I've had this tablet for approximately 6 years now and it is as good as new still to this day. I am very surprised how long this has lasted the battery has been great there are several different features that makes this product worthwhile. My husband suffers from a genetic disorder which causes him to be legally blind and the accessibility features are great and he's able to do almost anything he needs to on this tablet. My kids also use this tablet as it is very user-friendly and they can do their homework on it with ease. I bought this tablet because I loved the size and weight of it. Then had the shocking realization of how amazing Lenovo actually made this little book size tablet. Everything about it works perfectly. I can read. I can draw. I can accept video calls. I can send emails. I can do anything I need to. This tablet actually made my decision in buying a laptop because I bought a Lenovo laptop as well because of just how well the tablet works. I absolutely adore it and recommend this specific tablet to anyone looking to purchase. I was happy with this phone so far. It's a bit of a downgrade from my aging Galaxy s model but to be honest I didn't see much of a difference between this one and the flagships. The phone quality is as good as the S models. It does have a plastic back but if you are going to use a case it's no big deal. The processor speed fits my needs. If you are a big gamer or social media user you may need to charge your phone more often. But for me even on my heavy Social media usage days I still have enough battery life to get me through the day. Overall the phone fit my needs. The cameras work well and take clear photos. I am not a tech-nerd, just want easy usability, which thiis has. Love the eazy-peezy connectivity interface to screen-share with my Samsung SmartTV. Has tons of features I'll never use, but which should satisfy most users. Good charge life, and excellent power-saving options to extend that longer. Great multi-position cover/stand. I use an eye-glasses cloth to wipe it. Still as clear as new; not a scratch! Excellent quality. I feel I did VERY well choosing this wonderful Table

Was a great tablet while it lasted. Stopped working properly just outside of warranty. Contacted Samsung. Said I had to go to Sydney for them to look at it (most likely at my cost), going to Sydney with covid in full swing and lockdowns wasn't an option. They didn't offer a replacement. They were very vague with any information. Wasnt impressed with service. Couldn't just say, yes we may cover this, or no absolutely won't cover this. It was too much effort. Another buyer who wasn't aware

I didn't realize my OEM charging cable that I plugged the tablet in overnight went bad, and while I was asleep, the tablet completely discharged itself without shutting itself down for safety before then. I bought a new OEM cable, plugged the tablet into 2 OEM wall chargers with that cable for over 8 hours each, and the tablet still won't boot up no matter what home+volume up or down+power button combination or length of time up to 2 minutes, I try.At the time of purchase, I wasn't aware that the tablet had no safety shutdown & would brick itself, and according to many, will need to be reset by disconnecting the battery & reconnecting it at an expensive repair service. Durable, reliable older tablet

I've owned my SM-350 Tab A for about five years now, and it keeps going. It's not much more than a backup device I'll occasionally use for playing Spotify or YouTubing, but if you don't mind the laggy performance it suffers with modern apps, it can serve a purpose.Serious Con: There are no Samsung/Android OS updates for it for quite a while now. I'm running Android 9. This can be a security risk, so be mindful of how and where you still use it in 2022 and beyond. Pro: In Airplane Mode with Wi-Fi on, battery life is still quite good after all this time. Streaming Netflix etc.is perfectly acceptable if you aren't multi-tasking.

Great Tablet, Horrible Update plan

love this tablet so much that i bought one for each of my family members. along with the otterbox for protection.the only con is after a couple of years of having the tablet, samsung discontinued the tablet and any new updates that would accomodate the apps. there is no point of using the tablet because now it runs slow, and most apps are not comparable. wish they would allow us to trade more than two tablets. the second ine is less than the forst trade at the same timez they basically give you $25 to trade the tablet for a new $250 tablet. beware.
