We were apprehensive after reading reviews, however have it the benefit of the doubt.Fitted in zero clearance box - output is great. Flue draw is great.Size is awesome.I can see the airtubes warping from too much light fuel - however they're a sacrificial item. Not expensive to replace.

We fell in love with the look of the Styliste and got one. Had nothing but problems with it. Takes forever to get going. Doesn’t draw properly at all. When it finally gets going it does not heat as well as it should for the claimed size. The vents jammed open one time and we had to wait for it to cool down for it to unjam itself. Bellows smoke out the door when opened. Has set off our smoke alarm a few times just trying to get it going. The fireproof seal on the door actually came off on part of it. Absolutely terrible product that just happens to look amazing. We’ve now given up after 2 years of battling with it and replacing with a different brand. Ignore the good looks and look elsewhere. Really disappointing.

Absolutely wasted our money. heavily smokes when doors open has very poor flu draw. we even put an updraft kit on it to help. did not even last a season and the baffel plate and air tubed warped. Door glass loose and door hing drops... this unit seems to be the WORST FIREBOX EVER.... SCANDIA were very hard to get in contact with and the lady that i dealt with was very dismissive of all my issues and concerns very poor service. Do yourself a favour read other reviews thats are just as poor spend a bit more on a better product so you save in the long run.

Love this wood heater looks amazing works extremely well found that doing my research on how to use a wood heater has completely helped me too run this wood heater very efficiently pumps out heaps of hate without going through a lot of wood 10 out of 10
After reading a lot of bad reviews we nearly didn’t buy this fire place. We are so pleased we did. We replaced our old smaller fire place and it was the best decision. The heat is great. Because of the long door, if opened fast it will draw some smoke out. Nothing has warped from the heat. Easy to start and having the extra long hard wood makes life a bit warmer for longer. We still have a tiny bit of red coals in the morning.Highly recommended.
This product Absolutely rubbishI bought two months ago it is absolute rubbish please stay away it does not even heat up 5sq. scandia claim it can heat up 30sq not true at all better spend extra few hundred dollars and get some thing better than this box . total wastage of money and full of frustration.
Took more than a year to find an installer. Scandia recommended 4 different trades and all wouldn’t touch it.After 1 year the internals bent and feel apartDon’t waste your time and money
had mine for three years now.same issues as all other reviews.heat goodsmoke yes ,keep door shut after refueling.rope came away , glued it back in $9warping of the plate and air jets . not happy with .this plate is no good and should be looked at .the jets bend once the plate warps then they fall out .this is the only concern i have for the size and price .happy if they replace the plate with something decent to upgrade feedback.
