Saramonic Blink 500 Pro B1 (RX+TX) Wireless Microphone System

We use this system paired with a front end mic into our Sony ZV-E10. Our setup is used for theme park vlogging.The mic system has been a solid performer every time we have used it. We don't keep much distance between the transmitter and receiver but that said, there have been no dropouts. We don't use the lav, just the built in mic.The audio is clean. The units are durable and work well whether clipped on to clothing or handheld. The battery life is very good. We usually just turn it on and leave it on while we are in the park.Considering getting a second transmitter so we can do a two person setup.

I used it for about once a month for about a year, and it was great. Then the screen in the transmitter went out. Because it was over a year, B&H could not help me return or exchange it. And even with "2 year warranty " from Saramonic, I never heard back from then. After a year of minimum use, it was money wasted.I bought a different system (another manufacturer) also from B&H. It is working great.

I'll first say that I'm not a professional photographer and haven't used many of these wireless mics from different manufacturers so my expertise is limited. I will say that these work fantastic for the setup that I have. The setup I mainly use this for is with my GoPro multiple camera system. I also use this with my Sony ZV1. For the GoPro, I've always hated the audio and wanted an option for recording quality outdoor action video with quality audio as well. I'm also filming on a boat so the wind noise hasn't been a problem with the lav taped under my shirt.I've tested the wireless system in a couple settings and haven't had any audio cut out or had any strange echoes like I've seen in the reviews. I've used with and without the lav and have found that I can be more mobile when I use the lav.I'd highly recommend this for people who are wanting better quality audio with their GoPro or who just want better audio when they are filming further from the camera.I haven't been paid for this review and bought the system myself.
