It worked to resolved it. Other than that minor but resolved hiccup with the CPU, the phone is GREAT and so user-friendly EASY to use, and I LOVE IT! I am still glad, even after months of using the phone, that I made the purchase.

I've had this phone for a couple years now and it's a solid option. Recently I've had to start charging for a bit mid day, but I've also been using my phone much more/using demanding apps. The charge lasts a good while otherwise, and it charges very quickly (maybe an hour to full charge from 5%, sometimes less). It's a comfortable size and still fits easily into pockets and tiny purses. It's also crazy durable? I just have a cheap Amazon case and I drop it all the time and have no scratches anywhere. The camera is only okay, and some of the updates have messed up the functions that I enjoyed from it (burst shot was so good and so easy and now it's not). The Bixby button is also dumb and annoying. I love that it still has a headphone jack and for that reason alone ... MoreI've had this phone for a couple years now and it's a solid option. I paid a few bucks more to purchase from Chubbiestech based on a review and to avoid any problems. (Reading about the A10 reviews was scaring me until I realized I was reading the wrong product lol.) This is for the Samsung Galaxy S10e. Being from the S- product line, it's Samsung's flagship product and you can read the history and differences between the models on Wikipedia. I found this information very helpful. I lucked out with the right Seller and got a phone that really seems brand new and works excellent in every way. (A previous purchase of a different model and seller was excellent in every way but then we discovered it wouldn't charge.) I'm so happy I bought this! I lucked out with the right Seller and got a phone that really seems brand new and works excellent in every way. (A previous purchase of a different model and seller was excellent in every way but then we discovered it wouldn't charge.) I'm so happy I bought this! Pros Mine was in new condition without a scratch, and functions perfectly in every way. I was able to load SmartSwitch on my old J7 and only had to manually download a matching icon set (and create a new Samsung account to download it.) Everything else (including my custom wallpaper from an outside source) transferred exactly. I wanted a smaller profile/screen because I really loved my J7 and can easily operate it with one hard. I find modern phones too large and heavy and I'm not a gamer. The S10e's profile is surprisingly *smaller* than the J- series and fit my desire. Could easily fit inside a shirt pocket. It runs way faster than my old phone and I verified with DevCheck that it does indeed have 6 Gigs of Ram. That's more than I ever had before and so it seems real speedy and capable to me and also 128 Gigs of space is way more than I ever thought of using. I mostly only use my phone as a music source and the sound quality thru my headphones is superb, like my J7 which I prefer to the modern soundboards that I have to tweak; I don't have to use the equalizer on this and the bass is great. The Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, screentouch and call quality (and charging) all work great. The mobile data connection on my old sim for some reason is much faster (30M??) on 4GLTE and the upload speed is 3x my old phone too, I can't imagine why. But the connection with the same service is just stronger and has much better coverage. I didn't realize it was the old phone limiting it. That's like broadband over 4G lol. I simply slipped in my old Sim and it connected with no problem or troubleshooting. Anyway the S- series hardware of this phone is superb. Mine came with Android 12 which I understand is the highest available for this model. My J7 was stuck in Android 8. I didn't want to upgrade to a phablet nor pay a lot for features I didn't want to begin with. Caveats/Tips I never used a case before but this phone is so small (yay!) AND slippery I needed to buy a case. Don't want to drop it and scratch the screen because my big clumsy fingers can't hold onto it. I don't have a problem navigating the screensize. Had to manually customize icons after installing everything. This requires a Samsung account. (You can delete it from Accounts afterward if you wish.) If you use Smart Switch to transfer and duplicate your experience from your old phone you need to unpair the devices listed under Bluetooth and re-pair them for them to work on your new phone. Many/Most of your programs transferred and websites will require you to log-in again (so you'll need your passwords) but the data (pics/docs/program files) transferred without a hitch. (You can download Smart Switch on your old phone from Google Play.) My phone has the annoying T-mobile start-up screen (less annoying if you turn the sound off) but it doesn't harm anything functionally. Samsung apps preinstalled cannot be uninstalled or disabled. However Google apps can be. The battery is small (3100) but I'm used to that from the J7. I tried a larger capacity battery in my J7 but became impatient with the charging time so actually prefer the quick charging of these. This review is obviously for folks who may not have done this before or are doubtful about the quality of the renewed product. I'm totally happy with the new phone and the process of setting it up was seamless. Definitely worth it and you saved a lot of money! (Now you can peruse the internet and modern apps like the Joneses! :) Update: It's a bit too small to be honest, and very SLIPPERY, however still prefer this to the large ones. Wish they still made J-size. But everything works great, sounds great and I'm getting 50M download on LTE! All I do is listen to music so it's fine for my needs. Great price for a fast phone.

If I lived in a city, I would keep the U.S. model. I really love this phone but had to return it and to get the Canadian model.Pros: Phone was excellent condition. The phone was NOT a clone but authentic. Incredible communication from Sago. Android 12. Stereo speakers. And a great price. No hesitation in Sago issuing a return label.Cons: Having Best Buy indicate Canadian Model but U.S. sent. To avoid confusion Best Buy should remove the letter at the end of the model number that indicates which version.Cheap USB cable and charger.Having zero stickers indicating IMEI and serial number on the box and no printing on the bottom of the box had me thinking I got a Clone phone. When it says "open box" I expect that to be on the box or indicate in description "not original box"Great phone. Great seller. Just confusion on the website model number which I exactly ordered but got a different version.

