I have been using SanDisk CF Extreme Pro read rate160 MB/s 32 GB card since 2014 averaging 1300 still images depending on the subject content. Excellent card for my purposes. My current library 250,000 images most recorded with this card. All images displayed recorded using SanDisk 32 GB memory card.

Shooting a long time lapse (8 - 10 hours) on an old camera (Canon 5D Mark ll). Camera has latest firmware but will not read or format the 256GB. Tried deep formatting on my laptop and still camera will not read. Clearly the camera is too antiquated for this size card. Would be helpful if B& H provided camera compatibility info for each of the different memory sizes. Yes, all of these cards will fit the Mark ll but what is the maximum size memory the Mark ll will actually be able to read? Not a lot definitive info out there. Hoping I can return opened cards. Very expensive mistake.

This type of memory card was and still is my most used card in my cameras. Some of my cameras date back more than 10 years and are still in use. SanDisk CF cards were the first I purchased [starting with 256MB ;-) many years ago] and since those never failed I sticked to this brand over all those years and none of those cards ever disappointed me. Hope those cards will serve me without failures in the future as well.

I have 4 SanDisk Extreme Pro 32 GB CompactFlash Memory Card (160MB/s read speed) (150MB/s write speed). I used them with my Canon 7D MII and my 7D. In the burst mode at 10 frames per second the card keeps up Recording with the images. I have used this card in extreme heat, 115 F with no problems. I have been using this memory card since it first became available and is my primary Memory Card. When I record a series of images using my finger to trip to shutter sometimes the rate as high as six or seven frames per second do not have any Recording delays with this memory card. I've recorded approximately 40,000 images using this card with no problems during the recording or exporting to computer processes. I highly recommend this card for both size and speed. I've recorded approximately 40,000 images using this card with no problems during the recording or exporting to computer processes. I highly recommend this card for both size and speed. The first time I went out with my Canon 7D M II, I went to bird sanctuary and recorded A Mix of birds in flight, birds in trees, birds traveling on the Lake, and landing and taking off from Lake in the course of two hours, I recorded 999 RAW images to fill this card, excellent card for this experience. The second memory card in my 7D M II is the SanDisk 32GB Extreme Pro UHS-I SDHC U3 Memory Card (Class 10) with Max. Write Speed: 90 MB/s, and Max. Read Speed: 95 MB/s. . The camera is set to start recording on the second card when the first card is Full. On rare occasions I will switch to the second card if a completely different subject matter attracts my attention to record during Focused shoot. Then I return to the main card and continue recording the subject I am photograph at that time. Example: Aircraft in flight all of a sudden see activity completely different than aircraft but wholes my interest and dictates I should record the images. I switched to the second card continue recording in raw till those activities do not require any more documentation then switch back to the main memory card continue Recording aircraft. Thank you all for reading my analysis of this particular product. Man 74 in Black AZ
It's funny that every time I shop B&H for memory cards, I inevitably end up buying SanDisk. It's probably due to the fact that I've never had a single failure or corrupted card. Because I'm a pro shooter, I have to make sure that I have solid equipment that is reliable....right down to the memory cards I use. For the money, this card is super fast and will hold a ton of images. When I shoot video, I know that the card will keep up with the camera...so less or zero buffering issues. Thanks to SanDisk for making pretty much bullet-proof cards. It's one less thing to worry about during an important shoot.
I realized on a recent trip that the speed of a CF really does matter. I had been using my SanDisk cards for 10 years!! Can't argue with the duriblility. It was time to upgrade. I used the new cards with a handheld 70-200 2.8 lens and my shots were sharp as can be. Then the downloading was so much faster. I hope to get another 10 years from these new cards.
This is the highest capacity available for CompactFlash. SanDisk silicon, memory controllers and packaging I trust as they have a long and proven history making digital film. I have purchased from B&H for over 20 years. Their stock is always genuine and fresh. Unlike big A company out there, who has a lot of returned items circulating in their supply chain mixed with non genuine stock, I trust B&H in selling me the genuine article fresh from the factory.
I've been using SanDisk memory cards for years and I've never had a single issue. On one occasion, I left the card in my pocket and it went through the laundry, both washer and dryer. I was shocked when I put the card into the reader and all the files were still there and copied over to my computer with no problems. Wow! The cards look fetching in their black and red color scheme, they are labeled clearly and they are a pleasure to use. I just love them and often have pleasant dreams of the cards dancing. I highly recommend them.
There is nothing much left to say about compact flash cards. So unfortunate that they're being slowly phased out. I still shoot with a Canon 1Dx on each shoulder and I've always been a fan of the dual CF card option. I don't do much video and maybe 128GB cards are a bit overkill for what I do but these cards are reliable and are unlikely to fail. I will shoot CF cards until my cameras quit functioning.
This memory card is great for my Canon EOS 7D camera! When I bought my camera a number of years ago, the memory card I bought was around 4GB, because that's all I could afford at that time - the larger capacity memory cards were outrageously priced. Now that the price has gone done, I was finally able to purchase the 128GB memory card. I was using the video recorder on my camera to film my music band performing gigs, and the older memory card would always run out of space and capture only 1/3 of our concerts. With the 128GB capacity, I no longer have to worry about the recording stopping in the middle of the concert. Also, the specs on this card are great - very fast - great for burst shooting of photos.
