Get ready for speed when you lace up the Saucony Endorphin Pro 3. This fast shoe is designed with a carbon-fiber plate and an even thicker stack of PWRRUN PB foam to give you more pop underfoot as you run at breakneck speeds. Saucony added 4 mm of their PWRRUN PB cushioning to increase the stack height of the shoe (just under the 40 mm Worth Athleticsrsquo limit for competition), to provide more cushion and comfort while you run by the competition. Saucony also changed the geometry of the shoe to fit the additional stack height. Saucony uses its SPEEDROLL technology combined with an S-curve carbon-fiber plate to propel you forward effortlessly, making it one of the best carbon-plated shoes. Even with this increase in cushion and new geometry, the Endorphin Pro 3 is lighter than the previous version. The XT-900 outsole grips the road better, allowing you to race around corners with ease. A lightweight upper is breathable and comfortable thanks to Sauconyrsquos FORMFIT design that hugs every part of your foot for a personalized fit and feel. Push past your limits in the Saucony Endorphin Pro 3. Read more in our Saucony Endorphin Pro 3 review.

These shoes have inspired me to run again. I’ve also been using these shoes to jump rope and I think they’re the best shoes for jumprope as well. I purchased a Hoka Bondi 8 to see how it holds up against the Endorphin Pro 3 when it comes to jump roping…and the Pro 3 is superior by far (in my experience at least). I also checked out the Endorphin Pro 2 and the Endorphin Speed… and they were immediately downgraded to be used to run errands or for short walks. The Endorphin Pro 3 is by far superior to all the sneakers I’ve used in the past 25 years. My only issue with the shoe (although very minor) is the tongue that you need to carefully position everytime you put on the shoe or else it slides in. Other than that, everything else is just perfect!!!... Show more

These shoes basically enable me to do something I truly enjoy. Now all of that has been great so here is the bad. Of super shoes I am at a bit of a disadvantage because of my foot size. Only a few companies make size 15 carbon soled shoes, but of the ones that do Saucony does the best job. Also at my weight the shoes typically are pretty destroyed after about 250 to 275 miles.Oh and the only true issue I have with the shoes and the other 12 or so pairs I have had before my most current purchase is that my right foot is slightly longer than my left foot. This cause my 2nd toe on my right foot to impact the front of the shoe and has been causing that toe nail to turn purple and decay. It's not something that can be fixed just a personal issue, unless Saucony wants to make their size 15 right shoes about 3/8th of an inch longer. If not I understand and will continue to be a customer.... Show more

Fixes runner's knee and lessens foot pain
13 November 2023
So, I run marathons and train for them. My old shoes were giving me knee pain forcing me to run on soft dirt trails and wear knee braces. With these new shoes lessening the impact of the pavment I have been able to get rid of my kne braces and run on pavement now. These shoes alltogether removed my knee pain and increased my speed. Additionally, the white shoes have a coating on them so its harder to get them dirty which is greatly appreciated for someone like me who runs on all surfaces including in the rain. Also my mom has tried these on becuse of her feet pain resulting from nerve damage in her foot. Great bounce but loose fit, chafing collar.

I'm a 2:50 marathoner, 5'10", 150lbs. I love the Saucony Ride 15, Kinvara 13, and Endorphin Shift 3, so I decided to try out Saucony's super shoe. I typically race marathons in another brand's very popular super shoes.I had the Endorphin Pro 2s, but the Endorphin Pro 3 is a completely different shoe, with a massive stack height that has just as good of a bounce as the leading large stack supershoe..Two notes:- Sizing is large compared to other Saucony shoes. I run a size 11 with my other Saucony shoes (Ride 15, Kinvara 13, and Endorphin Shift 3), but flopped around in a size 11 Endorphin Pro 3. I exchanged it for a 10.5 which feels better, but still a bit large. For comparison I run a size 10.5 in a leading supershoe..- Bad ankle chafing. Great shoe for heavyweight runners.
29 March 2024
I am a big man 6’0 248 and I prefer a light and springy shoe. I really enjoy running in the Pro 3’s, I have tried other Saucony shoes, but these are my main runners. The faster you push yourself the more you will get from this shoe. I love them, they are expensive but cheaper than a doctor's visit. if you are heavy but in good cardio shape, (being able to run a 5K and 10K) I highly recommend this shoe matched with a good pair of socks. NOTE: My very first pair of Pro 3’s running 6-7 miles a day, I retired them at 200 miles so they will not last as long as a traditional daily runner; you will know when its time to retire and replace them. only criticism for this shoe is a wider toe box and more foam in the toe box; other than they are ready and worth the price tag.... Race day shoe for any distance
11 February 2024
Bought due to loving the Kinvara 14 as a pure speed training shoe, great reviews and wanted a super shoe to get me to that next level for Boston. This shoe does not disappoint. Speedroll rocker makes the transition from mid-foot strike to toe off easier. Pop from the carbon-fiber plate when the tempo is picked up to race pace. Unlike some of the other super shoes I've tried, very stable at all paces. The upper is so breathable and comfortable, very similar to the Kinvara's. No next day leg fatigue or soreness. My new marathon race day shoe, but can be used for just about any race distance as it's so light and fast!... Show more

