I need a stabilizer shoe and this shoe was recommended. I have worn them on several 7 mile runs and am happy with the fit and comfort. No complaints at this point. Like the shoe laces as not too long and grip well. If you are looking for bright colors - they are bright. Had been wearing Asics 2000's and when they made them lighter they were providing less support. So far I am happy with the switch to the Tempus.

They are a fair replacement for the Hurricane. Interesting padding that makes you feel as if you are being pushed forward as you run. Just wish the padding was as soft as the Hurricane 22.

These shoes are amazing! I have a wide toe box with narrow ankles and high arches. These shoes accommodate all of my needs in a shoe. Just ordered my second pair. Awesome job, Saucony and Road Runner Sports!

I have been running in Sauconys for over 12 years. My favorite go to was the Guide because it was very supportive on outer foot and heel and also light. Of course I liked the version 4 (2011-ish) before they changed heel drop. These are by far the closest if not better shoe. They are super light, kinda looks and reminds me of the Hokas but way more support (great for on your feet all day working hospital) At first I didn't know if I would like them because they felt like it was too high for my arch but after a couple runs, the form fitting soul shaped to my foot in all the right places. Even has a push-off bounce for softer foot falls. Even the tongue and lace placement is perfect! I realize this is a new style, but I can't wait until more vibrant color choices come ... This shoe was supposed to replace the Hurricane model but was completely uncomfortable with a totally different fit. The midsole was extremely narrow. I had to return these Saucony's for the first time after ordering Hurricane or Omni models for many years.
I absolutely love the Saucony Tempus. This is my first time in a Saucony shoe ever. Historically, I have been a Brooks Adrenaline die-hard fan. I was looking to diversify my running shoe collection and it was suggested I try the Tempus. I went out for an 8-mile run a few weeks before my half and then did the unimaginable- I switched my shoe for the race!No foot/toe/knee pain and to top it all off, I PRed. I beat my 2015 time by 3:21. In the rain too. Was it all because of the Tempus? Probably not, however, the Tempus did not hold me back. The shoe provides support for my flat feet while providing me feedback from the ground (supportive but doesn't feel like a cloud, which is what I look for in a shoe).
When I first put the trainer's on I thought the arches were quite high but as I walked around the house to break them in I got used to them. I've ran in them a few times now and not once have I had any problems. They were light to run in, didn't rub and increased my speed. I usually run in brooks adrenaline because I over pronate but these were a breath of fresh air. I would definitely purchase Saucony Tempus again.
The shoe itself is great but the shoe laces are awful, bulky and hurt your feet for the first week or so until you build up tolerance. Recommend you change out the shoe laces. The normal version of Tempus is awesome!
I bought these shoes in the same size as all my other running shoes—including other Saucony running shoes, but these were too small, with my big toe right up against the front end of the shoe. I can't judge anything else about them, because I have to return them.
Best stabilizing shoes for distance running. I have a permeation on my left foot and these shoes contour to correct that from happening. There is a nice bounce when walking/running and support for a high arch.
