This card is a perfect replacement for my gtx 1080. Having a wide screen monitor 3440x1440 was too much for the gtx 1080, Had to play games on low settings to get decent fps (new releases). But with this new card im getting 100+ fps on high settings.

Brilliant performance with silky smooth framerates for a great price.

I've been patiently and eagerly awaiting for AMD to release the 7000 series graphics card, I was in the market several months ago to buy the 6950 XT/6900 XT, however, I resisted until I had seen the performance and specs of the 7000 series which is very impressive to say the least.Having bought the graphics card, it's a major upgrade from using my old workhorse graphics card namely RX580. I'm not a die harder gamer as such, however, running Forza Horizon 4 & 5 at 4K maxed out settings has produced silky smooth framerates with no problems whatsoever.I also used my graphics card to use on Photoshop with actions (plug in effects etc), to say the graphics card renders the actions at blistering speed would be an underestimation. I have to say, OCUK staff have been excellent with making these available to myself and many gamers/users on day 1 of release. As ever, the staff provide honest, upfront and superb communication, their customer service is excellent and always appreciated.

Compact beast.

Upgraded from the 3070 so being able to play more games at even higher quality was very awesome and the card was far more robust being mounted horizontal which saved buying an extra virtical bracket, the card has a really solid back plain compared to my old card which drooped and required extra supports.Smaller packaging was also nice, good to see them thinking of the enviroment but still providing ample support for the card during transit.

Fantastic card, okay value
1 February 2023

Absolutely brilliant card and it's been a huge upgrade over my R9 390 from 2016!Performs amazingly, been crushing Cyberpunk, Resident Evil, Warzone with RT and more traditional rasterized games like CSGO and Mirrors Edge Catalyst! Handles most AAA titles I throw at it with RT enabled/Ultra graphics at 1440p 120fps+Only downside is it's not amazing value. Compared to the 4080, and 7900XTX, it's not bad and since I've got a small case this was a great choice for me. Definitely shop around but this is a great card to consider!

First ever Radeon GPU
20 February 2023

4 star rating is primarily down to the state of GPU pricing at the moment, however, being my first ever AMD GPU paired with my first ever AMD CPU, I am very pleased with the card! Does run a little hot at idle, but stays surprisingly modest in temperature given the quality settings in the games I am playing. I had heard horror stories of awful junction temperatures, but so far has been quite good. As long as AMD continues with driver improvements, this card may make me a convert from Nvidia!

Good gaming performance drivers needs improving
23 March 2023

So, out of the box the card performs well in games so far, placing it between 4080 and 4070ti performance. Drivers need a bit of work though, I noticed high idle power draw, this is a known issue persisting since day 1. I stream gameplay as well and the OBS stream is very blocky compared to the Nvidia cards , I hope they fix this with future driver updates, also while encoding it draws max power for some reason, the Nvidia cards don't do that. It runs pretty warm and I did not notice the fans stopping, due to the high idle load probably. Apart from that the size is very welcome for smaller builds, and the power draw is not massive as well, 300 watt for performance above a 3090 is not bad. I think it has potential and with the price drops and game bundle makes it a ... MoreSo, out of the box the card performs well in games so far, placing it between 4080 and 4070ti performance. Great card, held back by still sub par drivers
13 February 2023

This card is absolutely great in terms of hardware. It runs at a maximum of 63 C even at the highest load, with temperatures in the high 70's on the hotspot. Compared to the RTX 3070 Ti I had previously, which ran at 84 at times, and was unbearably loud, it's a stark difference. However, I took out a star because this card is held back by AMD's inability to make a decent driver stack. They are still behind Nvidia in that sense, and in a lot of games you get crashes out of nowhere, and even full system freezes, which never happened on my previous 2 nvidia cards. Please note however, that I'm only mentioning all that since most people will run that card on Windows, and that applies to that scenario. I am running Linux as my main OS, and both the Open Source and Proprietary AMD drivers on that system can run laps around the Windows drivers. If you've got an AMD GPU, you own it to yourself to try Linux out, you will certainly be surprised by the performance and stability. For RDNA3 make sure to run a distribution with very up-to-date drivers version.

Great performance
16 January 2023

I was initially worried about the reports of GPU hot spot temps (junction temp) but from my experience mine doesn’t go above 10-15c above GPU temp.Maximum GPU temp so far is 60-67c which shows J temp of 70-76 well within limits.Card is much faster than my 3080ti that decided to nuke itself playing Overwatch.

Superb card.I bought this when I realised one of the GeForce 4080s wouldn’t fit the case I was using.Everything runs smoothly on my 1440 monitor. Modern Warfare 2 is on with all the bells and whistles at 150 fps.

Great service and fast postage. Had a few issues with product when installed. However, after updating a few drivers here and there the performance and reliability has been great. Finally updated my 1050ti.
