I want to like this pot, and it's the only nonstick pot I've got, so I try. Unlike the Scanpan Classic cookware that I've had, this one's ability to be nonstick has deteriorated at a much faster rate. I've had this one for a year or so, and I'd have to get something so scratchy to clean the interior bottom that I'd probably damage the pot. Pretty sure it was a milk/cream burn, but it's never come off. All the other Scanpan Classic stuff I've had has been "magical" in nature.I do love the heft of these CTX pans. Heat retention is better.

I bought these pans for my husband for Christmas and I couldn't be happier with them. I love them! They cook food evenly and nothing sticks to them. No more scrubbing scrambled eggs off the pans. I can fry things in them that take a long time and the butter doesn't burn or stick to the pan. Washing dishes has become so easy. They are microwave safe but because they are so easy to wash I just wash them by hand. Besides cooking great and easy clean up, they are stylish pans that look good in my kitchen.

At the risk of sounding like a fake review: I have always loved Scanpan. Since the first use. They're now the only pans I buy. Could NOT be happier. Wooh!
I was really excited about these pans,bought these to replace some of my old cookware, Very sturdy but hard to clean them, I already have marks on the pans that will not come out after soaking and cleaning, they're only 3 months old but look like if they're 3 years old, I am quite unsatisfied from the look of them but satisfied with the outcome when cooking.
After trying all pots and pans in this set, I would like to say that I am very happy with them. They are great!!However if you want to be pedantic they are not perfect. Staining to outside and very light scratches inside. Then again are there any perfect pan sets?Would I buy again?YES Definitely and will be soon.
These are very well constructed pots. You have to remember they are stainless steel on the outside so they pickup prints very easily. They cook food very well. You will need a pot holder to grab the bigger pots and to take off the lids. The small holes on the cover are nice as it does not allow water to boil over very easily. I am impressed with the way they are made, they are also on the heavier side which to me shows good quality, but if you have problems lifting heavier things these pots are not for you. I love them and am glad that I bought them as a set, it does not pay to buy a pot individually. I got a really great deal at Macy's.
Best non-stick pans I've owned. I've never had a pan that could handle scrambled eggs without some sticking, nothing nota, the eggs dont stick to these pans. The non stick works great as long as you follow the insctructions.
I purchased these on the strength of the Scanpan name but have been really disappointed. The lid design is full of little nooks an crannies which make cleaning and drying difficult. They also feel cheap and light. The pots themselves which are supposed to be optimal for induction cooktop discolours on first use such that the pots look 10 years old after only one or two uses on medium heat.
We are loving our Scanpan cookware. No oil needed and everything cleans up quickly and beautifully! Sturdy and durable with even heating and reliable cooking.