( I'll provide a photo)-I wear a size 12 W but went up to a size 12.5 because of the narrow toe box for the Pro 3's.-I chose the Pro'3's because I really like the Pro 2's. The Pro 3's have one improvement: cushioning included with the carbon fiber plate. Still, two things could be improved: the material around the toe box restricts pinky toe movement and the toe box is narrower than its counterpart, the Pro 2's.-I want you to keep in mind while reading my review that I rolled both Saucony Pro 2's and 3's the second day after I received them; the only difference is that I ran 3.5 miles in the Pro 2's in the afternoon and 4.5 miles in the Pro 3's morning time and it was only because I am in better physical conditioning now and I able to run further then I was when I purchased the Pro 2's. But this comparison will be for 4.47 miles with about 95 miles on the Pro 2's and Zero miles on the Pro 3's.-This morning when I went out with the Pro 3's, I did notice the extra cushioning and my feet felt really good in the first half mile, (especially near my big toe but after a mile, my left pinky toe started going numb; HOWEVER, this may be due to my Supination but in the Pro 2's, even on a long run (Half Marathon distance) the numbness was minimal. The Pro 2's have LESS cushioning than the Pro 3's.-For some reason, ALL the Saucony runners, I have invested in from the Speed 2's to the Pro 3's have this same problem and that is the narrow toe box for the life of me cannot understand why Saucony keeps messing up. WIDER TOE BOX DUDE!-Let's talk about efficiency; this comparison will be for a 4.47-mile distance which is my maintenance run. When I train, I usually start the first mile slowly.August 3rd, 2023, 0500 in the morning, mid 70's high humidity, Pro 2's, 95 miles run on them. First mile- 10:35 minute pace, second mile-09:58 minute pace, third mile-09:10 minute pace, fourth mile- 08:53 minute pace - last mile (.47 mile) 08:30 minute pace. AVG Pace 9:32 Heart rate from 133 to 173 BPM.August 14, 2023, 0500 in the morning, mid 70's high humidity, Pro 3's Zero miles. first mile- 11:06 minute pace, second mile 09:52 minute pace, third mile-09:22 minute pace, fourth mile-08:57 minute pace, .45 mile- 08:11 minute pace, AVG Pace 9:40 heart rate from 129 to 168 BPM. +- break-in period.Overall, I believe Saucony did an OK job with improvements with this runner with improved cushioning included with the carbon fiber plate but made a mistake with the narrowing toe box and that material around the toe box compared to the Pro 2's. Why?-In my opinion, Saucony needs to understand that athletes come in all shapes and sizes not just Boney Bobs or Skinny Minnies with narrow feet and the perfect run form and are Elite athletes; Saucony needs to adapt to all athletes; regardless of whether Elite or Average status in fact, as Saucony know, their biggest customer IS the average or mid-level athlete so should you not address our issues as well? Stop with the "cookie cutter method"-I have a love-hate relationship with the Saucony Pro, they are still a decent shoe to compete in and can be used for trainers, they have been on my wellness journey so I will more than likely continue to use them BUT the price tag does not match the improvements.-It appears that this shoe is designed for long runs but still has that pop for speed for the 5K and the 10 K.-To be fair, I will provide another review on the Pro 3's after the break-in period, but for the narrow toe box, there is no break-in period for it, and the athlete, have to deal with it unfortunately. That is a NO-GO and is the reason they deserve 3-Stars not 5-Star.... Show more

These Shoes Were Made For SPEED RUNS and RACE DAY!

I can feel the difference between these and the Endorphin Speed. I really like the bounce in these shoes, and I loke how these shoes help my striding. The Speedroll technology is amazing. I actually use less energy when I push off during my faster strides. This will go a long way during the race. If you are only looking to do easy-paced runs, you're not going to want to use these shoes because these shoes were NOT MADE FOR SLOWER RUNS. Unfortunate results from heel design change
13 November 2023
I unfortunately returned this shoe, which is a first in the many years I've been buying Saucony shoes. I still love the brand, and the return process was easy to deal with. Still, this shoe has an unfortunate design element that did not work with my foot. Everything was, as usual, well built and beautiful (love the design of the shoe). However, the rigid rib along the back of the shoe, extending from the base of the heel to the top of the heel cup dug into my achilles so severely that I had to stop the run, take them off, and finish the run barefoot. The last Endorphin Pro had a much different heel, and in order to find a similar heel design, you have to step up to the Endorphin Elite (which I did).
