The results are exactly what I imagined; the games ran just as good if not better than they did before. This card offers fast read/write speeds and has plenty of storage for my personal needs. The included bonus code for Fortnite is a great added bonus. My daughter has been a Fortnite crazy person for months now and the fact that this card came in pink, with so much more storage for her 32gb Switch was a win win. She was able to install and expand her storage within minutes. I have used SanDisk memory cards for my Canon Rebel camera and even in cell phones that I’ve had in the past so I was excited to see this as an option for her Switch. With having 256gb in space she has already downloaded 3 additional digital games and still has over 165gb of storage!Upon opening the card we noticed there was a redeemable code for the angular flow wrap which looked really neat when she applied it to one of her weapons. I have Fortnite installed on the card and when I purchased this microSD card, it has a code for an Angular Flow Wrap to use in game. This card is rated for speeds up to 100 MB/s read and writing speed of up to 90 MB/s. My Nintendo OLED switch has not had any issues with speed that I can tell, and everything runs smooth as it does on the internal memory. Your game saves are actually stored on the Nintendo Switch’s built-in system memory even if the game itself is saved on the microSD card. The main things you risk losing with the microSD card are the screenshot photos and videos you have saved.## PerformanceI had a smaller Samsung microSD card in my Switch previously and this SanDIsk card seems to load games just as fast as my old card. I haven’t noticed any issues with the new card and now I have double the storage! upgrade my 128gb micro SD with Sandisk 256GB I believe this the highest you can have as a storage for your Nintendo switch. the packaging was cute it had a whole fortnite character on the packaging, even the actual microSD had the pink bear character printed to it. it also came with Angular Flow Wrap skin for in game use, transferring multiple games to this microSD was also a lot faster. i’ve tried most of my games using my PC then inserted this SD to transfer the game back. the process was much faster than copying all my Nintendo switch games from my previous one, having 256GB memory for games is a great addition. my previous microSD was also Sandisk I trust the brand a lot so it was no brainer upgrading for a bigger memory. I haven’t notice any game improvements ... Moreupgrade my 128gb micro SD with Sandisk 256GB I believe this the highest you can have as a storage for your Nintendo switch. the packaging was cute it had a whole fortnite character on the packaging, even the actual microSD had the pink bear character printed to it. it also came with Angular Flow Wrap skin for in game use, transferring multiple games to this microSD was also a lot faster. i’ve tried most of my games using my PC then inserted this SD to transfer the game back. the process was much faster than copying all my Nintendo switch games from my previous one, having 256GB memory for games is a great addition. my previous microSD was also Sandisk I trust the brand a lot so it was no brainer upgrading for a bigger memory. I haven’t notice any game improvements from having faster read speed on using microSD but transferring and copying nintendo switch games using pc was much better than before. I didn’t notice any slow down loading up my games either haven’t had a single issue when it comes to storing games in SD card, everything works perfect, something i expect coming from Sandisk. highly recommend this plus you get free fornite in game skin.
