From there it becomes less impressive. The additional size and weight started hurting my hand in less than a day of use, especially after I put a case on it.The camera is fast, zooms smoothly in photo and video modes, but the image quality is at most 10-15% better than the S21 Ultra, and the in-between Zoom modes (like 2x) for photos are borderline unusable (which they may fix with an update).I never used the 108 MB camera feature the S21 came with but I wanted to see what the new 200 megapixel camera can do on the S23. While the photos exhibit great detail I quickly realized that the 512 GB version would still not be enough even if I don't use the 200 megapixel camera regularly, I'd be running into the same problem in less than 2 years that I had with my S21 Ultra. Oh how I miss the days of putting in whatever size micro SD card I want, and the ease of backing up those files off the phone when needed. The S23 ultra comes with the S Pen which I thought was a cool feature and I got some use out of it, however you can also get an S Pen with the S21 Ultra and just use a case that can hold the pen which I'm currently doing (although it doesn’t offer the auto select subject feature the S23 does). The battery life on the S23 Ultra is absolutely amazing, it can get through a whole day no problem even for a power user. The fast charging is exceptional over the S21 Ultra as well. All of this being said I still considered keeping the S23 ultra even after accepting that I paid $1,400 for a phone that is only marginally better than the current phone I had (and also has less ram), but the nail in the coffin was when I went to use the 3x zoom on the camera and there was already a dust spot in the lens. I immediately began the return process.Ultimately I feel these phones are getting too big and heavy, and to the point of diminishing returns so the cost for what you're getting is not worth it. I can live without a removable battery pack but I don't subscribe to this notion that in order to get twice as much memory you have to spend $300+ more when a micro SD card of the same size would be a quarter of the cost. BRING BACK MICRO SD CARD SLOTS!

Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Despite multiple attempts to install Outlook from the Google Play Store, the Safety Check consistently flags the application as non-compliant, rendering it inaccessible on my device. This limitation has been incredibly frustrating, as it hinders my ability to stay organized and communicate effectively for work-related tasks. I have made numerous efforts to troubleshoot the issue, including clearing cache, updating the device firmware, and even contacting both Samsung's customer support and Google's support channels. Regrettably, their suggestions and recommendations have proven futile in resolving the problem. As a consumer, I believe that a flagship smartphone like the Samsung S23 should be fully compatible with essential applications such as Outlook. The inability to pass the Google Play Safety Check is a significant drawback, and it raises concerns about the device's overall performance and adherence to industry standards. While the Samsung S23 boasts impressive hardware specifications and features, the exclusion of important applications due to the Safety Check failure is a major letdown. It leaves users like myself in a position where we are unable to fully utilize our devices for work-related purposes, ultimately hindering our productivity and efficiency.I would urge Samsung to address this issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution to affected customers. It is crucial that they work closely with Google to ensure compatibility with popular applications, particularly those widely used for professional purposes. In conclusion, I regretfully cannot recommend the Samsung S23 due to its failure to pass the Google Play Safety Check, thus preventing the use of essential applications like Outlook. As a professional seeking a reliable smartphone for work-related tasks, this limitation has been a significant disappointment. Potential buyers should be aware of this setback and consider their specific needs and requirements before making a purchase decision. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and perspective. Other users may have different experiences with the Samsung S23, and I encourage individuals to conduct thorough research and consider their own preferences before making a purchasing decision.

As a renowned brand in the electronics industry, Samsung has always been known for its quality and innovative products, and the 23 Ultra is no exception. Here's my in-depth review of this monitor.First and foremost, the display quality is outstanding. The 23-inch screen boasts a stunning 4K resolution, delivering incredibly sharp and vibrant visuals. Whether you're watching movies, editing photos, or playing games, the clarity and detail of the display truly enhance the viewing experience. The colors are vivid, and the contrast is excellent, providing deep blacks and bright whites. One feature that sets the Samsung 23 Ultra apart is its HDR support. High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology ensures a wider range of colors and greater contrast, resulting in more realistic and immersive visuals. The monitor also has a fast response time, minimizing motion blur and providing smooth gameplay.Another aspect worth mentioning is the design of the Samsung 23 Ultra. The monitor features an ultra-slim bezel, which not only looks sleek and modern but also maximizes the screen real estate. The stand is sturdy and allows for height adjustment, tilt, and swivel, enabling you to find the perfect viewing angle. Additionally, the monitor supports VESA mounting, providing even more flexibility in terms of placement.Connectivity options on the Samsung 23 Ultra are plentiful. It features multiple HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, as well as a USB-C port, making it compatible with a wide range of devices. The USB-C port also supports charging, which is convenient for users who need to power their devices while using the monitor. The inclusion of USB ports on the monitor itself is a nice touch, allowing for easy access to peripherals. One area where the Samsung 23 Ultra truly excels is in its user interface and settings. The on-screen display (OSD) menu is intuitive and easy to navigate, providing a variety of customization options. Whether you want to adjust color settings, change the aspect ratio, or enable gaming-specific features, the OSD menu makes it simple to fine-tune the monitor to your preferences. One minor drawback worth noting is the lack of built-in speakers. While this might not be a deal-breaker for everyone, it would have been a nice addition for those who prefer a clutter-free setup or occasionally rely on the monitor's speakers for audio output. However, this can easily be remedied by connecting external speakers or headphones to the audio output. In conclusion, the Samsung 23 Ultra is a top-notch monitor that delivers exceptional display quality, versatile connectivity options, and a user-friendly interface. Whether you're a creative professional, a gamer, or a casual user who appreciates excellent visual fidelity, this monitor is sure to impress. Despite the absence of built-in speakers, the overall performance and features make it a worthy investment for those seeking a premium display experience.
