This is the best screen I've ever had in that I can have so many applications, documents and websites open (how ever much my poor little laptop can handle) and the screen surface area allows me to view them on the screen simultaneously. I also enjoy how I can plug two computers into it and just toggle between the two. I haven't yet mastered how to do it as smoothly as the directions indicate. My only complaint is that the toggle button has not kept up with my needs and now seems to not work as well as it used to. Lucky for me, there are many ways to skin that cat. The design for the swiveling could also be improved so you can access the back with the wires, but perhaps Samsung will improve that in the next upgrade.

Pros: Its a great screen size for the price and included most of the cables needed.Cons: The KVM switch between doesnt work very well and will cut my keyboard out at random so I had to stop using it. The instruction manual wasn't clear or helpful in setting up the monitor or using its extra features which as mentioned dont wont anyway, at least for me. There is very little online about people finding solutions to any issues with this monitor, and apparently Samsung's support is limited. This isnt a big deal breaker for me as a KVM switch is about £10 off amazon if you want one.

Excellent connectivity and versatile functionality that make this monitor a designer/multitaskers best friend. Amazing screen real estate. Picture by picture from two laptops with USB C and charging is brilliant with the built in USB hub and KVM switch controls and accessories with one button on the monitor. Great cable management - I see none on my desk! Image can get a little pixelated if sitting close up

I bought this monitor about a month ago for my home office and I’m loving it. It’s like having 3 monitors in one, I can view multiple applications side by side, I no longer have to flick between applications. Best purchase I have made this year.
I bought this to simplify working from home and using a laptop in my studio. It's quite good, but there are a few broken features that make it painful to use as I intended.1. Switching between inputs is very slow, you have to wait about 30 seconds for it to decide if there is any signal on the input (4 possible) before it'll let you access the menu to go to the next one. By default there is an auto switch, but if you computer has gone to sleep it detects it as no signal and skips back over it. When you are using the mouse/keyboard via KVM functionality, there is no way to wake the computer up if the input isn't active. There is currently no way to remove unused inputs from the cycle, so it's always a painfully manual process to switch inputs.2. I love being able to connect a laptop to usb c and have power delivery, display and the kvm stuff all over one cable, however there appears to not be any shielding on the power delivery, and if like me you connect you devices to usb audio equipment you will get a very loud ground loop hum. I have tested this with multiple laptops from different makers and seems to be a constant. I have tried some usb line isolators and had only mild reduction, definitely not enough to make it usable. This will likely not bother anyone not using good speakers or not using this monitor in an music studio, but it was a deal breaker for me on this feature, which is quite a disappointment. This may be an inherent issue with the usb C PD spec, so I'll definitely be more cautious if I ever try to purchase something with this feature again.I originally called the service team to investigate the noise issue and the agreed it seemed quite bad and took my monitor in for service and replaced the entire control board, but it didn't really seem to improve things that much in the end, and I didn't feel like pursuing it any further. It's still quite a good monitor, and I like it a lot, especially with a decent zone manager (my current favorite is the "FancyZones" function within the current Microsoft PowerToys bundle. However considering the high cost of the monitor, I wish I had saved my money and gone another route.
After coming from some very old monitors, my eyes sighed in relief looking at this screen. My first thought was 'what have I done?' because it is so large, but have quickly fallen in love with it. I have had some problems with using the PIP feature, but I believe this is due to my graphics card not the screen. I would recommend checking this before purchasing.
Pros: Looks great, elegant style, space saving with less cables and in built speaks. The multitasking capabilities are great in that I can open 6 docs side by side and read them together wihout flipping through multiple screens and tabs.Cons: Screen quality is poor compared to a normal HD TV let alone a 4K one. Having one HDMI is really poor when most people have at least a PC and games console to attach. As a minimum it should have 2 perhaps 3 HDMI ports and not just the one! Source selection is slow and cumbersome. There isn't a remote control so it's all fiddly buttons underneath the screen to adjust anything.
Pros: Great aspect ratio 32:10Great colours and viewing angles for a VA panel.Wide selection of inputs and outputs.Easy to navigate menu.120hz overclockable to 130hzCons: Very agressive power saving mode out of the box. The monitor will not wake up even when it clearly shows it is connected to a PC and through which input. Why Samsung?Use joystick to go to settings and turn all power saving features off to fix problem. No HDR 10No freesync or Gsync for gamers.
Great monitor with lots of desktop space. The speakers are enough to give little dings from your apps, but aren't really good enough to listen to the radio/movies etc as there is no sub. Also, if you're using a Mac then don't expect the resolution to be as good as the Mac's display - if you want that you'll have to pay at least double for one of the newer monitors. But if you're just coding or reading text, its sufficient. Can't seem to find software that will work on a Mac - the Samsung website only has Windows software, but I'm happy dragging application windows around. Is pretty much like a docking station - keyboard/mouse plugged into monitor, and you just connect the single usb-c cable into the laptop. You don't need an extra power cable to the laptop etc.
I used this monitor working from home. This worth the investment made and really happy with this product. I am data enthusiast , Easy Setting Box helps a lot by splitting multiple screen (no need of x numbers of screen) .Just awesome. KVM switch is handy for connecting multiple devices and using same accessories. Great product. Definitely recommend and money well spent.