Falsely advertised product, very poor condition

The item I received (Samsung Galaxy S10e) was improperly and falsely advertised. This phone's description and title did not include anything about being used or in poor condition when advertised. I purchased something I expected to be new as it didn't even mention being refurbished, but the phone showed up in very poor condition. There are scratches on the screen and scuff marks all over the frame of the phone. It was heavily used and beaten up and your false advertising did not disclose any of this. I believe I should be getting some form of refund or discount on this item as I chose this item specifically because it was not listed as used or refurbished as so many other products were.

The phone was delivered quickly and in good condition. I am pleased with the quality of the phone despite the fact that it is not a new flagship model but that is why the price was so appealing. The operating system was easy to upgrade from android 9 to 12 and with that operating system the phone should be good for around 5 years or maybe more. This is my first Samsung phone and so far I am very impressed with the quality of the hardware and the proprietary samsung software. I recommend this item.

Great phone!

So far this is an amazing little phone. Took me a little bit to get used to the dashboard but once I did it was easy to navigate. I strongly recommend this phone to anyone and everyone. It packs a snapdragon 855 under the hood and boy let me tell you, it will play a mobile game for sure. I mainly ran shop titans, but it ran that no problem. Another thing I thought that was cool is that during gameplay you can tab out and do something else then go back and resume the game you were currently playing. Most phones completely close an app like that to save on ram but this one doesn't because it can handle it. I would like to note that under normal conditions the battery will last you almost a full day as any phone would. I didn't receive a charge block but that was no issue to me. I don't really utilize cameras on phones so that's not a deal breaker for me. Overall, 10/10 from me. I found myself pretty satisfied with this product.

Refurbished Galaxy S10e arrived and was perfect.

I have had this phone now several days. There wasn't one mark on the phone anywhere, just a few smudges on the back of the phone, which I cleaned off with some eyeglass cleaner. Screen was in perfect condition. I've never had a Samsung phone before and there are a few things I don't like about. Too much installed junk that I would never use, but you can't delete it. There are a myriad of links to go through under settings. It has some nice settings and some I don't even understand the blurb about it. It has it's own wallpaper service, some are free, some very low-priced. It's now in its case with screen cover on. I think is a keeper, but I will let you know if I decide to return it. I have 3 months to decide. I do not know why developers don't realized that seniors ... MoreI have had this phone now several days. I have 3 months to decide. I do not know why developers don't realized that seniors don't need a lot of the junk and programs they put on these phone. Why can't they just put a little tree off their trunk programming with a button for "senior settings" and clear up the clutter and useless stuff and make an easier phone. I'm in my 70s and I just want my phone my way, not Samsung's way. Bit this refurbished phone came in excellent condition, started up fast, runs good. And I thought the price was decent for such a clean old phone. I gave only the 4 stars because of all the junk and too many functions to be forced to figure out. It came with 2 screen savers so you don't have to buy any. You can make the sound thunderous. Beautiful colors. I just love the assortment of wallpapers you can download or buy. There were only a flew glitches in setting it up but that was on me. Senior moments and all.

Samsung Galaxy S10e honest review.
20 October 2022

I bought this phone on September the 7th in 2020 or it could be in 2019. I have had this phone for a long time and it's a good quality phone. It's nice and comfortable to take around since it's a nice small phone. It's not too big and it has all the features needed to perform well. I love the space on this phone. After all these years I still haven't fully used up all the space on the phone so thats saying a lot since I had this phone for so long. It's a good quality in screen and the camera are really good. It's takes nice and crisp photos despite being an older phone. I myself really do enjoy the phone and how it looks and performs. I like the phone is smooth and is a nice light blue color. The features to split screens helps out now that I'm a college student. I ... MoreI bought this phone on September the 7th in 2020 or it could be in 2019. The speakers are good too and I haven't had any problems with my phone all these years. Never once had to fix it or get it fixed.Overall it's a great phone.

The phone looks sad, Over used & abused.

:-( Either all the reviews here are fake, or someone is playing games with me by sending me BS. I order this phone 7-days ago and got it yesterday (Wednesday). The back glass-cover is peeling off by itself after I charged the phone to 100% ( I can see the adhesive), this is a sign that the battery has worn out & swelling. The phone was most likely left on over-nigh charging frequently. Then stored for too long without charging it. All corners of the bezel have visible signs of traumas from falls, scratches by objects where the phone was mostly stored by the previous owner. The back glass-cover & the screen have no scratches since the phone looks like it had both a case & screen protector before, but everything else is false-advertisement. I work in electronic retail as well and I'll familiar with "Open Box" items. Open box are items that are in good conditions to sell that were returned by customers, either after they changed their minds or found better deals, within the return/ exchange period, unused but open or open & used within 30days. The phone I got looks like a trade-in phone that was over-used for more than a year & dump for the latest model by it's owner.Used & Open-Box items are two different things, stop ripping people off with someone's abused electronic junk labeled as "Open-Box." The phone was over-heating just from charging it.
