This is a fantastic knife, ultra sharp, comfortable to hold, ergonomically designed handle & when I cut up veggies it does the job for you! I never knew it could be this good! Everyone needs a Santoku knife & this one does an excellent job, looks v smart & is v good value for money.
Sharp out of the box and the blade shape is fantastic. A good weight in the handle and a light blade makes cutting feel effortless.
