Impressive Read/Write Speeds
10 June 2022

I’ve been using SanDisk cards for a long time. Mostly in my DSLR and video cameras. For a while, the SanDisk Ultra plus always fit the bill, until I upgraded my DLSR to a camera that shot 10 frames per second. All of a sudden, the Ultra plus card didn’t do it anymore. When I got the GoPro 10, it practically regurgitated the slower cards.Enter the SanDisk Extreme PLUS. When I compared the read speed of the Extreme to the Ultra, there was an impressive 30% increase. That speed was noticeable when using it with my DSLR. The Ultra couldn’t keep up with the 10 frames per second shutter speed, and 4 GB RAW images, and it buffered, a lot. With the Extreme PLUS, it didn’t buffer at all, and I tried my best to overload it.If you don’t require fast read/write speeds, ... MoreI’ve been using SanDisk cards for a long time. Reliable, Largest capacity in this size so far

I bought two of these. I actually use these for computer file storage because they are so compact and are very covert for portable applications. If you think about it, 5 of these stacked up is the equivalent of 5TB but in under the size of a few coins. It is amazing how far technology has come. The quality is outstanding as usual -no corrupted files, transfers quickly, gets heated when writing very large quantities for a bit of time, but I rarely do that so not an issue. They do seem to keep cool enough to maintain the higher speed so that is good. Remember, to get the best speeds, you need the right readers, usb cables, and ports. This all works together. I'll tell ya, technology simply amazes me. This thing is like, no bigger than a literal thumbnail, and it's as thick as like two sheets of paper, but you can store 32 GIGS of information on it, lickitty-split!I mean, how do they even do that? It's like, did you ever make like a little cheat sheet in gradeschool to help you cheat on a test and you wrote like suuuuuuper tiny on a small piece of paper so you could hide it and use it to fool your parents into thinking that you're a genius when it comes to (ultimately useless) knowledge, but even with all that effort, you can only fit a few paragraphs on the darn thing?Well, this is like that, but much, much larger. But if it's not, my guess is that they actually have a trained amoeba in there just WAITING for you to upload information to it, whereby it'll then dink it all out on a little tiny stone tablet with a chisel, and then file it away safely until you zap it with an electrical signal, thus prompting it to retrieve the correct tablet from its filing location, so that you can fully enjoy it in all of its comprehensive coolness....Anyway, yeah, you should probably buy this thing.

Trusty memory card!
14 January 2023

This memory card has been a steadfast addition to my memory card arsenal. I find myself consistently using it in critical data read/write scenarios. I can rely on the 5.1K/50fps videos or 20 MP photos I’m collecting to be stored safely and quickly for use in my post processing procedures. I have enjoyed the flexibility and speed of the memory card; whether it’s in a drone, DLSR camera, or my kid’s handheld gaming system, I am confident in the SanDisk’s data transfer speeds and stability. Sadly, other microSD cards haven’t been able to stand up to the same standards, often corrupting data in the worst time’s possible, causing costly rework or complete loss of unrecoverable data. Great product!

Western Digital - SanDisk® Extreme PLUS microSD™ S
30 November 2022

I received a Western Digital - SanDisk® Extreme PLUS microSD™ Speed Bump Memory Card, 64GB for free in exchange for my honest review. I use the microSD on my iPad for additional storage. I am familiar with the western digital brand and have used several products from it and so far. I am happy with this brand. This microSD card is good quality, it connects to my iPad without a glitch. It’s true 64gb storage space. The file transfer speed is quite close to what they claims to be. I tried to transfer a 4.7 GB file to this card and it only took less than one minute. Very impressive performance.

Works great, fast transfer speed
14 December 2022

I've been looking to get additional portable storage for my photos so I decided to try the SanDisk® Extreme PLUS microSD™ Speed Bump Memory Card, 64GB. What's really nice about this card is it comes with the adapter. That allows me to use it with my laptop so that was a big plus for me. I was really impressed with the transfer speed. The package says up to 200MB/s read & 90MB/s write. I was able to transfer approximately 110 high res photos in about 10-15 seconds. Some of the features: 4K UHD, waterproof, temperature proof, shock proof & x-ray proof. The only thing missing is a carrying case so it has some protection when I throw it my purse/bag. Otherwise, this card works great!

double check them. Possible Counterfeits
16 February 2023

SanDisk is my go to for CF, SD and Micro SD cards. I've never had a problem with them. Purchased the 256GB card to go in my GoPro Hero 10. Haven't had any issues. Created several multi-hour (~16, ~12, ~6 and ~4) TimeWarp movies on a recent fishing trip up to Northwest Ontario Canada from Northern Virginia and the card worked without issue. The GoPro overheated towards the end of the 16 hour capture, but that wasn't the cards fault. Actually as hot as GoPro's get I'm that much more impressed I didn't have any issues. Captured video anywhere from 1080(60fps) to 4K(30fps - might have been some 60 fps don't recall).
