes so return was frustratingly not practical.
