Savacol Antiseptic Mouth & Throat Rinse Alcohol Free 300ml

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] Previously, I had serious ulcer and the gum near to my wisdom tooth was swollen. It was hard for me to eat because the wisdom teeth will bite the inner cheek and worsen the ulcer whenever I try to bite. I went to the dentist and the dentist recommended this product to me. It is really working!! The ulcer recovered in few days.

Now when I have an ulcer or a sore throat the first thing I reach for is Savacol. This stuff is amazing and the ulcer or sore throat is usually gone overnight. I recommend this to all my friends and family if the have an ulcer or sore throat, not just for post surgery. Savacol is amazing and effective even if the taste isn't the best. Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] This a bit more 'heavy duty' than other mouthwashes you can buy in the supermarket, It's not just for fresh breath etc.. It's helpful for people with gingivitus and mouth infections, ulcers, or for use after a visit to the dentist when you've had a bit of work done, and so forth. It has a mint flavour, it reminds me of chewing gum that you've had in your mouth for a few minutes. You have to keep it in your mouth for one minute. It has to used up within 4 weeks of opening but it's not a big bottle so it was'nt hard to get through it in that time.

My dentist was worried about the risk of infection as I had been suffering from some pretty bad pain with my wisdom teeth. The minty fresh taste left my mouth feeling clean and fresh. [This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] Colgate Plax, freshmint, they say this does kill 99. 9%Of germs. well I suppose it Could but, it is good to use and does taste ok. It does keep your breath sweet smelling and this is important especially if close to people. You do get better oral hygeine using this and to me it does what they say. It does form a good barrier so you do have healthier fresher mouth and this was what I needed.

I have very sensitive teeth. I found daily use of this product did help somewhat in that area but did not altogether cure it. I would still recommend it to anyone with sensitive teeth.

It protects, relief pain, give your mouth good smell, whitening teeth, it's potable, heal broken gums. I like to recommend this toothpaste to people with tooth pain

Dentist recommended

This is one of two mouthwashes recommended to me by my dentist and periodontist as it has great antibacterial properties and helps reduce risk of infection.I had to use this after an accident left me with a chipped tooth that I ended up having removed and replaced with an implant. Safe to say I never got an infection but did have to return to my dentist after using this to have the stains removed.Not recommended for daily use as it does cause stains.I had the blue one for about 3 months and it ended up forming pumps and tasted foul. I guess it has a short shelf life or I got a dud bottle.

Turns red gums to a healthy pink

This awesome product was recommended by my dentist. It worked perfectly to get rid of bad bacteria, which completely got rid of redness in my gums. They are now a healthy pink.I also like that this product has no alcohol so it doesn't sting inside your mouth; and isn't harsh on tooth enamel. (I have tried the version with alcohol & it does sting but that one also tastes better. If you go in with the knowledge that it tastes a bit yuck as my dentist warned, you probably will think it's not too bad :) It is only supposed to be used briefly anyway.I only used it 1 minute at a time, 2-3 times a day, for almost 2 weeks (needs to be used within a month of opening).
