I purchased this lid as a replacement to my 20cm Crofton pot lid that I unfortunately lost. Fits perfectly around my pot however I will have to deduct one star as it doesn't have a ventilation hole and therefore isn't the best for low and slow reductions. The build quality is excellent and the handle is heat resistant.

This lid, along with another (different sized) lid of the same brand was purchased at the same time online. Both lids were dented on arrival. Seeking replacement, the DJ replacement policy requires going to a physical store, which is inconvenient for something puchased online, but nevertheless, I travelled to the closest physical store anyway. That store didn't have the same product available, so I will need to search around for another store, but haven't had the time in the last few weeks.I'm sure a non-dented lid probably works fine if you're looking to buy one, though haven't had the chance to try yet.

I was really pleased with the ease and speed with which the lid for the Scanpan 8" frying pan arrived - the pan is available in store but the clear glass lid is not; it was delivered free of charge and very promptly.One area you could improve on is ensuring that your staff know that the lid can be supplied; the first two sales people I spoke to did not mention this and I thought that I would have to get a different brand. It was only while I was thinking about what to do that a third sales person approached me and informed me that your company could supply the lid.
