Bought this 3 years ago and it’s been a great machine. I don’t have any complaints.Some people whinge about it twisting up their clothes in other reviews.This has only happened a handful of times and it’s not a big deal.Easy to clean. Tells you when it requires a tub clean. My partner has no complaints either as she puts on a wash daily with it.Happy buyer for the price.Delivery drivers were very friendly and very polite. Has been a great experience.

I found this while looking for a machine that did a decent amount of laundry and had good follow up service and easily replaceable parts. It turns out the parts are durable, easily replaceable and the service is impeccable. Two friendly delivery guys brought the machine within 5 minutes of the start of the window of expected delivery time - unheard of! Seriously couldn't be happier and to be honest, the little song at the end of the cycle is cute. If you're looking for a machine that automatically adjusts water, etc. just get this and choose the quick cycle. Clothes come out dryer than with your average laundry machine, allowing for fast line drying instead of destroying the planet with a dryer. I bought this a month ago after shopping around for similar sized washers and this was the best priced washer from a brand I know. I've had no issues to date and we use it 1-2 times daily for 3ppl - usually on quick wash (36mins). Not many settings which keeps it simple. Cleans well and spin dry is very good. Musical alarm on the washing machine is intereating. Overall very happy with the product and it's performance, delivery time from ordering (3 business days), and their installation. Highly recommended

If you haven't seen that in a machine before I can see why it would appeal.It has a clear lid, which is a feature I hadn't come across sooner and it's a handy detail.But even as new machine by a reputable brand for under $500, I regret getting this machine. The main problem is its poor lint filtering. I wear a lot of black. I don't want to pull my clothes out of the wash and see them covered in little fibres, fluff and hairs that should have been filtered. The washer tub only has one small filter collector, so maybe it should have been designed with 2? The lint is not a problem if you rely on a tumble dryer after washing but I line dry, so the lint just stays.The other problem is it leaves your wash tangled. It crumples and twists. More work pulling out of the basket and more ironing. Annoying.So, buyer beware. It does an alright job but it could be better. A good basic machine but if you need to look sharp in dark clothes for uniform or work etc, then I would suggest you try another machine.

It's been about a month since I bought my washing machine, and it's met all my expectations. It washes well, it's nice that it gives estimated finishing times and is quiet. It gives options to change how long the wash, spin or rinse cycle. The ONLY thing it's missing is just a 'normal' pre set wash button. Theres a quick wash, water saving, gentle and blanket button etc. Though, once adjusting the 'quick' wash to about a normal wash, it keeps the settings after being turned off and on again, which helps.WOULD RECOMMEND, great washing machine for me and my partner. The delivery guys were awesome and fast, called letting me know when they were close. Was able to set up the washing machine by myself :)
Pros: Fairly quiet- we always keep the laundry door shut and never consciously hear it when it’s running. It’s a good size, looks decent and so far have had no issues with any washes. Very happy with it considering the smaller price we paid.Cons: There’s obviously not as many wash options as the more expensive models. It isn’t as flashy looking as a more expensive machine either but it seems to do the job. Havn’t had any issues with it yet.
I purchased my 6.5kg Samsung washing machine around a month ago now, my washing machine blew up and I found appliances online that night the machine was delivered to my door and installed with the old one removed by 10am the next morning.The Samsung top loader is super modern and sleek looking with a lot of function features, I thought it would take forever to learn all the different features but it's really straight forward and simple, it's been a breeze to use and the spin dry function is fantastic my clothes come out almost dry already. Great machine, very happy with it! Would certainly reccomend it if your after a mid size machine.
The machine is fine and there's nothing wrong with it but personally I think there are machines out there with better functionality for a similar price. There's no delay timer option, which I like to use and wish I had realised before buying. Also I noticed most of the cycles, aside from fuzzy or quick are 2 - 3 hours which I feel is quite long for a top loader. The song at the end is cute but it goes for about 30 seconds so be mindful.I mainly say all this as I bought a machine a similarnSamsung machine a few years ago which I was really happy with but had to sell it when I moved. I thought it had much better functionality than this one.
