Samsung S22E450D 21.5" LED LCD Monitor - 16:9 - 5 MS

Item received in good order. It took about 2 days for delivery, that’s awesome! The monitor looks new and cleaned easy to assemble, although I found 2 tiny dot scratches on the LED panel which is negligible. It comes with 2 cables, power and HDMI. Seller also thrown in a free keyboard. This display works like a charm. Buy in confidence!

Cataract simulator included

The price of this monitor is what drew me to it, but I realize that price is a variable.I bought this monitor because my old one was too big and a little too bright. This monitor is also too bright. Attempts to tone down the brightness makes for an unusably dark screen. Maybe it's just me.I had hope for the so-called "Eye-saver" mode but it's just ridiculous. Selecting Eye-saver cranks up the brightness and contrast while dropping the color temperature, thus degrading the picture so that it could be called a 'cataract simulator." I'm not kidding.Eye saver aside, the monitor would work well for someone who doesn't have sensitive eyes. I like the quality of the screen display. Great barebones monitor

First of all you need to realize what this monitor is and isn’t. I purchased it knowing it has no speakers and no USB ports. This is a business monitor and very bare bones which suits my needs perfectly.The monitor has vga and dvi inputs as well as a display port, that plug is similar to hdmi, but not quite the same. There are various adapters if you must use hdmi, but I am not going in to the details.Using the display port, the colors and refresh rate are great, also it functions well in both portrait mode as well as landscape by adjusting the display settings on your computer. I have not tested the vga or dvi inputs.For the price I do not believe you will find a better bare bones monitor if that is what suits your needs.

Great monitor

No HDMI is a deal killer!

What's not to LIKE? There's no HDMI connector and that's just a deal killer for me. I guess it's my fault for not reading the description entirely. I thought an easy fix would be to buy an HDMI to displayport adapter but they cost about $30 and require a USB port for power which means the cable has to run from an HDMI source (such as an Amazon Fire stick), then to this monitor, and then to a usb port on a computer. That's too complicated. If you only want to use as a computer monitor, this one has great colors, tilt screen, adjustable height so it's awesome. However, I need the flexibility to use as a TV screen in my home office as well. Very professionally packed, as if i was buying a much more expensive item. It was in a properly sized double-corrugated box, no gaps in the tape, lots of high quality bubble wrap around every edge, top, and bottom of the monitor, and more cardboard directly over the screen to keep it protected. All neccessary cables included and packed in a bag.... Oh and i guess the thing i bought is cool too
