The model sent to me was identical to the phone I was replacing. However, this one was refurbished, which didn't bother me at first. When I got the phone, it had a deep scratch on the verge of a crack %26 after spending 2 days with my carrier trying to get it set up, they said it was either not fully unlocked due to not being able to reset the system to specific settings inputted or it was a defective phone. I think it is a combination of both. I ended up returning the phone %26 bought a new, fully unlocked phone instead. That way, I have a much better shot of not having issues from the beginning. The quality was less than expected %26 ended up being useless. It was a waste of time, so I wouldn't bother to buy this model again.

I love this phone! It's got an amazing camera, beautiful screen, blazing fast 5G, and some pretty killer bells and whistles. It is lacking a couple of things, though. The phone has mediocre speakers. I had an iPhone 6s with better sounding audio. It lags on occasion, especially on the lock screen. I'll turn it on, and the buttons show after about 5 seconds of waiting. The one last, biggest issue I have with the phone is the battery life. I use my phone a bit more than most people probably would, but I bought this phone because it is the ultra. It's supposed to be made foe users like me, and it's clearly not. I'll run through about 135% battery in one day, leaving me tied to the wall whenever I need some juice. This is the nicest phone I've ever owned. I've owned several galaxies throughout my life and while they've a been fanatic, this is the best. I bought this phone after living with the iPhone XS Max for two and a half years. My timed with the iPhone solidified my loyalty to Samsung, it was horrible. It even has this multi-take feature where it takes multiple pics during a session just like a photo shoot!The storage capacity of the phone is fantastic, edpecially if you're a person with lots of pictures, documents and videos on your phone. I use lots of Bible-based videos in my ministry, so this phone meets my needs very well with storage capacity and clarity of videos.The phone is quite customizable. Phone had a few more scratches than expected, I know I purchased a used phone but description was not accurate. A day after starting/setting up phone it kept telling me it needed updates, I had to do updates two or three times in order for it to stop, I thought ok it need to set it self up, no problem. Used the phone for two days, Camera was good, better than my old phone, at the end of the second day the camera stopped working, I restarted the phone, it did updates and the camera still didn't work. Unable to extend memory, No SD Card capable. That's my fault for not checking. Luckily I found a better deal for a better phone.
This phone has seriously been nothing more than trash!! I have always stuck with Samsung and have been stuck with this phone on a contract after spending hours upon hours with tmobile. I have finally come to the conclusion that the problem isn't tmobile its most likely this phone. Takes a long time to get anything to load. It's the slowest phone iver ever had in my life. My flip phone internet works better than this pos so I guess my next phone will end up being a new iPhone. I will never go back to Samsung after this trash. Also no SD card slot and no charger included in the new phones. You phone company's make people spend thousands of dollars and can't even get a charger!! The display is great it has a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling. The battery is big enough for all day use, even a year later. I never find myself having to change my phone throughout the day. I only charge it when I go to sleep. I watch some videos online, use social media and listen to music and I still have about 30% at the end of the night. My understanding was the S21 Ultra phone was like new quality or from a restocked opened box. However, the back panels on the phone had hairline cracks. The screen display periodically gets distorted when scrolling in various apps and internet browsers. I could overlook these two issues. Unfortunately, the battery life is significantly less than my 4 year old S10 which is extremely annoying. The phone does not last a day without needing a charge. I use power saving mode and this still does not allow for a full day use. This is phone is not "like new" as described in the listing.
I purchased this product and after transferring all of my apps, data and information onto the phone found the touchscreen was faulty. Giving phantom swipes from top down, opening the notification bar when operating the phone. Had to factory reset and send the phone back. Upon receiving the second phone, I set it up to find it also had a touchscreen issue. Phantom touches all over the screen, making it completely inoperable. Luckily my old phone was still working well enough to use in the interim because no replacement will be given until the defective phones are received and inspected. Big waste of my time and money, as I had also purchased a screen protector and case that never got to be used.
Item was in working condition as described however the price point($180-$190)this was sold at as a refurbished S21 phone, I thought it would be in "Excellent" condition. It was in "Acceptable" condition at best, having deep scratches on the edges and screen (not micro). Refurbished phones on Amazon sold at this same price point are in "Excellent" or "Mint" condition. Condition ratings should be included for each refurbished item sold here on Walmart so that the customer knows exactly what they're getting. I also was unable to return this item to the store even though the app told me it could be. I had to print a label and drop at FedEx, which was fine but had the app told me that to begin with i could have saved a trip.
