Perfect Preowned is here to provide exceptional value for the customer by using industry-leading technology solutions & proven best practices to recycle, reuse and refurbish essential technology products to extend their life cycle while benefiting the environment. - Samsung Galaxy S10+ Plus (G975) – 100% Genuine and Unlocked - Say goodbye to the ‘notch’ and hello to Infinity-O, the Galaxy S10+ Smartphone from Samsung features the nearly bezel-less, all-screen Infinity-O display. To help push the screen from edge-to-edge, Samsung laser-cut a hole in the front corner of the display to accommodate the 10MP dual-pixel wide-angle selfie camera, and 8MP RGB depth sensor. The screen itself is a huge 6.4” Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED Infinity Display. It worked to resolved it. Other than that minor but resolved hiccup with the CPU, the phone is GREAT and so user-friendly EASY to use, and I LOVE IT! I am still glad, even after months of using the phone, that I made the purchase.

This Samsung s10e open box was sent by Sago. This is an incredible phone. The size I wanted (5.8") nice bright screen, very responsive, stereo speakers, great RAM, 128 GB storage, extremely easy to transfer everything from my own phone to this one and Android 12! (2019 model with Android 12 is great as my 2017 is stuck on Android 8 and that is it.Unit arrived very quickly and was packaged that the phone itself came in a 9/10 condition. Now according to bestbuy.ca description it shows as a Canadian model, but U.S model was sent. It also clearly states that original accessories are included. But generic USB -C cable that did not fit the usb port and a generic travel charger was sent. Now part of this is my fault as since Best Buy did say Canadian I did not read the ... If I lived in a city, I would keep the U.S. model. I really love this phone but had to return it and to get the Canadian model.Pros: Phone was excellent condition. The phone was NOT a clone but authentic. Incredible communication from Sago. Android 12. Stereo speakers. And a great price. No hesitation in Sago issuing a return label.Cons: Having Best Buy indicate Canadian Model but U.S. sent. To avoid confusion Best Buy should remove the letter at the end of the model number that indicates which version.Cheap USB cable and charger.Having zero stickers indicating IMEI and serial number on the box and no printing on the bottom of the box had me thinking I got a Clone phone. When it says "open box" I expect that to be on the box or indicate in description "not original box"Great phone. Great seller. Just confusion on the website model number which I exactly ordered but got a different version.

The item I received (Samsung Galaxy S10e) was improperly and falsely advertised. This phone's description and title did not include anything about being used or in poor condition when advertised. I purchased something I expected to be new as it didn't even mention being refurbished, but the phone showed up in very poor condition. There are scratches on the screen and scuff marks all over the frame of the phone. It was heavily used and beaten up and your false advertising did not disclose any of this. I believe I should be getting some form of refund or discount on this item as I chose this item specifically because it was not listed as used or refurbished as so many other products were.

