Just received the 2 qt saucepan with lid for $149.99. I was blown away by the weight! I made Gordon Ramsay's "elevated scrambled egg" recipe as I'm tired of eggs sticking and it was amazing! I hope and pray this saucepan stands up to the reviews as I'm tired of replacing non stick pans, not to mention how bad it must be that these coatings are leaching into one's food. Have to save my loot for the frying pans next but hoping for a great sale! Thank you KitchenSmart for the speedy delivery and excellent customer service - I was pondering spending this amount for a small pot but I think quality makes more sense than spending less on junk! T-Fal & the Rock lost my vote of confidence over and over again! Happy chef, Jackie

I want to like this pot, and it's the only nonstick pot I've got, so I try. Unlike the Scanpan Classic cookware that I've had, this one's ability to be nonstick has deteriorated at a much faster rate. I've had this one for a year or so, and I'd have to get something so scratchy to clean the interior bottom that I'd probably damage the pot. Pretty sure it was a milk/cream burn, but it's never come off. All the other Scanpan Classic stuff I've had has been "magical" in nature.I do love the heft of these CTX pans. Heat retention is better.

This saucepan is far superior to any I’ve ever used before. It heats up quickly but food doesn’t stick. You can feel the quality of this pan as soon as you pick it up. I will be replacing all of my saucepans with this range. So impressed
I am in Love!!! This pan is a dream! It cooks everything so beautifully. I also bought the steamer insert which steams everything to perfection. I have a larger family so this sized saucepan is perfect for us. I am very impressed! It arrived so quickly too. I will definitely be purchasing from kitchen warehouse again! 10/10
We bought this as a present for our son and daughter in law who requested one from this brand whom they really rate.They love using it.
This is a great saucepan. It has even heat distribution and great non-stick properties. I am not prepared to use metal on it but that's just me. A couple of minor concerns: the lid gets very hot so mitts are required to remove it and the rivets inside the pan aren't non-stick so you have to clean rather carefully around them. I'm prepared to put up with that but wonder about design thinking. Still, I love this pan
I bought the Scanpan Saucepan about a month ago. It is constructed in 5 layers with aluminum in interior and stainless steel on the exterior surface to ensure that it heats food quickly and it is ready in no time. The glass top allows you to see when the food is boiling. It is an amazing Saucepan. I had looked at quite a few brands and I am so happy that I chose the Scapan CTX.
This is truly a quality product. I have an induction cooktop, but another type of pan I used just was not holding up. A friend recommended this brand, and I ave not been disappointed.To cook plant-based food without oil, you quickly find out if non-stick is really non-stick. I usually cook leafy greens by first frying up some onions and chilis on medium heat, starting with 5 mins dry, then I add two ice cubes of vegetable broth, and throw in some garlic and go another five minutes and then I throw in my leafy greens, spinach, malabar spinach, callaloo, or some such, and cook it for 7-10 mins. Easy, peasy. This pan does it beautifully.
