I have had this wok for about 18 months and it is my favorite go to pan. I use it at least twice a week. Nothing sticks to it and the clean up is so quick and easy.

So far so good. This wok has been very useful for a bunch of asian inspired dishes as well as pasta sauces. It's also quite easy to hand wash anything off because it's non stick.

It a good quality stir frying pan that will likely last a life time but I wish I could lift and toss the food in it. It’s too heavy to hold just by the handle. The nonstick feature was the selling point for me. Given its heft, I would hesitate to recommend it.
I was a little skeptical about the non-stick surface... I was wrong! It performs amazingly on my induction cooktop. I would definitely recommend.
I bought this as a birthday gift for my son, who is a budding chef. He loves it! He loves showing it off, too! It's quite the wok!
This was a gift for my husband who is VERY skeptical of all gifts. He needed a new non-stick wok and I gave him this beauty for Christmas. On opening the gift, he did say it was a very attractive pan but wasn't sure it would function very well. I am happy to report that he uses it all the time, for all kinds of food preparation. The pan is wonderfully easy to clean, something both of us appreciate. His one criticism has been that the pan did not come with a lid. He has yet to try cooking true Chinese recipes in the wok; I am waiting patiently for Pork with Imperial Sauce. Would highly recommend the pan. Even better at a sale price.
Heat distribution is fabulous, but this is a heavy pan if you like to wrist flip the pan while cooking.
I enjoy the size of this 12.5” wok for all my cooking needs especially stir frying. The high wall makes it easy to cook with and add lots of ingredients. Adjusting the temperature to sear & brown as needed then adding vegetables to complete the dish, a plus! The downside to All Clad non-stick, having to keep the heat at medium temperature to cook is limiting and equally expensive. That’s why I switched to the Scanpan CS+, it is a little heavier in weight, more flexible temp control and easy to clean.I previously purchased the 12.5 chef pan for my cooking needs years ago. Works great for Paella, the lid fits the wok!!! For the price of the wok, it should come with a lid, that’s why a 4 star!
Works great and easy to clean up, since I do most of the after dinner cleaning. Takes a while to cool down after it is off the burner, just like most all the other Scan Pans we have.
