After doing lots of research on many different steam cleaners of high end pricing down to budget, this one definitely came out top for what I wanted it for.So far this hasn't disappointed, I've used this on my lino kitchen/diner floor (large area) which came up sparkling clean, was very straightforward to put together and so easy to use with minimal fuss!I tested the concentrated nozzle on a pan which also worked well, I just needed more time to finish it.I'm looking forward to tackling my bathroom tiles which I'm sure will also come up sparkling again!

I’m so happy I had the opportunity to try out this amazing product! Recently, I had a friend spill pesto and olive oil on my couch, and I was very concerned about the stain. After trying to remove it by hand, I used the steam cleaner and the stain came right out. My couch is as good as new! I’m so thankful for this opportunity to try out this product. Reading the instructions really helped with making the most of the machine, so I highly advised doing that first.

We paid extra for this model and for the Karcher brand. Having used it only a handful of uses over a couple of years, the machine now trips the circuit breaker in the house everytime we try to turn it on now. In contacting Karcher we were told that a repair would cost £145 which is near the price of a new machine. Very disappointed. We are left with a very expensive water container.

This is a fantastics steam cleaner. The main benefit for me is the easy removal water dispenser, it just makes life so easy !Great for cleaning carpets , cookers , tiles almost anything.Highy recommend.
I have had the Karcher SC4 cleaner for 4 weeks, to date I’ve used the steam cleaner on laminated flooring and ceramic floor and used on cleaning the grouting on porcelain tiled floor. We have 2 dogs who go on long muddy walks & keeping the floors clean had been difficult. Easy to use, quickly heats up & leaves the floors clean ( I do swap the mop heads part way through). Planning to buy the window cleaning head. Best money we have spent very impressed 😊.
We brought the steamer to clean our kitchen stone floor and have found so many uses for it all with great success. Cleaned our kitchen marble work tops which came up sparkling, shower glass plus all the seals removed all the hard water marks, wood floors which take some time to mop but never look clean looked lovely after. The machine is light and compact, so easy to carry around plus all the tools you need for any job.
Like another reviewer the device has been used a handful of times and is just over 2 years old but now when plugged in trips all the sockets on the main breaker. Prior to this issue the hose broke during normal light use. Not the build quality expected at the price paid.Will not buy from this brand in future.
This is a refurbished machine. The outer shell was unmarked and clean, they do advise you may see cosmetic marks, and the expected attachments were present. It works very well, the detachable water tank is a blessing. I owned a SC4 machine previously which died after about 3 years of regular usage. I gamboled on this refurb and am quite happy. It came with 12 months guarantee same as a new machine.
Great product, Id watched a couple of reviews before choosing to purchase the SC4 easifix and luckily found this one slightly discounted as it was a customer return. Very easy to put together and I was up and cleaning in about 10 mins once Id read everything. My downstairs kitchen/diner snug and utility are all tiled floors so this has made them feel super clean. The small nozzle was great on my kitchen wall tiles and removed loads of grease. Worth holding over a bucket when you first press the gun to expel water before the steam comes out.