The phone is nice but they don't referbish phones. These are used phones without any testing done to them, some people get unfunctional phones while others get completely functional phones. I got lucky with a functional phone, the only issues i have with it is its pretty scratched up and the battery health is terrible making it very clear that they dont referbish or even test the phones so now i need to spend about $110 on a battery excluding installation. all together, its a good phone but they should really list it as used and not refurbished as they arent refurbished, also some of them arent actually unlocked phones. mine happened to be unlocked but a decent amount of others have said their phone wasn't unlocked.
I've never been so frustrated in the first week of owning a phone as I have with owning the Galaxy S10. Don't get me started on Bixby and trying to disable that useless piece of technology... You can't. I was able to set it to only come on with two button pushes instead of one, but removing it from your phone is impossible. I used Smart switch to put all my old apps on the phone and something on the phone was running constantly in the background and making it overheat. I had the hard reset it and install one out at a time. Maybe the app's fault? Maybe the phones fault? I don't know, but it didn't do it on my pixel. And if you have screen lock with a code or fingerprint, why would you need accidental touch protection? My alarm is going off at 4:15 a.m. and I'm ... My alarm is going off at 4:15 a.m. and I'm hitting buttons trying to stop it, and it's got accidental swipe protection just in case I might be accidentally swiping buttons. Going to protect me from a butt dial? How about using some common sense that my screen lock code would protect me from that. I was able to restart the phone, but stopping the alarm was not an option. Frustrating. There is some serious common sense missing from how this phone comes to you out of the box.
I have had this phone now several days. There wasn't one mark on the phone anywhere, just a few smudges on the back of the phone, which I cleaned off with some eyeglass cleaner. Screen was in perfect condition. I've never had a Samsung phone before and there are a few things I don't like about. Too much installed junk that I would never use, but you can't delete it. There are a myriad of links to go through under settings. It has some nice settings and some I don't even understand the blurb about it. It has it's own wallpaper service, some are free, some very low-priced. It's now in its case with screen cover on. I think is a keeper, but I will let you know if I decide to return it. I have 3 months to decide. I do not know why developers don't realized that seniors ... MoreI have had this phone now several days. I have 3 months to decide. I do not know why developers don't realized that seniors don't need a lot of the junk and programs they put on these phone. Why can't they just put a little tree off their trunk programming with a button for "senior settings" and clear up the clutter and useless stuff and make an easier phone. I'm in my 70s and I just want my phone my way, not Samsung's way. Bit this refurbished phone came in excellent condition, started up fast, runs good. And I thought the price was decent for such a clean old phone. I gave only the 4 stars because of all the junk and too many functions to be forced to figure out. It came with 2 screen savers so you don't have to buy any. You can make the sound thunderous. Beautiful colors. I just love the assortment of wallpapers you can download or buy. There were only a flew glitches in setting it up but that was on me. Senior moments and all.
First off let me address the possible excuses or deflections. Pre Owned and refurbished are synonymous. Unless i just buy something, hardly look at it, inspect and verify it before resale. That would be bad business.Firstly, I bought a protective case and glass screen protector. i am diligent in both taking care of and handling my property with care.last night, i set my phone next to me (bedside table) and all was well. This morning i wake up to it with what looks like polished scratches and a partailly filled in outer screen. Oddly it was the angle sitting up on my bed that revealed the damage. Otherwise, i would have seen this when i received it.Issue %232. For the most part i have been using wireless charging because most times when i plug in it tells me 6 ... Always used samsung, never had that problem.Issue %233It looks like someone took a torch to the side and bottom off the exterior of this phone. there are visible smudges that i am not able to clean (even if i could, it should have come already cleaned and properly refurbished and checked again).Question 1- When it says refurbish on Walmart App or anywhere else, does the battery and outer glass not get replaced? Battery sometimes lasts 1 whole day on a full charge with minimal usage. Come on people, can we do business like we care, even a little?Question 2Does anyone check the device before reselling it.. When i received it (finally) it looked like someone had dropped it into a fecal toilet. Very dissatisfied.Question 3Is the reason its listed as pre owned in good condition rather than refurbished in bad condition a way to deny a refund? That will not work if so.
I purchased this device on 10/18/21 because I dropped my phone multiple times which didn't have such a strong case. Months went by & I was already planning on getting me a new phone. It all started from admiring the beauty of the device by changing my home screen & lock screen & moving apps all over my home & apps screen trying to make it feel the way I want. Thats where I discovered Good Lock which completely made my experience of android, Samsung One Ui expand. Using Theme Park for my Quick penal, One Hand Operation + for easy usage of the phone cause my hands are small. Lock Star to add in my contact information if I lose my phone very important, put the clock style I want with the lock screen widgets, Nav Star for swipe gestures took me a while to figure out, Home Up to making it look they way I want the grid to look like. The reason why I will recommend this specific device is because it is a beautiful and looks morden. Can still use till now 2022 moving on to 2023. It is very durable with a very protective case. The software is phenomenal with android 11 & One UI 3.1. The ability to customise the phone the way you want, to make it look & feel the way you want also to make your device look totally different from everyone else even if they have the exact phone, brand or other brand of phones. I've not experienced any lag or glitch on the device, works completely great the two punch hole cameras on the front are great. With the ability to have face unlock, fingerprint, pattern lock password and pins now that's fantastic.I will like to recommend that Samsung work on the front camera which is amazing but have a better face unlock ID which will be a great experience and also add widgets to a bunch of 3rd party apps & improve Samsung Notes, Voice Recorder make the voice to text like the Google Pixle 7 Pro, Samsung Music make it more the HUAWEI Music app, Smart Switch to be able to customizable on good lock, make bixby more nice add color to it & the email app.Thanks.
I bought this phone on September the 7th in 2020 or it could be in 2019. I have had this phone for a long time and it's a good quality phone. It's nice and comfortable to take around since it's a nice small phone. It's not too big and it has all the features needed to perform well. I love the space on this phone. After all these years I still haven't fully used up all the space on the phone so thats saying a lot since I had this phone for so long. It's a good quality in screen and the camera are really good. It's takes nice and crisp photos despite being an older phone. I myself really do enjoy the phone and how it looks and performs. I like the phone is smooth and is a nice light blue color. The speakers are good too and I haven't had any problems with my phone all these years. Never once had to fix it or get it fixed.Overall it's a great phone.
NGL I was sooo excited to get this phone for $400 since my S9+ was slowing down. I thought that one generation up would be at least a bit better. The only thing that was good was the newer camera. But even that was as slow as my old phone. The worst part is the fingerprint sensor. But that's not Sago's fault, but Samsungs. Just thought I'd bring it up.I recommend ... MoreNGL I was sooo excited to get this phone for $400 since my S9+ was slowing down. I thought that one generation up would be at least a bit better.
