I bought these as a replacement for my long-standing Saucony Triumph runners, and they did not disappoint.I have run 5,10,16 and 21 kilometre distances in them already and they've held up extremely well.Maybe not as plush as the Triumph but still comfortable. They seem to have a 'rocking' sole which is great for runs, and I've definitely seen an improvement in my times.Highly recommended.

Pretty comfy shoe. It had a little bit of a heel slip for me but tying a heel lock fixed it easily. I am definitely on the heavier side and the midsole has held up well for me so far. Probably not the best shoe for every workout but it’s a good shoe for most of them. For the price I’m not sure you can get anything better for just an all around daily trainer.

Love Saucony shoes. Since back surgeries (5), I’ve had a tough time finding shoes that don’t hurt my right foot. Tried everybody’s Hoka, Brooks, Nike, Etc. These are the only ones that let me walk all day.The Axon is a little bit stiffer than the Endorphins I usually get. But they seem to be working for me too.Love Saucony.

I purchased 3 other brands of walking/running shoes in the last month. All were returned immediately. Not the support or comfort as advertised. One company does not even have free returns or discounted return fees. Hence $17.00 later, I will not be purchasing from that company again. That said: These Axon3 4mm shoes were perfect right out of the box. I use them for walking miles, gym work outs and short jogging. Sizing was right on. Saucing website was very informative too. Helped me make the right choice first time.
These shoes feel wonderful! The cushioning is plush and the whole shoe feels soft and glove like from the heel cup to the upper. Everything is just so soft, supple and comfortable. Nice wide toe box, nice aperture to easily get your foot in and it fits true to size. Wonderful! If I had any small complaints it would be the lack of roll through from heel to toe as the heel and forefoot sections are separate so there`s a definite "clop-clop" as the heel then forefoot make contact after each other. And the heel pull-on strap is too low on the heel for optimal angle of pull. But that`s all. A wonderful plush shoe. Recommend!
Love the shoe and its supportiveness, which makes my feet securely hit the ground and helps with toe off, running or walking. This shoe, like a couple of Sauconny's other styles right now, angles in the toe box in a way that abuts the distal tip of my right (long) 2nd toe. Historically, I've compenstated by buying a half-sized larger Sauccony, but going to a full size longer is going to make my heel swim in the shoe. I am afraid this style won't work for me and I sent them back. Well constructed, nice looking hoe, though.
I discovered Saucony Axon from DSW. They were the most amazing shoes and my feet loved them. That’s saying a lot, as I have had foot surgery, I am a waitress on my feet constantly. I loved them so much that 2 years ago I ordered 4 pairs. They were the original Axons. I was down to my last pair and decided to order more. To my disappointment the original were no longer available. I spoke/live chat with a representative and was assured that the Axon 3 was exactly the same that the outsole was the only change. Got my shoes, wore them, reached out to Saucony because the Axon 3 fit like a wide. They told me there’s no difference in the sizing. I’ve been wearing your shoes for over 3 years and I promise you I know how the Axon fits and the Axon 3 is wider, as a result my feet slip around in the shoes. I’ve resulted in wearing thicker socks in them and rotating my shoes with the Original Axon.
I was pleasantly surprised by this product. Good cushioning without losing the ability to sense/feel the ground; feels light weight even with moderate to thick sole. While the heel to toe drop is only 4 mm it feels greater because of the pronounced toe roll off. I bought 1/2 size up to accommodate thick running socks; normal street size would probably be better if used only for walking or shopping with ordinary thickness socks. I bought these as replacement for light weight Grid/Marauder 3 old school style that makes clear distinction between the heel and toe area and pretty thick treading similar to a trail shoe. I found these to be more similar to Triumph 21 in terms of cushioning and average tread depth. Cannot speak to long distance running, but excellent shoe ... MoreI was pleasantly surprised by this product. If I’m running on anything that is not completely flat, so not a treadmill, there is very little support. My arches & heels felt the strain, especially if there was any sort of slant in the road when my feet were landing unevenly. Considering the description on the website claims to give you “comfort you can’t deny” & that they will help you “savor every stride”, I’m extremely disappointed. I should have stuck with my Triumphs.
Firstly I'm a huge fan of saucony and I have had all the axon generations as my primary running shoe. I loved the brand so much that I even purchased a headband from them that I proudly wear while playing at the courts. But I have to tell that the latest axon 3 purchase has been nothing but disappointing. The quality of the show is terrible. Doesn't feel like a 100$ show at all. See attached images. The shoe seems to be tearing apart with less than 15miles put on those. There is also a part where the sticking/stitching is not perfect and bites my foot near the big toe. Please saucony look into this as I believe this is a one-off quality issue. I have never had such problems with my previous axons.
