Saucony Jazz Original Shoes in Grey | Saucony 80s Retro Sneakers | 8.5 UK - 43 EU - 9.5 US

I bought these about a month ago. I have bought too many Saucony in the past and they felt good right from the start. No having to break them in. This pair is same size but just a little to snug. I should have sent back but hate having to pay the shipping charges back. They just don't fit right.

Awful, go back to when they were comfy or no more

Saucony you have lost a lot of loyal customers bc your Jazz and every offshoot of them are horribly uncomfortable. They used to be comfortable and look great, whatever u changed, change them back! That simple! Cushioning helps with comfort, remember?! There are plenty of brands to choose from, now many of us have a pair we can’t wear! Remember this at your next company meeting. Thanks. Cute but feel kind of cheap

I'm torn on these shoes. I've had them for a couple months, and I did keep them, but unsure if I'd recommend them. Definitely cute, like the little bit of a lift in the heel, love the colors (got the white ones with the gold). But the materials seem cheap, I didn't find the shoes particularly comfy, and the sole is extremely rigid instead of flexible, so I don't find them great for long periods of walking (through airports was fine) and certainly not for running. I did have to rip out the insole that came inside (glued down) in order to fit my arch supports in there, which has made a tremendous difference in my comfort level with these, but overall these are 'cute' shoes, not shoes I'd wear for a lot of walking, unfortunately. Disappointed

I have been looking for the Sacony sneaker that I got two pairs of some years back. I thought these were they and ordered two. NO. Too stiff. Sent them right back. Why can’t you make a the ones with a minimal sole and very little tread like you used to? ?

Disappointed on all fronts

I have been a loyal Saucony Jazz Original customer for years. I've owned at least 4 pairs of this style and love it for various reasons. But this time the shoe is just different. I already know my size, I just wanted a new pair because my old ones were wearing out. But to my surprise, when it arrived the shoe was a lot smaller and tighter than my old ones. The toe is more narrow too. I probably would have to go a whole size larger than normal! I don't know what's going on with this company, but they don't even have size availability. I checked for months before buying these, waiting for them to become available in my size. Using the 'notify me' feature, I was finally able to get it, but sadly, I had to return them. Favorites

I love Saucony Jazz Originals! I search for them all the time. I have owned many pairs over the last 5-6 years. My absolute favorite! They’re comfortable and accommodate my orthotics. Hopefully the company will continue making them, they seem to be getting harder to find.

Not like previous Jazz

Have worn Saucony Jazz for decades. They’ve always been perfect and comfortable right out of the box. Unfortunately, these feel stiffer and the padding doesn’t seem as plush and generous, especially on the back of the heel. The price has gone up, but the quality seems to have gone down a bit. Sincerely hope that future versions return to the comfortable Saucony Jazz standard. Am now exploring other brands to replace the Jazz.

Quality is not the same

I just ordered my (probably) 5th pair of womens' Saucony jazz sneakers. The quality has definitely changed and not for the better. They are still cute but something about the quality is not the same - the nylon or all materials are possibly cheaper/cheaply made? I don't know, they just seem to be a cheap, dollar store version of what they were before and I felt sad to have spent $100 on this most recent pair :( ...oh life

Usually great.

I love Sauconys and have been wearing them for many many years. They are always very comfortable and even stylish I think. But, for some reason this particular shoe is hurting my feet and I cannot wear them. The size and model is the same as always, so it must be a defect in this style.

Where did the cushion go?

The cushion that kept me buying Jazz Originals for 20+ years is gone. Jazz Originals usually feel like perfect clouds right out of the box - These felt like crappy normal shoes without the beloved Jazz Originals cushion. Total bummer. I guess my love affair with Saucony is finally over.
