I love this Saute Pan!! It is simple to cook in and does the food beautifully on low heat. It even still browns the meat at a low heat!! (ours is a gas cooktop).One pan meals are now a staple and so quick and easy.I had tried stainless pans before and hated them! as everything stuck to the pan - but not with this one!(I did read and follow the instructions which isn't hard to do!!)Happy cooking peeps :)

After years with crappy non-stick aluminium, started getting nostalgic for my heavy, old cast-iron frypan. Started looking for a big, heavy pan with steep sides so that I could use it for cooking liquid meals. This certainly fits the bill. Love the glass lid that allows you to see what's going on. Negatives? It's not always super-easy to clean, and you'll often need two hands to lift it because of the weight. Still, I won't go back and am planning to complete the set with Scanpan pots from the Coppernox range. It really does ooze quality.

Bought this because I broke my Analon non-stick through overheating... Then read stainless can't be overheated either. So i bought a ScanPan non-stick and a cast iron pan instead. Then i read ScanPan non-stick can handle high temperatures. DOH! Oh well, think I'll still use the cast iron for high-heat steak frying... Great service and i believe this pan does exactly what it says it does extremely well... but frying chicken sticks to it like paint so I'm donating it to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre instead :)

Excellent frypan. Very even heat distribution. Fast cooking time. Requires little to no oil. Washes well with hot soapy water.
I added this Saute pan to my Scanpan Coppernox equipt kitcken and use on a regular basis for pasta dishes to vindaloo dishes and I am impressed with the even cooking no matter the hot plate size or type and ease of cleaning of the cookware as I am with all my Coppernox equipment. I would recommend this pan to anyone that is looking for a quality suate pan that will give years of service and is excellent value for money. Everten OnLines service is outstanding and I will continue to use this service and highly recommend to my friends and anyone else thats in the market for quality cookware at the best prices you will find anyware in Australia.
I love this frypan. It is huge and I can cook a huge amount of food with no hassles at all. I also tend to add sauces to the fish and sausages I cook and nothing burns to the pan. I have never had any problems with cleaning it, the food never bakes on. It cooks evenly, so never burning in the middle. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a professional pan.
I did a TONNE of research and hunting around before deciding on the Coppernox range. They're absolutely superb and just tick every box - the 5-layer base with copper & aluminium cores, the glass lids, the heat-proof handles, fairly lightweight, good for ovens & induction, 10-year guarantee - and they look brilliant! Professional quality and perfectly designed. We couldn’t be happier with them. (Everten are also excellent!)
I have a set of the Scanpan Coppernox pots and love them. This addition is perfect and its quality and cooking performance is excellent.

I opted to stick with Staub and Scanpan. After getting all my new pans, I realised they look so good, they do not deserve to live inside my cupboards. So I took yet more time to find my beautiful Scanpans a new home. I finally found some stunning shelves in black and recycled wood shelves to display all my cookware. oh my word, those scanpans stand out and shine like amazing! Used this for the first time last night to make pasta sauce. It was so nice to cook with its heavy base providing lovely even heat to the entire pan. After using Scanpan's non-stick range for years I couldn't believe how much better this was, nothing stuck and it cleaned beautifully. It is a great size but I wouldn't mind one that was even larger and I would happily throw out the old non-stick frying pans in a minute.
