Buy a more expensive option, this is cheap and ineffective. The second largest one snapped quite easily, and the handle deforms and becomes unable to lock them in without much pressure. If it didnt take much to get the bolt loose, you wouldnt need these in the first place. Save your money and get a good set.

I needed these to back out some broken head studs and some stripped screws. I paid a bit more then I expected for a small set and they did not get the screws out successfully but did manage to remove the head studs

Good value for the price. As you would expect from Chinese product. Would prefer better quality that is more resistant to snapping.

It's working well and no doubt about it. All we need is patience and time. This is not a rush job. I have done them and just sit down with some time and this tool is a great help. I removed so many stubborn nuts out. This is best tool but won't work for rush.
I was very disappointed with this product. First time I used it to remove a broken number plate holder screw in my car the handle piece that locks and holds the screwbit attachment part rounded with only medium force applied. After that I can no longer use it again because the handle is simply unable to grip and lock screwbit attachments with sufficient strength to enable you to use it.
I broke a bolt and needed to extract it, hence the Screw Extractor. The drill hole was approx 60% of the bolt - normally enough grip. However the JAWS of the handle were too soft and under load the jaws were so soft the extractor started to slip. I drilled the hole to about 85% (almost to the thread), used a larger extractor to get more grip by the handle, this time the extractor broke. So no, disappointed, these tools have a hard job and the purchasing officer needs to ensure they are a high quality. I live 50 minutes from SCA, so going in to purchase a set cost me 2 hours and I had to go back the next day to their competition to get another brand.
I feel that these items are inferior as they broke inside the bolts i was trying to remove.To make it worse my car is still off the road 2 weeks later because the local bolt extraction service could not drill through the broken extractors and needs to come back with special burs. The estimated cost to repair after using failing will be $2-300 as oppose to $150 if i had not used them.
used for a snapped bolt in a body mount in my ute. bolt just started moving and then i managed to round off the head of one of the extractors. Can’t get either out now
