I recently bought this pan as i had consigned my last cheap pan to the bin as I couldn't clean the rust off it any more. This is the first really good quality roasting pan I have ever owned and I am more than impressed. Apart from looking superb, it fits beautifully into my oven! I was a bit concerned about the size as my oven isn't very large but it is perfect. I am also very impressed with the use and care instructions supplied. This isn't a sticker with how to use tips stuck the base; it is a well produced booklet with complete instructions on using the pan for cooking and how to keep it looking good as well as clean and hygienic. I was so excited to receive my new roaster in the mail and couldn't wait to try it out, it was exactly as described and great value however, I had forgotten to check if the size would fit my oven and oops, too big. However all is not lost, I'm doing a kitchen renovation soon and will just buy a bigger oven!!!

Thanks for the great service, price and product. Had been looking for a while, and apart from value for money, this pan is great for any size roast. Cleaning is hassle free and the pan comes up a treat. Would highly recommend it.

This roasting tray is bloody fantastic! Easy to clean and you could fit just about anything into it. I would highly suggest buying this for people who cook for a crowd or eat alot!!
I bought this pan to replace an old roaster, and I I think it's the best money I have ever spent. The roasts cook quickly and thoroughly and the pand cleans easily when you have finished.
I bought this roaster a few months ago and have used it many times since. It is FANTASTIC. It cleans so easily! I got it to replace a non-stick roaster that I was unhappy with. I'm so over non-stick. This pan keeps its beautiful mirror finish and is a great size for our family.
I purchased this roaster as it was recommended as a better veggie roaster than Pyrex. I've tried it a couple of times now, and I have to say it's true. So much better! And the best part at the end: leave it soak overnight and in the morning just a quick wash and it looks as new again! And the handles are great!
I am a great fan of Scanpan, and have found their Coppernox range of products to be perfect for my kitchen. I purchased a Scanpan Classic flat griddle from Everten, and this is brilliant. But I have a personal question mark over cookware that is non-stick coated inside and out, unless non-stick cooking is particularly important for an item. Enter the Coppernox range, which are bright shiny stainless cookware inside and out, with copper infused bases for even heat distribution. My Coppernox Stockpot is regularly producing the best soups ever, and my newly acquired Roasting Pan is an excellent new member of the family. 5 STARS
I was very surprised to find after cooking a roast pork that this pan was impossible to clean. I have other stainless steel cooking pans and have never had this before. The cooking spatter was baked on like an emamel. Very disappointing.
Bought it for resonable price but I love it with good quality of the scanpan kitchenware
