The product arrived as scheduled and in a perfect condition. Normal packaging for a lightweight item (bubble wrapper included). These SanDisk USB Cruse Glide 3.0 128GB Flash Drive Memory Sticks are fantastic.They are very reliable and at a price point that makes them very affordable which makes storing and transporting your data less painful than purchasing more expensive devices.I have used these for several years and find them great and cheap enough to use to give large files or images to others and if they don't return them it is not an expensive issue.MAC OS and Windows - No problem with cross compatibility or data corruption.Finally, I will say that no matter what deice you choose, you have to take some care of it/them.Look after your device and it will perform well for you.

Cheap, but deceptive

It works great a couple of weeks in, but SanDisk is lying when they say it's 128GB. They consider 1GB = 1000MB when in reality, 1GB = 1024MB. As a result the flash drive is limited to 125GB of storage off the bat. On top of that, for some reason my storage only shows at 114GB in Windows no matter how many times I reformat it. Thankfully I don't need the extra space, but it's still frustrating. For the price though, it's fine. Transfer speeds are decent as well.

Received SanDisk Cruzer Glide 16GB USB 2.0 not USB 3.0 as advertised on CeX Website. Please adjust photo/description to reflect this. The drive was clogged with dirt when I opened the parcel when it should have been thoroughly cleaned before dispatch.Read speeds 24MB/s and Write speeds 9MB/s according to CrystalDiskMark however whenever I try copying a file to the drive it slows down to as little as 4MB/s and stays at this speed until the file has been copied. I do have some faster SanDisk Cruzer Dial drives which I bought from elsewhere that have Write speeds of 15MB/s. Also forgot to mention that this drive has warranty with SanDisk Western Digital after registering the product on their website and giving them the Serial Number and the CeX Invoice it says I have 5 year warranty. Remove one star for the wrong photo/description and the dirty condition that I received it in. Other than that I think for £8 including the postage it's still a good deal.

My review is for those that want a genuine hardware review, and don't care if other buyers think "it looks nice" or "has lots of room", you should already be buying the size that you need for what you want to transfer or carry. Cheap is not cheap if it does not do what it claims to do. They do have good capacity sizes, and will probably be ok if you only need to carry data with you for occasional use, but if you have a requirement to transfer large volumes of data from point A to point B on a regular basis (as I do) so reading and especially writing to the drive on a regular basis, then you will be far better off investing in a better drive with far higher read and write speed results.
