I'm extremely impressed by this shoe! They added stack height to the midsole which makes this shoe amazing. Very light weight and breathable. The knock down of the shoe is ok- could be better. Also, the great thing about the Kinvara line- they come in widths. I usually buy 11.5 in most shoes, this shoe I had to get 11.5 wide.

I’m a fore foot runner. My last two pairs were Kinvara 12s. I was worried about the newer model. Not an issue at all. Similar fit but better. Better tread pattern. Heel loop. Elastified lace holes. All good. Very happy. They are a little flashy, but I’m worth it.

I really enjoy this shoe.I run a lot and race around a 35:00 10k and 2:50 marathon. Depending on goals, 30-75 miles a week. 6'2" and 170 lbs.For a super light, no plate trainer that seems to really shine at tempo paces, this iteration of the Kinvara nails it. I haven't taken it on a slower run yet but expect it to be fine at any pace. While I prefer the foam in the Endorphin lineup, I paid less than $100 for these with the REI discount, so I feel it's an unfair comparison.Regarding the too narrow comments, didn't have that problem. And I don't have narrow feet - I can't wear Salomon, find VJs and other Euro fits far to slim. These are fine and fit true to size.

Best shoes for summer running. But the only problem is it’s not wide enough for my feet and feel tight.
These are good shoes in theory but they were too loose in the heel for me. I give them 3 stars but for someone else they might be 5.
These are NOT wide. They are so tight against my toe joints that they're painful to wear. Returned them. What happened?! The Kinvara Wide used to be super comfy. Now they're not wearable if the front of your foot is wide, and they are way too cushioned for the minimalist feel I liked.
If you don't like plated shoes, these are perfect. Yesterday completed a half marathon, just outside my PB on a difficult course, so distance no problem. Also, just completed the first sub 5min/k 10k training run of the year on the first time of wearing these. Can't comment how fast there are for a 5k. Loving the Kinvara again, after giving up after version 10.For reference, I'm male and 67. Half marathon time ... 1.45min & 10k 46mins when racing.
