I bought this TV almost 3 weeks ago and is absolutly totally dead . For a week i didnt use because i was abroad . When i returned i use it a couple of days and then the TV is not working at all, There is no lights on the universal box and the screen is dead. Spoken with Samsung Support and they put me in touch with Group FX for repairs which they provide me with the nearest repairs date almost 10 days later. I tolled Samsung clearly that i spent a lots of money to buy this TV and the customer service is very poorly . I also told them to organise a replacement because is in the 28 days agreement and they still dont want to do the replacement until they see the engineering report from the Group FX . The more I sat and watched them in the store it was obvious that the Samsung was brighter and just as detailed as the LG OLED I was comparing it to. My room is bright and this tv easily produces fantastic viewing experience. Have had Samsung ans LG in the past and have found this one to be the king of my castle. Make sure you engage a friend for the mounting process which is a little more taxing with the entertainment box attached to the stand Overall extremely happy with this product and would recommend to others looking for a bright detailed picture capable of producing excellent sound and clarity for all your entertainment needs. Samsung support method of resolution is to factory reset your tv for any reported fault so far the count is 3. They offer discount code for your next Samsung purchase for the inconvenience which end up being worthless because of exclusions. The configuration menu choices are susceptible to creating issues. One connect cable isn’t long enough considering how big the device is. I’m really considering returning based on the experience I expected from a top range 9 Series tv.

Initially, I was amazed at the upgrade since my 4-year-old 65" 4k Samsung flagship TV. However, after I began setup, the problems soon became apparent. Firstly, an intermittent sound issue with the Samsung soundbar that the new TV has introduced. Next, the remote management feature Samsung support used to troubleshoot the screen went blank on their end, so they could no longer continue. Then the TV keeps defaulting to game mode!? The final nail in the coffin was that when unable to use the soundbar, we noticed terrible distortion from the TV speakers at a volume of 27 or below. I would not recommend Samsung to anyone at this point which is a pity, as a potential candidate for their upcoming flagship smartphone.
I highly recommend this tv! The picture Quality is out of this world! The sound is exceptional before even using a sound bar. We now prefer to watch everything on this tv then going to the cinemas as we feel we get a better experience at home with this tv and the Samsung Qn90B sound bar. Our only regret was not getting the 85”!! Though still satisfied with the 75”. After this, it will be hard to settle for anything less. You won’t regret purchasing this product. It brings old and new to life. You will feel like you are there in person. Detail and colour quality will blow you away! A good investment! Enjoy! P.s your friends and family, once they see the quality, they too will want one.
Its a simple case of, what you see is what you get! You have to see it to believe it! The picture quality is so realistic youll feel like your there yourself. It is AMAZING!! The sound is also VERY good on its own, though we chose to pair with the Samsung HW Q990B sound bar which makes it worthwhile. With the Picture quality and W symphonic sound, it beats going to the cinemas any day. Our only regret is we didnt get the 85. When your family and friends see it, they too will walk away wanting it. It has brought our family together again for movie nights. Even watching older movies again, the picture quality makes it as if your seeing it again for the first time. You will not regret this purchase, and you will enjoy it.
The local dimming algorithm on this tv is very awful. I upgraded to this tv from the Q9FN which in my opinion is Samsung's best premium TV I've seen. I'm now starting to see blooming in movies that I never saw before on my 2018 Samsung Q9FN. The contrast is terrible as well. It only excels in watching normal TV channels in sdr but the HDR performance is just crap. I've watched comparisons between this TV and QN90A (the 4k flagship) and the QN90A outperforms this tv which is really surprising. I would have gone for the QN90A if it had the one connect box. I only hope the local dimming and blooming issues of this tv can be fixed with a software update.
I purchased this six weeks back after switching from my LG. Exceeding my expectations, this TV has delivered a spectacular picture and clear and vibrant sound. What has impressed me the most, however, is the functionality and the 'smart' technology. Easily connected to my phone, it brings a new level of accessibility. All my applications are one tap away, which makes deciding on family movie night much easier! This television has delivered the wow factor and is a perfect all-rounder to suit any modern family.
I recently purchased my Samsung QN900B 65 inch television to replace my 75 inch previous version as I have downsized my home. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. If you’re here reading this, you have most likely reviewed the televisions capability and stats. All I can say is that for a real world owner who loves their Audio-Visual set up, this television compliments my high end A-V system and it’s a pleasure to relax with my favourite movies or music clips being streamed into this TV. I looked into other manufacturers but nothing came close to my Samsung. All I can do is highly recommend this TV as it surpasses my expectations and needs. It’s future proofing and I’m proud to have this unit displayed on my wall in my lounge room.
I ordered 2 TVs for my Dad and myself on 1st Oct. My Dad's TV was delivered and the wall mount was missing. I sent Samsung the screenshot of the bonus for the wall mount to prove the bonus of wall mount. I called Samsung and send a few emails with the screenshot HOWEVER Samsung said I should add the wall mount item to the cart. There was no clue or instruction regarding it. I was thinking to order a fridge /2 washing machines and 1 dryer for my new home, now I changed my mind.
