I purchased this back in September when the phone was released. Recently, the front cover started to come away from the screen, which was disappointing, but to my shock, instead of protecting my phone the front cover had actually scratched the inside of the phone that it was protecting I now have scratches on the side of my phone that was under the cover, which can't be fixed. This cover has caused permanent damage to my phone that it was designed to protect! extremely unhappy that a Samsung product bought on Samsung website could be so rubbish and damage the phone it was designed to protect.

DO NOT BUY this cover. The stand broke after a few uses, and nearly dropped my phone onto the floor, but luckily i caught it. You cannot buy the small plastic stand either, so you have to fork out another 80 quid if you want to use it properly. Offers no protection for the front screen

Not fit for purpose, great if you phone does fail, once removed from the phone for repair it can't be put back on again as it has sticky pads to hold it on, once of its unusable. Fold 4 failed after 4 months, in for repair but now no case as it had to be removed. For something that cost just shy of £80 you would think it was removable. Spent nearly four hours on the phone to Samsung to be pushed around different departments saying not there responsibly. Await call from complaints department.

Like the matt black colour even though would have been nice to send me a green case as I purchased a green phone. The case itself is nice and I like how the pen and stand is interchangeable. However it would have been nice to add a small kick stand towards one side of the case and leave the pen where it is as i like to use both but have to carry both things with me. Also the hinge is exposed which is a constant worry for me should i drop my phone. Please release a better case for the next generation. Btw there is adhesive inside the case which I had no idea about. I kept taking the case off to show off my phone and now the case keeps coming off unintentionally lol.
This is the perfect case for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. The fact that it comes with a pen for use with the phone is a real plus. The built in stand makes it easy to watch movies and tv shows too. I do question how protective it would be should I drop my phone but otherwise it's fantastic. I'm so glad I bought it.
Nice case, but with issues. Having to use double sided adhesive (included) to attach the case isn't ideal especially if you have a screen protector on the rear screen. The hinge isn't protected at all. These are issues due to the form factor and there may be no other way to achieve a good case for these new foldable phone designs.
I like having an SPen but honestly this should be built into the phone with Bluetooth support, yeah it might make the phone ever so slightly heavier but frankly this case sucks, it makes it uncomfortable to use the phone one handed, plus makes the already wide phone thinker making it more awkward in your pocket. I love having an SPen but am disappointed in Samsung for there continuous failure to properly implement the product on the fold series
Samsung do not offer any kind of warranty with their covers despite paying £80 for a cover of very bad quality. Apple offer 12 months for theirs. Customer service was awful and no help whatsoever. Stay clear
I called the 1300 362 603 on the 19/08/2022 at 15:58pm and spoke to the Support Officer for 23 mins and 31 seconds. I was informed that the Galaxy Z Fold4 Standing Cover with Pen was capable with wireless charging. This is not true, the wireless charging is not working (with the S Pen or the Stand Option). If this was the case I would not bought this case. I do not recommend this case. I have been talking to the ECommerce Team and this has not been resolved.
