I possibly used this fry pan incorrectly but found that it was sticking badly whilst frying prawns in a Teriyaki sauce. I'll have to try it again to see what I may be doing wrong.I have several other Scanpan Pots which have done me proud for nearly 10 years now and I guess I expected miracles with this fry pan.I would appreciate any instructions available.

This product is not NON stick. Food burns easily and the pan takes hard work to clean. Good weight pan and sturdy handle.

Purchased 6 piece Scanpan set and another smaller 20cm frypan to replace older gear and to complement the new kitchen more. Could not be more satisfied with the quality and usability of this brand. Control even with a ceramic (wish i still had gas) cooktop is good and the flat bottoms work well and distribute heat evenly.Highly recommend this brand. Postage was swift and well packaged, definitely dealing with Kitchen Warehouse in future.

Great purchase (20cm and 28cm) good quality and once you learn how to cook with stainless steel (cooking temps) it is relatively non stick. Great for steaks and giving a nice crisp surface to any meat or seafood. Certainly will elevate thr flavours of your food compared to non stick.If you season it willl be even easier to clean
Love that this pan can be taken from the stove top and be placed into the oven! Also a very healthy way to cook as this pan is not lined with a non stick coating! Alow meat to reach the same temp as the pan before trying to turn this will ensure no sticking. Convient size and heats up fast. So impressed I purchased one for my Mother. Enjoy.
Just love the Scanpan 20 cm frypan. Perfect size for1 or 2 people for breakfast/ brunch on a Sunday when u have time for cooking up eggs, bacon and spinach with homemade bread and jam. Delicious!!

For my last birthday I asked my daughter in law for a scanpan impact frypan, which she bought through kitchen warehouse. I love this pan and use it all the time, often starting the cooking on the top of the stove and then covering with foil and putting in the oven to complete the cooking. My daughter in law visited recently and was so impressed by it that she asked me to buy her one for her birthday. Which I did through kitchen warehouse. When I phoned her to see if it had arrived she was already cooking dinner in it.
I have this item including the saucepans and couldn't recommend scanpan enough. It's so easy to clean up even when I have a small mishap like leaving the pan on the stove and forgetting to switch the hotplate off. kitchen warehouse is also the place I buy my products from. I'm back here to do all my Christmas shopping this year. Thank you for a handy helpful site and my scanpan frypan.
Don’t waste your money. Can’t even cook eggs in this without them sticking. We persisted for one month before throwing 3 new scanpan impact frying pans in the bin
