I loaded 165G on it, I bought it because it is a Sandisk. It copied my files flawlessly, I have been through them randomly and there are no dropouts anywhere. For the price, there's nothing close.

This flash drive is one of the best options if you're looking for more capacity, offering a hefty 256GB. It offers decent though not spectacular read/write speed of 100MB.
These are great. They have a lot of versatility within their storage space that allows me to arrange music and files how I see fit and this particular brand is one I've never had problems with. I have had 1 or 2 PNY brand u-disks that have just made whole folders disappear or have corrupted music files so much that they will not play. Sucks finding that out on a long trip. I rate SanDisk brand very highly!
The read speeds are as advertised. The write speeds are 20-38 and no where the read speeds. This is the second I've purchased, so I knew this ahead of my purchase. It is very nice, once it's been loaded with apps. This is a great way to increase the storage from 16gig to 272. Which is fantastic. You feel the difference day one. When all of the apps are installed ( it's still installing day one, but the next day you experience the fantastic read speeds!) I almost reverted to the 128 approved sandisk drive. Dont fo back to the 128gb drive. I'm glad I let me go til the next day. And in all honesty, I had alot of kodi apps that were installing. You wont see the read speed, til it done writing files. This is a Definitely a recommend drive!
I was able to run the game High on Life directly from the USB Flash Drive which is awesome. Im referring to the PC version through PC Game Pass. Anyways, it saves a lot of memory on my SSD since I was able to take it off of there, but it does load specific scenes and boot up noticeably slower than it did while playing off of SSD, but it was typically faster than what youd expect on PS4 or something. I am still impressed. This flash drive is simply excellent. The graphics and frame rates with my games seemed to be exactly the same on Flash Drive vs SSD so thats pretty cool.
2TB 512GB USB Flash Drive Memory Thumb U Disk Stick Pen PC Laptop Storage USA was flat out defective and this though much smaller in total capacity works perfectly as the rest of my prior flash drives from SanDisk all have as well.
good reliable data storage. It's a good value. I use it as a partial backup for my hard drive.
