I love this Microwave, works really well. Except for a few things. -The light is to dim, needs to be 2x brighter. -The buttons are annoyingly difficult to push, works better with a hard object. -The microwave doesn't tell you the door is open when you push start. -At least twice the microwave has not registered that the door was opened when to was on.

Absolutely love this microwave, in truth I didn't really know what to look for when buying however we had the 30l and I find Samsung products re fabulous quality! Love the finish its super elegant and a great size! I think its really reasonably priced too for people on a budget like myself ) Very strongly recommend! I also love the 'sound' function that lets you turn off the annoying beeping haha this is really great when your house works different hours so you don't wake anyone up grabbing dinner at 3am in the morning haha. Only negative would be the time it took to arrive but everything is delayed at the moment so nothing we can do and I'm grateful for my new microwave ) Thanks Team x

Overall this microwave is great. It works exactly how it should with multiple helpful settings. Only reason I'm not giving this 5stars, is because it can overheat and shut off. I found using it for more than 14minutes, on the high default setting, over heats the device and then I'm guessing, a safety off switch is activated.So I reccomend people get familiar with the power settings on this device, in case it overheats on the default high setting and shuts off (if that happens, it doesn't mean it's broken, it just needs to cool down, thus shutting off for safety reasons). Simple to use (I like the user interface). Big space inside, with a large turntable and a 'scoop' out of the rear to allow large dishes to turn which was the main selling point for me. No melodies as others have complained of, just simple beeps (including a periodic reminder if you didn't take something out). Door is far too dark making it impossible to see inside, even when running and the internal light is on. It is not an inverter microwave, and doesn't have any special waveguides to heat/defrost evenly.
Usage of this product is very difficult (buttons very hard to use, you need a sledge hammer to respond). The light is not bright enough to see inside when is operating. The power that draws from the wall is about 1600 Watts, but produces 1000 Watts output, so it wastes about 600 Watts, this kind of power is usage so 1980s and so is the rest of the user interface. The button that opens the door is the only thing that you can use easily, but feels flimsy. The door slums when you close it as there's no cushion seal. My six year old Breville microwave broke down and I was super disappointed! Would have rebrought it if it was available. I brought this one got home sorted it out and it was a dud. Door wasn’t level, door had to be slammed shut like slammed to be able to shut and the whole microwave wobbled so within 5 minutes of it being home I was getting a replacement. The replacement still had problems with wobbling and the doors plastic is warped but I wasn’t going back for a 3rd time! I do have to say the service was great, there was no questions asked about replacement they were happy to do so. Fingers crossed that this lasts as long as my old one did!
Overall a bit disappointed. My old Samsung 32 l 10 years old was getting a bit slower to heat things. Decided Id get a new Samsung to replace it since Id had such a good run previously. Dismayed that this takes longer and all frozen meals take longer to reheat than recommended time. Nothing takes usual time. As I said a bit gutless. It was well priced and looks nice but wouldnt purchase again had I known how its slower than my old one I gave away. Should have paid more and got a gutsier microwave
Looks great but the plate inside the microwave doesnt move freely, squeaks and often gets stuck. Its very noisy as a result. Id like to think its faulty and would be a simple process of exchanging the item but sadly this is not the case. As a Samsung product with a potential fault you have to return it to the store and wait for Samsung to assess the item (which could take a week or so) before collecting it. Not worth the hassle.
I got this microwave on special because I live for Samsung appliances but honestly this is probably one of the best Samsung appliances Ive ever bought. It heats food evenly and so quickly. I havent even had a chance to try the 50 different functions on it! But the basic ones Ive used so far are fantastic! And its sleek design is such a statement piece.
Good slick looking. Note there is the more silvery vs metallic black option. Works as expected. I only wish you could just press Start and heat 30sec for each time you press start automatically. Instead, you need to press the 30sec button and then press start. Also, the buttons are not that sensitive and requires a pretty firm push exactly in the middle of each button for it to register the button press (and the buttons are pretty small!). This can be annoying as sometimes I'm pushing slightly off centre and need to really slow down to target the button!
