I absolutely love almost everything about this watch. Almost being the battery life. The watch does everything I need it to do and then some. I do wish the United States would allow it to take blood pressure readings like it does in other countries because it is capable to do so. This watch can take a ECG and you can save it to share or show to your doctor later. The sleep sensors and oxygen sensors are spot on. It also does your body composition. There's tons of apps for this watch there's almost nothing that you can't do that you would want to with a watch. The only downside I could find (and it's really not that big of a deal) is the battery life. The fact that it's water resistant is a bonus. There's tons of watch faces many of those are interactive and customizable. If I were to ask for the most perfect possible wearable device... This watch would definitely be it but again with the exception of the battery life. The Galaxy watch 3 had a better battery life but it uses a different operating system that I fear will become outdated in the near future. Wear OS will likely be around for a very long time. Several other makers use Wear OS in my opinion it's just as good as the Apple watch. Most of my family prefers Apple and the Apple watch product line and I'll admit there's nothing wrong with that but a decent modern Samsung phone paired with a Galaxy watch... That's just really hard to beat.

My primary use for it was as a consistent step tracker, so that I can accurately measure my activity with and without a phone.After using it for roughly a year however I have found more of the other features useful as well. The watch can remind me when I have been idle too long, serving as a passive reminder to stretch my legs and walk around to break up long sedentary moments. Notifications from my phone, near silent as they are, keep me alert to texts and calls. The heart rate, stress, and body composition functions have helped me pay closer attention to my overall health, and of course the step counting has become much much more accurate.With brightness set to high and stress and heartrate sensors active, the battery life can fit around 2 days, and charges up relatively quickly. This has suited me just fine, as I just set it to charge overnight anyway. The proprietary charging puck is a little unfortunate, but it is what it is, and it's small and magnetic, so I can set it on metal and fairly easily slide the watch on.The customizability of the watch faces is great, the ecosystem of watch bands plentiful, and the rotating bezel is a favorite feature, providing a tactile and just plain entertaining way to navigate apps and control volume levels.The watch has held up to sand, water, and the dings perfectly fine, and I'm happy with it still.
