This Scanpan CTX 32cm Wok has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this wok is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. Perfect for stir-frying and also steaming and deep-frying.
