Love the exterior appearance, silver colour is not too shiny. Quiet, great interior shelf space, but limited door shelf space for drink bottles compared to LG. Ice tray takes up too much space in freezer shelf, and doesn’t work well. Would have liked suspended bottle rack under a shelf. 6 egg container on door shelf not adequate, as always buy 1 dozen eggs. Cooling/freezing good.

Fridge looks fancy and nice, works good too but I would not buy this fridge again, a few things I am not very impressed with: Handle would be better having on sides not bottom of doors.(pretty low for me) Doors are pretty narrow so its better to open both doors. Did not realize about the middle sealing piece on one of the doors that is a bit annoying and actually you are not able to open 1 vego slide box if you leave this door closed. No light in the freezer but does not really bother me. Annoying sound when you open doors that cannot be turned off. Compare to my old fridge that was 570L, this fridge is only 488L but more bulkier wider and deeper. Was expecting to be a bit quieter. Doors won't close fully if you just let the door go and walk away. We bought the Quad door layered steel 649L [SRF7100S] fridge in July 2022 and so far so good. The salesman at HN in Joondalup was excellent and great to deal with [Gabe G]. We replaced an older style Samsung side by side [SRS579NP] which has been a workhorse and such a good fridge. We hope this new fridge lasts as long. We are loving the big double door fridge to be able to put large platters etc in and the LED lighting is good too. Not sure about the "Anti-Fingerprint Finish" as we do get marks on the fridge doors. I miss the pull out drawer in the fridge where we used to store cheese and cold meats. We haven't had any issues with noise and our kitchen/dining/lounge is all open plan. All the trays, drawers etc inside come extremely well packaged in fact the delivery team said don't turn it on for 45mins after install to let the gas settle. It took that time and some for me to unpack the inside and set it all up

We've had the SRF7100 for about a year now and so far quite pleased with the Samsung french door. The versatile fridge storage including split shelf is fantastic for efficiently fitting in large things like lettuce containers and jugs, the door tubs are ergonomic and the freezer drawers are large and easily accessed. No complaints with the performance, noise, etc. The stainless steel surface grubs up with fingerprints easily and can also scratch, so take care with magnets etc that you may use. Getting the fridge level and aligned on an uneven surface was quite troublesome, the front corners can be adjusted independently but at the rear there are just rollers, so I had to use a bit of masonite under one corner to get it level. Thankfully there is a degree of adjustment to the doors in order to help get them evened out. The only real gripes after a year of use are from the french door operation, which might be common to other brands. Firstly, the flap on the left fridge door that seals against the right door occasionally doesn't behave as intended, and when you go to close the left door it can whack against he right door instead of going down its track. Secondly, because of the extra effort to close the left door, sometimes you fling it shut and it doesn't actually seal, but it does close enough that the light will not operate and the alarm will not sound, so you can end up with the door ajar all day or night without realising.
We had a Samsung refrigerator for 15 years without any problems. Decided to purchase Samsung again. And we are not disappointed. We love our new fridge, the features are amazing, the layout great, so easy to navigate around. The water and icemaker are unique, inside a special compartment within the fridge, which does not take up hardly any space. The freezer section is fabulous too, several compartments and shelves, so easy to see everything. We also love the matte black finish on the outside of the fridge.
I never thought I would fall in love with an appliance, but I absolutely LOVE my new Samsung French door fridge. The internal space is amazingly big and the freezer is a great size and so easy to access. Everything is visible and within grasp!! It looks beautiful on the outside too. I'm so very happy with this purchase ... oh and being on sale helped too.
I replaced my Samsung side by side fridge -that I loved, after 12 years of loyal service with a new Samsung French Door 7000 series. OMG!! I love! Love! Love! this Fridge. Any excuse to go to it! It looks beautiful inside and out! Beautiful clean SS finish outside opens to a spatial interior, a real entertainer. The Freezer is great too, the shelves on the doors are perfect for little bags and smaller items. And today I realise that a I had a small drawer for cans!! it just keeps giving. I'm so happy!!
I was made to buy this fridge by a pushy goodguys worker. Its just a fridge....no bells or whistles..literally. Our last fridge broke during a power outage, I can't tell if this fridge is on or off without pressing a button or opening the door. There is also no alarm on the door and you have to physically close the door or it will just swing open. Its badly designed. I don't like this fridge at all. Plenty cheaper just all were too big.
Beatiful fridge,in terms of design and features. Powerfull cooling system, ideal size for a small family (4 people). Fridge was delivered for free and well protected, anyway we found a noticeable dent when removing the protective packaging probably done when in storage or in transit. I've reported this to Samsung and they told me that they will in touch.
I really love my new refrigerator from Samsung. It is simple (no plumbing connection required), very quiet and doing the job. It is convenient to use as well with very good internal design. So far so good, thank you Samsung. The only issue I had with Samsung was delivery time, but it is not related to the quality of the refrigerator.
